We have researched all of our records and do not have a buyer by this nameHowever, all warranties can be cancelled, the customer can call and speak to our Finance Department and the will advise on how to cancel any unwanted warranty

We have researched all Service appointment records and service repair recordsWe have not at this time had the opportunity to diagnose the problem as we have not seen the trailer. We are happy to make a service appointment as soon as we can accommodate our appointments schedule and diagnose
the problem with the refrigerator if the customer would like to schedule it

I do not understand what you want? The customer has no demands of usWe refunded the money and she has taken the car elsewhere. There is no more request for anything. This should be closed

Regards,We certainly appreciate the need to make corrections in their facility But this is certainly not the written apology we requested from the Sales ManagerThis individual was so profoundly unprofessional and excessively condescending and inappropriate to us, that this would be the only outcome we can except The fraudulent advertisement that they mailed to us, was obviously sent with no intention of honoring, needs to stop This is not the first of these advertisements we have received but we will never go back into that car dealership for any reason again
All we want is a hand written and signed apology from the sales manager We were told his name was Mr *** But he never introduced himself to us like lmost professional's usually do when greating new potential buyers So I am not positive of the name

We have done all that we feel we should to try and resolve this but the customer had his work done on the vehicle at another dealership. There is no more we can offer him

When I called customer on Thursday and personally spoke with her, and advised we had resolved all her issues. The trailer was to be left out for her, but due to space over in sales, *** was going to take it over late Friday, for Saturday deliveryThe missing battery box was noted at time
of check in for service and we advised customerOn the claimed damages, there is bracket under trailer that was pushed up, that has already been taken care of This is up under the trailer, we would not have necessary seen this, but we make the repair at no charge I my conversation, advised after I walked through her trailer, I found additional interior trim items, she did not mentionWe can get these corrected, parts are ordered At this time trailer is ready- except interior is not cleaned.This time she only noted, battery box, bracket and clean up Our last contact with the customer was yesterdayTrailer is available for inspection if someone want to inspect We also I have the check for payment reimbursement in my desk ready for the customer.- *** *** Thanks Rv Service Manager

The 20,offer for ***'s trade was contingent upon the condition of the tradeOnce *** presented the trade in person, it was nowhere near the condition that would merit the 20,trade value. This was explained to the potential customer. The deal is in process thru the
bank to be terminated and ***'s $10,was issued on Monday and sent to the customer from usWe have terminated any deal on our end, *** ** *** should notify him once the paperwork is all completed. The trailer is in our possession now and is scheduled to be transported to Indiana on Thursday for the Warranty assessment and repairs which must be performed by Salem.  Marshall has had communication with the customer and that is what is currently scheduled for his travel trailer at this time.

  I only took my car because none of their technicians,managers, or service advisors was giving any feedback on what I needed to do with my vehicle other than I just need a new car. My check engine light wasn't on before I dropped my vehicle off there, and my car was running withou any vibration while running. Now my check engine light is on and my car runs terrible when I start it. Their advisor Phaedra told me my car wouldn't stay started whuch was a lie. When I got the car towed to my home after not knowing what to do because they told me it no longer worked, I started my car and it started up. Of course Im terrified to try and drive it because it is in worse condition than it was when I took it there. I don't know what their technicians did to my car but all I am asking is for my car to run the way it did when I dropped it off. I didn't not take my car to them for them to make the issue worse. I took it there to find out what the issue was so I could get it fixed.

This customer picked up on Friday and at this time all complaints are resolved. Thank You

This customer's trade in did not qualify up to the 110% trade offer. The Vehicle trade in question must meet the condition standards to qualify up to the amount printed on the ad in question.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.   I've called 6 times in the last 3 days and spoke to Chris at 10:41am Wednesday May 31 2017 and no one told me that my key was ready for pickup. I have pictures attached of phone calls but I was only allowed 4 pics.

The subject deal is to be flat cancelled and records indicate the flat cancel check was received today.
 
The dealer has requested we send him notification of some description confirming the deal will be flat cancelled as the buyers are quite anxious.
 
Is there anything we can send to the dealer? If not, how are dealers usually notified once the flat cancel occurs.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  On the phone at this moment with [redacted] and the contract is still open, this is not acceptable.  [redacted] is stating to me that DeMontrond has not sent back the money from which [redacted] has sent to them in order to cancel the contract.  The contract with [redacted] stays open and we still have a payment due next month.  This is very tacky business practice that will be resolved by our attorney.

Salem has agreed to warranty and replace the walls and rear cap of the trailer, however they will not accept it in any sooner than this Thursday July 7th.  The customer also stated that he no longer desired to keep the trailer.  We have reached out via email and tried to set appointment...

for repairs or trade with the customer at this time.
