Dear [redacted] , I am in receipt of your correspondence on behalf of ** [redacted] First, I would like to address ** [redacted] ’s concern that our advertisement which he received was deceptive or improper in any mannerThis is simply not trueThe sale is very legitimate and all prizes advertised have a winning number which we have insurance in place to fulfill in the event that a winner comes in to claim their prizeWhile I can appreciate that it may be possible for some consumers to not fully understand the rules of advertisement, I assure you that it is legitimateI can also understand and appreciate that if someone were to become caught up in the excitement of thinking that they may have won something and then come to realize that it was not what they thought that they may become upsetThis does not however mean that the advertisement is or misleadingThe rules and odds of winning individual prizes as well as how the program works are clearly delineated on the flyer As for the sales associate being rude or otherwise unprofessional that is behavior that is clearly not acceptable to me or how I operate my business on a day to day basisDuring the event sales we do, from time to time, have outside sales associates that come in to help with the tremendous response from the buyers in the [redacted] market placeI can assure both yourself and ** [redacted] that the associate in question will never be allowed to come back to Gordon ChevroletI certainly apologize for the incident that apparently occurred although I did not witness it In as much as that I would like for everyone to be the big winner there are only a certain number of prizes awarded and I cannot arbitrarily award gifts that are not winning prizes as it would violate the spirit, intent and validity of the promotion and void my insurance policy that fulfills the prizes** [redacted] did in fact receive the prize that he was entitled to receive based upon the rules I hope that my response clears up any confusion that may have come to bear Best regards, [redacted]

I'm sorry didn't get the complaintwe've handled the cancellation of the warranty the problem seems to be the customer wants the check given to her and the bank agreement states it goes to them until the contract is paid out because it was included in fianced amount..I'm happy to give her the money if she can get the bank to agree...I did send the check to the bank an closed the warranty

[redacted] I've just received your complaint about the car, I would like to address your concerns about the car and the accident report and find out what we missed in the use car inspection that the car is not running to your satisfactionI do understand that after you bought this car you didn't like it and wanted to return itI do stand behind any repairs that would be necessary to meet your expectations on the running conditionThe accident report that we use is Auto Check and there are numerous other reports out there and they all get information from various places, it is possible though to have an accident reported to another site and wasn't reported to Auto Check...Never the less I'd like to meet with you to address your concerns and see what I can do to help.Yours Truly, Steve S [redacted] President of Gordon Chevrolet

I am rejecting this response because: the issue is still pending at this time and will be for a couple of weeks
I did meet with the dealer and this is a summary of our conversation "I just wanted to follow up on our meeting yesterday. In regards to the red *** *** Limited sold to ..........in April 2015: You will be contacting *** Bank in regards to buying back the vehicle which is now in their possession for the balance due on the loan. Then my grandfather will have no balance due on the loan from the bank and you will have possession of the vehicle. " This response is perfectly acceptable to me as long as it is followed through. I did not give a time frame nor did I submit a second complaint. The bank informed me that they are working with the dealer but it will take a few weeks to be resolved so I will check back at that time.

mr [redacted] came in to purchase a vehicle in 2015. while at the dealership he was asked if he would like us to try and beat the financing rate he currently had, he said he would and filled out a credit application. the inquiries are from banks reviewing his application for financing we were able...

to get him 3.9%  on a used vehicle, which he took and signed for. there should not be a need for him to "investigate" as it is standard practice when applying for credit that prospective lenders will review a persons credit report. mr [redacted] was completely aware that we were trying to save him money and that his information would be sent to banks for that purpose. he later expressed his dissatisfaction with the vehicle and gordon chevrolet allowed him to return it completely and cancel the financing. this is the first complaint of this type we have heard from mr [redacted] a year and four months after the fact.Kevin S[redacted]
