Awful company. I've been using this insurance bc it's cheap and easy but I can never get on the phone with them. It's ridiculous. Hire more people to answer your phones or *** down your company. How unprofessional I can't even speak too someone when it's important. I was literally on hold for an hour and 45 mins. WHERE ARE ALL YOUR EMPLOYEES??? Zero stars if I could.

You cant get customer service on the phone. You cant get your insurance ID cards on time, resulting in summons despite paying on time. They dont provide current insurance ID cards on their website login. Very poor service.They deserve no stars

I think this is the worst insurance company ever. Have been trying to report a claim against one of their insured for 13 days. Constantly on hold when you leave a call back number no one gets back to you. Perhaps the Insurance Commission should look into this company.

A letter of acknowledgement was sent on that date with the claim number and adjuster contact information and we did not hear back from Ms..

I called to get proof of insurance after two years of having the same account and I was informed one of my vehicles vin was wrong after paying 370$ every 6 months for the past two years yet this was never brought to my attention. I asked for proof for my other trucks insurance and was told it wasn't active for 9 months now although I was being charged 279$ as if it was. I payed almost 700$ every 6 months for nothing. The customer service was rude and extremely arrogant. I believe I have became victim to this obvious insurance scam. I plan to seek all necessary legal action against them for selling me unrepresented auto insurance.

270 $was withdrawn by your company. I sent bank statements and yet because you can't see where the payment went in your systems you say you didn't take that amount. Although my bank statements clear as day prove the amount was taken. YOU HAVE STOLEN MONEY FROM ME!!!!! I HAVE PROVEN IT.. I HAVE BEEN RECORDING THE LAST CONVERSATIONS INCLUDING THE RUDE LADY THAT WOULDN'T LET ME SPEAK.. WHOM CLAIMED MY PROFF WASN'T ENOUGH ALTHOUGH MY PERSONAL BANKER CONFIRMED THE WRONGFUL TRANSACTION AS A LEGIT FAULT ON YOUR BEHALF. I'M STARTING TO SEEK LEGAL ADVICE AND HOPE TO EXPOSE THIS CONPANYS FAULTS. I AM ON A LIMITED INCOME AND BILLS WERE NOT PAID DUE TO NEGLIGENCE OF A FAULTY BILLING SYSTEM.

I currently am insured through this company and am also having issues with communication. I have had this insurance for over a year now just because it was quick and easy to get. After I got it it's been terrible to contact anyone. I have changed vehicles three times already and still cant get them to change the insurance cards on my profile.I have recently emailed 4 times requesting new insurance cards and no reply at all. I have called twice and left them a number to call back, no replies. I get cancellation notices every month after my bill has been paid. I'm not sure if they send them out anticipating none payment or what. I really need my account updated and new cards please !!!

This company is the WORST!!!! I was hit by one of their insurers and the process was terrible!! I kept getting hung up on!! I was finally assigned an adjuster, Pamela H and getting in contact with her is impossible! I've tried to call her 100 times no answer! The shop that is repairing my Truck is owed a supplemental cost! My truck has been fixed and I have no vehicle no rental car or anything!
My claim number is XXXX-XXXXX-A and Ive been on multiple holds to no avail! I feel sorry for anyone else that has to go through this!

Upon receipt of Mr.s complaint, a supervisor contacted him regarding his concerns. There does appear to have been an error when processing the payment for the supplemental damage and that payment has been stopped and reissued. We apologize for any frustration that Mr. experienced as a result of this claim and hope that his concerns have been addressed to his satisfaction.

If I Could give zero stars for this review I certainly would. I have gotten nothing but rude customer service associates that I've been handling my total loss claim. This lady new Makita has hung up on me twice today after I tried to explain to her that capital one is been lying to me for a month on my claim. I call her supervisor they don't answer the phone they clean their phone systems never work but it's been a year and they still haven't fixed the damn things. So maybe you guys need to start spending some of our money that we're paying for insurance on getting your phones fixed so that you can actually provide customer service to your patrons, and not just through email. Capital one says they need payment to issue a copy of the title, Good2go says they need title to issue payment. Both are leaving me in the middle to fight with each, when I should be the one being represented. I will tell everyone I know on social platforms to not ever buy into either of these companies. Terrible customer service

On February 13, 2019, the supervisor spoke with Ms. regarding her concerns. We hope to have Ms. file processed as soon as possible and apologize that Ms. found our service unsatisfactory.

I needed insurance, so I gave good2go a shot. They gave me a quote for a down payment and the premium based on me having 5 points - when I don't have ANY points. I didn't know this at the time, until I received the notice from good2go insurance stating I have 5 points for an at fault accident. So I contacted my previous insurance company and they sent me a declaration of a no fault decision and I also went to DMV and acquired my driver's abstract stating I don't have ANY points on my driving record. According to good2go they received that information from motor vehicle, which is a lie as well as they committed fraud by sending me a notice that I have 5 points for an at fault accident. So I sent my drivers abstract from DMV and the declaration of no fault from my previous insurance company - still good2go sends me a notice of cancellation for non-payment when I sent the documents for them to adjust and correct their mistake before the cancellation date that was sent to me. As of this date, I still can't get in contact with a live agent or get responses to my emails. This is the worst insurance company in the history of insurance companies.

We are in receipt of Ms. complaint and would like to address her concerns. Ms. contacted our company on October 29, 2018 and reported that earlier on that same day, she struck a deer. The adjuster contacted Ms. on October 30, 2018, which is within the Company's 24 hour time frame, and discussed Ms. coverage with her and ordered an inspection of her vehicle. We regret that Ms. experience has been unsatisfactory.

This company is Unprofessional & a joke. One of their policy holders hit my vehicle on a road rage incident With my husband & my 2 & 3 Year old in the car & myself at 4 months pregnant. I filed Charges w/police as this *** shoved me while trying to get pictures of the plate and vin. I had called numerous times, been on hold for hours left multiple voicemails, with no call backs! finally reached the claim adjuster spoke with her on a Thursday was told to be hearing from her Monday a week later no call back! husband called today told adjuster what's the hold up, received attitude and short responses then when my husband mentioned us having kids in the car and me receiving treatment for a threatened abortion due to the accident she said well I have kids too & hung up on him! They now will not answer my phone calls, response to voicemails or emails. My company can't get in contact either. I can't believe the are with the Revdex.com. Such horrible insurance & representatives!!! I should use them as insurance & just hit someone else's car & ill be able to get away with it SMH1 Just a shame... Unbelievable

I checked my bank after 2 months and noticed there was a charge from this company for 789.00 from my debit card WHICH I DID NOT MAKE.... I wait forever on the phone to find out THEY COULD NOT LOOK UP ANYTHING SINCE I DONT HAVE A POLICY NUMBER............. I tell them HOW COULD I HAVE A POLICY NUMBER IF I DIDNT MAKE THE PURCHASE......... than I'm told they cant look anything up unless they have a POLICY number........... ARE YOU KIDDING ME??????????????????????? how can you INSURE STRANGERS without a social security number? license or even address? NEVER HEARD OF THIS.......... so the only answer I got was to CALL MY BANK AND PUT IN A CLAIM................. REALLY GOOD2GO auto insurance is a FRAUD in my opinion....................... something is not right with their policies

Don't waste your time! I spent 20 minutes doing data entry to get a quote - only to have to do all the same data entry all over again on the sites they referred me to. I could've just gone to the other sites individually and not wasted my time on Good2Go. They didn't provide me with any companies I hadn't already seen on a Google search, so what's the point?! So frustrating! I thought I'd be saving time. I want that 20 minutes of my life back! =(

This company is a joke. One of their policy holders hit both of my vehicles while parked. They spoke to me once and offered me 13K for both. Just one of my vehicles was worth 15k and the other was 5k according to my insurance comapny (a real insurance co). They now will not answer my phone calls, response to voicemails or emails. My company can't get in contact either. I can't believe the are with the Revdex.com. Someone must have been paid of. They are a scam and a joke.

We apologize that Mr. has found our service unsatisfactory. The driver of our policyholder's vehicle struck three parked vehicles and unfortunately, the total of all damage may exceed our policyholder's property damage limit of liability. The adjuster is in the process of gathering information on all damage to determine if the limits are adequate to provide coverage for all three damaged vehicles. The file records reflect that the adjuster spoke with Mr. on May 15th, 2018 and advised him of the situation. We again apologize for any inconvenience experienced by Mr. and hope to resolve the file within the available limits.

Unless you're starting a NEW policy, don't ever expect to get a Representative on the phone, you will be on hold for at least 1hr 30mins and when you ask for a supervisor you will be on hod fr another 1hr before you reach anyone!! The automatic voice record claims if you leave you phone number they will keep your place in line and give you a call back!! LIES!!!!! YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE A CALL BACK!! WAITED 4 DAYS AND STILL NO CALL BACK!!! If your looking for cheap insurance I suggest you call Gieco, Metro mile, or cure. Do not waste our time with good to go!!! they only care about you when your open an account with them

Contacted Good2Go due to one of their insured drivers struck and damaged a cable rail in our construction zone. The agent assigned to our case Ms. G. was provided a full detailed report of our cost as well as sections of our contract showing we were responsible for repair. Ms. G Continued to violate The Georgia Fair Claims act by refusing payment until an irreverent information was provided once the information was supplied it would be something else. I have contacted our Company legal department.

We called them they asked for policy number drivers license number and police report number. they put an adjuster on the phone and gave me a claim number and the adjusters name , called me two days later claiming the woman doesnt have insurance with them at all. I wonder why they looked up her policy number while I was on the phone and gave me a claim number now she doesnt have insurance with them ? sounds like a crock to me. I do not know why they would issue claim numbers for insureds that do not have a policy with them ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY ASKED FOR HER LICENSE NUMBER AND POLICY NUMBER AT THE START OF THE CONVERSATION. On March 28, 2018, Mr. *** reported a loss occurring on March 7, 2018 in which ***, driving a 1994 Chevrolet Camaro, struck his home and caused damage to his porch. He informed us that Ms. brother went to try and fix the porch damage but now does not answer his calls. We informed Mr. that policy, ***, expired on January 1, 2017; however, a claim would be set up to investigate. Claim numbers are generated for all reported of losses regardless of coverage. The handling adjuster left a message for Mr. at *** to discuss the claim. On April 3, 2018 we concluded our investigation and confirmed that there was no applicable policy in force for the date of loss and sent a no coverage letter to Ms. ***.

This company is absolutely horrible and it seems like they are struggling financially because they drag the smallest claims out. It also seems as if everyone there hates their job. No one tries to help, you're guaranteed to get hung up on and you will only hear from your claims adjuster when reporting the claim. After the initial report, that's it...nothing! I've been trying to get my bumper fixed for 2 months. This company does not care at all. I can't stress how horrible this company is. Horrible Horrible Horrible! Good luck!

We apologize Ms. experienced a delay in settlement and was not provided with adequate updates regarding the status of the claim. As of January 29, 2018, Ms. claim was paid.

My boyfriend was involved in a hit and run by someone who is insured by this company. We've been trying to contact the claims adjuster since it happened back in November, and NOBODY has contacted us back. I even left a message with a supervisor. I cannot believe I'm not able to speak with anyone about this matter. Nobody even returns phone calls. I'm so glad my own car insurance company is way more considerate and professional than this company. I'd really hate to get lawyers involved, but it's looking like we don't have a choice now.
