I ordered a decal for a wagon on 2-13-2017, web site says they ship in 1-days Now, after weeks nothing, except a charge on my credit card Tried multiple times to reach company (phone, e-mail, chat service), absolutely no response Very disappointed (now angry) that I could not finish a special project for my grandchildren

The business has zero customer service to resolve issues They do not answer the phone, return messages, respond to emails, or staff their chat support They also have deceptive product descriptions and pictures All backed up by a zero returns policy They have an F Revdex.com rating for a reason They have reviews on their web site, but don't post negative reviews

I ordered a decal from this business on totaling $which included tax and shippingI paid for the order with my credit card on line, which was approved and I have verified that the amount was charged to meI have not received the merchandise or a refundI contacted this business several times (+) and finally received a response on August that said: "***, I am so very sorryYour order came through under our new site and the system was not completeA replacement is being produced IMMEDIATELY in addition, I am having other decals related to TS included as a courtesyI am so sorry, I built this new site to prevent such things and it is all stable nowThank you and I assure you, you will be taken care of!"
After weeks I still did not receive it so I sent an email back demanding a refund as I no longer want the item and I want my money back
It is now October and I still have not received a response

Several months ago I ordered a "Wounded Warrior large decal" which came to about $ When I got my statement from my credit union it was $plus the original amount I called a person and his name was Kit, the owner of the company He said he would look into it He came back soon, apologized and explained that his accountant had interpreted a hand written note and interpreted a (#) as a three that caused the $error He said he would personally make sure that the $was refunded This never happened and again after contacting him by email, he stated that he would personally send me the refund via USPS two day delivery I got an email from US Stamps (USPS) that an order had been placed with a tracking number on Dec To date the initial tracking status has not changed Since that time I have left voice messages and numerous emails to this company and have had "ZERO" response I finally tried to find a way to get some response and found your Revdex.com site

Rip off. Do not use, they charged me and never responded to multiple inquiries. Read online there are dozens of the same experience. Can't believe this guy is allowed to stay in business.

I'm experiencing the same thing now. And about to call my credit card company. They overcharged me for a $15 order. All the sudden it became a $52 order. I contacted them and did speak with Kip, he said he would talk to his accountant also about it. It was never corrected and I still have not received the decal. It's been almost 3 months now. I have ordered from them twice before and had very slow response and delivery. But this is the first time that they are totally ignoring three email inquiries and numerous phone calls regarding the overcharge and status of the order. Don't buy from them! Bob in Orlando

Review: Purchased product online in December of 2013. After a month I contacted company stating I hadn't yet received the decals (my APO address tends to take longer than usual to get mailings). I requested tracking info that I was promised. I was told they didn't have that info, and agreed to mail out another decal. After another couple months, still nothing in the mail, again no tracking. Contacted business again. Another excuse why they didn't have tracking number. Agreed to mail again, asked to confirm shipping info. They had correct info. Said they would mail out ASAP once they confirmed my info. I replied over the phone, via email, and online forms. I heard nothing back from them. At this point I just wanted my money back since it appears they don't know how to mail products. After asking for a refund I finally get a tracking number.....to the WRONG address. It's been over a month since that was sent. I've been emailing, calling, online form contact trying to figure out what to do now. I called the post office and they said it may eventually end up back at the sender, but that could be months if we're lucky. I've already waited 9 months for this. I just want a refund. But the company no longer responds to me. I am deliberately being ignored and I would just like a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $71.98 credited to my paypal account or credit card.

Review: I ordered a wall decal on December 9 for delivery before Christmas. Decal never arrived. Called company 3 times, left messages but no return phone calls. I also left 3 e-mails messages but got no response. I filed a complaint with [redacted]. After that, I got a message from someone in customer service saying they were sending out a replacement decal. This was January 10. Said I didn't want it so refund my money. Heard nothing. Escalated my complaint with Palpal and was able to get my money back. Beware. This company is very unreliable and unresponsive. I wonder if they have ever shipped out any product!Desired Settlement: I was able to get my money back but this company shouldn't be allowed to operate. Just wanted Revdex.com to know that.
