Thanks for notifying us of this complaint from one of our customers.?
In brief, we have contacted this customer to apologise for one of our member mistakenly tell this customer her defective dress is not eligible for return, we have explained to her and made an offer to her letting
her return her dress for exchange a replacement but never heard back from the customer
We do shown our sincerity to solve this case and we have make a briefing regarding our return policy to our CS members to make sure won't let this happen again

For Case [redacted], in brief, one of our representative misunderstanding the customer email, the customer had made two orders and our representative just gave one tracking number to the customer, actually two of the orders have been shipped out and delivered to her within our time flame. We did tried...

Hi there,
In brief, one of our representative left and we didn't have further assist to this customer. We have made refund to the customer and send her a gift card value at $30 to make her feel better. The  customer was satisfied and the case should be closed.
