Thanks for bringing this to my attention, My name is Steve S[redacted] and I'm the owner and I can tell you that you and I have never talked before, I believe your talking about the service mgr Brian...I'll be more than happy to sit with you and do whatever it takes within reason to help you....

First though I need to have you sort out the positions of everyone involved that you talked to and if someone told you they were me I'd like you to show me who you we're talking to... I'll call you today to set a reasonable time for you to come in and talk...thx again for bringing this to my attention... The real Steve S[redacted] :)

I am rejecting this response because:Received a call from Tom G[redacted] today 5/12/15 around 11am stating that the 100.00 dollars I was overcharged would be reimbursed back on to my account. However, until I receive the money back into my account the complaint is not resolved and My credit card dispute will stay open.

I'm sorry didn't get the complaint. we've handled the cancellation of the warranty the problem seems to be the customer wants the check given to her and the bank agreement states it goes to them until the contract is paid out because it was included in fianced amount..I'm happy to give her the...

money if she can get the bank to agree...I did send the check to the bank an closed the warranty

I am rejecting this response because: In response to the business’s
claim that I wanted the remuneration from the cancellation of the extended warranty
that I purchased with my vehicle for my personal reasons is completely false.
It is false because I completely know I cannot recoup remuneration from the
cancellation of the extended warranty for my vehicle, as the vehicle is not paid
in full, and that the remuneration of the canceled extended warranty goes back
to the bank that I have the car loan with, which is [redacted] bank

I'd like to set an appointment to go over this and if I can't find a cure for this situation I'll be more than happy to refund your money. I'd also like you know that I don't appreciate race and gender being brought into this when your service advisor was [redacted] and the other gentleman is married to a [redacted] and my daughter is married to a [redacted]. Be careful making comments til you know for sure the situation. Call my office and schedule an appointment to meet with me and come to conclusion on this matter.

the car is in the shop for repairs and the customer has been given a loaner at no charge and the dealer has incurred all expense on the repairs ..

I did not get a diagnoses of my vehicle and I will be contacting the media about the abuse women endure when visiting a mechanic. . I have been manipulated into believing that the dealership was treating me fairly when in fact they haven't. .if I we're a guy I wouldn't been talked down to nor will a man allow the dealership to give them a report that contains no information pertaining to the diagnoses of the car. . Since no one wants to hear my side of the story. ..then I will contact the media today about this. .I want my money reimbursed. ..I have to sell my car since no one can find out what's wrong with the car. .please give me my money back. .I will not go away because I have been mistreated from this slump dealership. .either give me my money back or produce a diagnoses...

I've just received your complaint about the car, I would like to address your concerns about the car and the accident report and find out what we missed in the use car inspection that the car is not running to your satisfaction. I do understand that after you bought this car...

you didn't like it and wanted to return it. I do stand behind any repairs that would be necessary to meet your expectations on the running condition. The accident report that we use is Auto Check and there are numerous other reports out there and they all get information from various places, it is possible though to have an accident reported to another site and wasn't reported to Auto Check...Never the less I'd like to meet with you to address your concerns and see what I can do to help.Yours Truly,

am in receipt of your correspondence on behalf of **. [redacted]. First, I would like to address **. [redacted]’s concern that our advertisement which he received was deceptive or improper in any manner. This is simply not true. The sale is very legitimate and all prizes advertised have a winning number which we have insurance in place to fulfill in the event that a winner comes in to claim their prize. While I can appreciate that it may be possible for some consumers to not fully understand the rules of advertisement, I assure you that it is legitimate. I can also understand and appreciate that if someone were to become caught up in the excitement of thinking that they may have won something and then come to realize that it was not what they thought that they may become upset. This does not however mean that the advertisement is false or misleading. The rules and odds of winning individual prizes as well as how the program works are clearly delineated on the flyer.
As for the sales associate being rude or otherwise unprofessional that is behavior that is clearly not acceptable to me or how I operate my business on a day to day basis. During the event sales we do, from time to time, have outside sales associates that come in to help with the tremendous response from the buyers in the [redacted] market place. I can assure both yourself and **. [redacted] that the associate in question will never be allowed to come back to Gordon Chevrolet. I certainly apologize for the incident that apparently occurred although I did not witness it.
In as much as that I would like for everyone to be the big winner there are only a certain number of prizes awarded and I cannot arbitrarily award gifts that are not winning prizes as it would violate the spirit, intent and validity of the promotion and void my insurance policy that fulfills the prizes. **. [redacted] did in fact receive the prize that he was entitled to receive based upon the rules.
I hope that my response clears up any confusion that may have come to bear.
