In brief, we have contacted this customer to apologise for one of our member mistakenly tell this customer her defective dress is not eligible for return, we have explained to her and made an offer to her letting her return her dress for exchange a replacement but never heard back from the customer We do shown our sincerity to solve this case and we have make a briefing regarding our return policy to our CS members to make sure won't let this happen again Best regards, Chloe

received a message from the company in question (Goodnight Macaroon) a few days ago stating they were very sorry for misplacing my order and that they would be refunding my order in the entire amount of $100, as well as giving me a $gift receipt to use at a later date should I chooseThis morning, the refund was in my bank account, so this matter has been successfully closed and I am satisfiedI tried to update my complaint on the Revdex.com website, but since the complaint expired (as noted above), I am emailing you to let Revdex.com know as requested I will also be leaving a review on Goodnight Macaroon's Revdex.com page stating I have received the refund I requested

I received notification that my complaint ID *** was closed this morning after multiple attempts of trying to contact the business and no responseI just wanted to provide an update that as I paid through PayPal, I was able to utilize their claims process and involve
them to get my money backIt was a very painful process as the company was not very responsive even to PayPal but luckily PayPal favored with me and provided me with my refund!

For Case ***, in brief, one of our representative misunderstanding the customer email, the customer had made two orders and our representative just gave one tracking number to the customer, actually two of the orders have been shipped out and delivered to her within our time flameWe did tried
to send her email and try to offer a gift card at $to make her feel better but never heard back from her again

gestureUnfortunately, our customer services team member, Chloe, who has been dealing with this customer, took sudden leave in September and we were not notified of this case being outstandingAs such, we only picked up on this customer's situation when we received your notification.
We've since added a new team member to our customer services and we hope to not repeat the same situation again
