We will service the unit but the warranty is voided the will have to pay plus parts

I am rejecting this response because: I never did either of these so my warranty should not be voidedIf I threatened you technician why would you send one out for $Its because its not trueYour just out to get people money by selling people merchandise that you clearly won't honor the warranty on.

As we stated before this customer voided her warranty either by threatening the technician that came out last time or by having someone else work on our appliance that is the only two reasons we would ever void it

We will honor our warranty and repair or replace the appliances that have issues, we were out and checked the fridge and I have since ordered the part to fix it and the dryer was working properly, we will replace them if that is what will make her happy but we do not give refundsWe will restart the warranty when she is satisfied with their function

I am rejecting this response because: yes, you did send out a technician to repair the busted machinethis complaint and request for refund did not want another machine repair simply for it to stop working, which it has
again the very next day after your tech has visited (same issue, washer tank filling, but no agitation)at this point I would even accept a partial refund of half the original purchase price, as our warranty is halfway though it's allotted timei would also add that we haven't had a working machine for over half of this time it has been in warranty while waiting for repairsI DO NOT WANT THESE MACHINES IN MY HOME ANY LONGER.

I am rejecting this response because: I called as soon as I knew these appliances do not workI also had to wait several days after they were first delivered for them to come back because they did not install the water line that I paid forThe guy said that it was my fault the dryer didn't work because of my dryer ventI paid $for Sears to come clean it only for them to tell me it didn't need cleaningThey looked at the dryer and said this is absolutely an air flow problem within the dryer (as evidenced by the fact that the lint catcher should catch lint evenly if the dryer was working properly but it does notA certified Sears technician told me this)To top this off, *** told me that all appliances are cleaned and servicedI pulled back the plastic bit on the washer and found a USED PADThe refrigerator simply does not workThe man lied to my face about itHe said that after his "hard reset", it should be working in a couple of hoursWhen I called him to tell him it still wasn't work, he said he was already on the phone with Samsung trying to figure out what was wrong with itClearly he knew it was not going to workI have now had Affordable Appliances to my house four times with no acceptable solutionI volunteer to deliver these items back to the storeI request a full refundAffordable Appliances basically took my money and sold me absolutely nothingAt this point, it seems to me that they may have already known they were selling me lemons (especially since they chose not to service or test the appliances as I was TOLD that they do on every occasion that I went into Affordable Appliances)This is completely ridiculous and unacceptableI should charge them for all of the times we have had to eat out because I was supposed to have a working refrigerator THREE WEEKS AGO but I have not been able to safely store food because my refrigerator doesn't cool to colder than degreesI completely reject their response and will continue to pursue a full refund including taking them to small claims court (where I will also pursue legal fees + cost of appliances + cost of service calls I have incurred + lost pay for all of the time I have been forced to take off of work for Affordable Appliances to give me the run around)Full disclosure, I have spoken with Fox News about this scam and intend to stand near the store with a sign detailing what this company did to me (in an effort to help other shoppers avoid the same fate) if this cannot be resolvedI am sorry that I have to do this but I cannot afford to just throw this money awayPlease issue a full refund.

As per the signed delivery agreement the store requires eiptz and the online equipment information posted where she purchased the product we have a no refunds policyand all sales are finalThe customer signed acknowledging and agreeing to the terms and has been set up for us to exchange the washer
under the warranty.We will honor our warrantyThe store policy is listed online and has been explained to her bank manager at her last service appointment on 11/3. If needed I can provide a copy of the signed checklist where she agreed to our no refunds policy upon delivery and installation

We have a no refunds policy that is stated clearly online and in store, we will exchange the apploances or give them store credit

I am rejecting this response because: we're not going to be able to reach an agreement in this casei'm working under the pretense that you have completely failed to provide us with the product we have paid for in the first placewhen first purchased, our unit broke down within it's very first usemultiple times the units have broken down the same day after repairs were madethe amount of time we have waited for repairs has totaled multiple monthsi'd estimate over half of the time we have had the units one or both have them have been broken downthis is hardly a sale and request for refund on a single sale, this leans closer to failure to deliver what was sold in the first place.

You purchased a working refrigerator, it was on and cold when you picked it up, saying we scamed you is a flat out lieYou got it home and it wouldn't fit after we tried to get you to measure it and your contractor layed it down for you to return itNone of that is our faultWe offered to exchange it prior to it being layed down and ruinedWhen you picked it up we loaded it standing up and informed you that was how it had to be hauledI think this claim in its entirety is slanderous and and should not count against us as we did nothing wrong

I am rejecting this response because: When the fridge and the washer were delivered, they never were fully
functionalYou have delivered non-functional appliances from the beginningThese problems should have been fixed prior to putting them up for sale; you are not being fair and honest to the customer Just because one buys used doesn't mean that they are buying a non-functional appliance I did not make the purchase of a lemon product; therefore, I should not be held responsible for you not completing your job in fixing the appliance before making the delivery, plus how is one supposed to know how the appliance will function if they are not connected and the consumer is unable to ensure that we are buying what is best for us.
