Dear Ms [redacted] :We apologize for the delay in getting back to you in regards to your Revdex.com complaintI have reviewed the entire situation, including all documentation, and discussed the matter with the local and corporate management teams We do not accept that the service department at the [redacted] store did anything wrong and there simply is no proof that the problems with the vehicle were misdiagnosed or left uncorrected The service team followed all of the factory-prescribed protocols in addressing the check engine lights Further, the vast majority of the repair work has been covered under warranty so your out of pocket cost associated with the actual repairs is minimal Lost wages are not typically recoverable in situations like this and the dealer did provide you with a loaner vehicle most of the time, so we do not believe you would be entitled to claim both loss of use charges and lost wages for the same time periodNonetheless, having said all this, we value greatly your business and really would like to mend our relationship and restore your faith in our Dealerships Accordingly, we are willing to extend to you a good faith gesture to resolve your complaint for a payment of $ We hope you will find this to be acceptable.We will be calling you to discuss the payment terms.Thank you [redacted] [redacted] ***

Dear Revdex.com/*** ***,The repairs were done by one of our plus year VW techs and customer was given options do to age of vehicleCustomer had a over sized drain plug in oil pan from their outside tech they speak about in letter Customer was shown and advised of needed repairs before we
reinstalled over sized drain plug Boucher VW had never seen vehicle before recall or 100,miles and I don't feel company owes them any monies back since all item's were estimates given to customer who had vehicle repaired at independent shop for years Customer did have option not to repair vehicle and any time We will refund the oil change in good faith.Best regards,*** *** ***

This vehicle was sold to me with repairs needing to be made within months timeI had to fight about almost every repair or check being done on itIn June I was told that I needed brakes and just last week when I took it to another shop, they told me my brakes were fine and that I needed shocks and strutsThey have been leaking for monthsThat goes to show me that when the "suggested" brake repair was made, Gordie Boucher KNEW I NEEDED STRUTS BUT FAILED TO TELL ME THATThen when I removed my GAP Insurance and went back with more engine problems in October they stated that because I cancelled the GAP, it also cancelled the 12mt/mile warranty that came with the vehicle which was NOT the discussion I had with the Finance department when I came in to sign off on itThis dealer is nothing but a nightmare with a rude service manager and I will NEVER EVER do business with them againEverybody is shady in the way they do business and I received the hard end of the deal.

I don't believe Jeep would appreciate that as they assured me it was unnecessary as I voiced my opinion on never leasing a Jeep ever again. In regards to the price match itself, my significant other was not given any of said instructions on tire match other then they must be exact model match. Information was left for [redacted] with service receptionist and phone number to call if information was not sufficient. Offering a service package I already have has no value for the inconvenience.Therefore, I do not consider this matter resolved as it has costed me time and $650 I did not need to spend according to Jeep.
