Review: Made a purchase for $107.99 on September 29, 2014 for some J[redacted] decals via [redacted] Transaction #[redacted]. Their website, www.gostickit.biz, states 1-5 days for delivery. I was given an order #[redacted]. After many lies and a disappointing Christmas, I still have not seen any decals. I want my money back asap please. I have a long list of text messages and emails proving the dishonesty of this company in regards to this transaction. One example of a lie is that I was issued a tracking number, [redacted], which doesn't exist.Desired Settlement: $107.99 immediately sent to my [redacted] account [redacted] or a cashiers check mailed to me. I can not trust a personal or business check from this company.

Review: I placed an order on December 20th. After about 3 weeks of waiting for my product, I contacted them to get an update. I received an e-mail right away saying they would look into it. I have not heard anything back from them. I've tried contacting them several times since and have not heard anything. I've asked for a refund and to cancel my order, but neither of those happened, and I have not heard from them.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for my order.

Rip off. Do not use, they charged me and never responded to multiple inquiries. Read online there are dozens of the same experience. Can't believe this guy is allowed to stay in business.

Review: Several months ago I ordered a "Wounded Warrior large decal" which came to about $30.00. When I got my statement from my credit union it was $300 plus the original amount. I called a person and his name was Kit, the owner of the company. He said he would look into it. He came back soon, apologized and explained that his accountant had interpreted a hand written note and interpreted a (#) as a three that caused the $300 error. He said he would personally make sure that the $300 was refunded. This never happened and again after contacting him by email, he stated that he would personally send me the refund via USPS two day delivery . I got an email from US Stamps (USPS) that an order had been placed with a tracking number on 14 Dec. To date the initial tracking status has not changed. Since that time I have left voice messages and numerous emails to this company and have had "ZERO" response. I finally tried to find a way to get some response and found your Revdex.com site.

Review: Ordered a sticker for my car on 2/12/2015 for $7.23. Haven't heard any communication from the company since placing my order. I've emailed the companies' support and info emails as well as filled out their online contact form multiple times with no responses. I have also called the company multiple times using the number on their website which is a google voice number for the owner [redacted] and not even a direct line to the business! I will NEVER order from this company again and this is not a good business especially after seeing so many complaints similar to mine.Desired Settlement: I want my money back in the form a check ASAP!

Review: Ordered a wall decal on 11/23/2014, paid in full via paypal. Received a confirmation e-mail for the payment but have not received the item or any e-mail regarding shipping at all. Have tried to call the number for the business and left messages for the owner,[redacted], multiple times and have gotten no response. Also e-mailed the website using their contact e-mail provided on the site and still no response.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back, this is no way for a company to do business and I plan to contact paypal and my credit card company regarding this matter too.

I ordered a decal from GoStickIT.biz a couple of weeks ago, and after about a week and a half of not receiving my order, I contacted the owner and within 4 days, not only did I receive my order, but the owner also sent me 5 additional decals in other colors that I wanted for FREE. Great decals, and great customer service.

Review: I placed an order for a wall decal on 4/16/15 for $64.99 Receipt No: [redacted]and have still not received my purchase but the company has charged my credit card for this amount. I have contacted the company multiples times through phone, email and the website and have not received any response from them.Desired Settlement: I desire a full refund of $64.99 for my purchase not received.

Review: I purcahsed a Decal from Gostickit.biz on January 26 2015. The company recieved payment for the decal. I have left and sent several messages, and no response or decal. My order # is [redacted]. I have yet to get ahold of Mr. [redacted] to find out what is going on. At this point I would just like to get my money back. This company is nothing but a fraud.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my shipping cost and purchase cost. The total for my puchase is $20.98

Review: I placed an order on 12/2/2015 for a New York Yankees logo sticker, it was $40 and some change. I was charged and to date I have not recieved anything. I have called multiple times and emailed, with no response. I did finally recieve a call on 1/6/16 from a [redacted] and told me they were in route of sending me a new one, becuase they changed warehouse's etc, but apologized and said its on teh way. I have yet to recieve this. I have called and left messages since and emails and still Nothing! I either want my logo sticker or my refund. This is awful. I still have my one email back from them saying they are checking into it and my voicemail saved from [redacted] on 1/6/16. So two months later, nothing.Desired Settlement: Delivery of Order and I feel I should be refunded as well, for waiting two months on a product and getting the run around.

Review: A decal was purchased online more than a month ago and still has not been received. A representative named [redacted] replied to my email to their 'support' address. She assured me a new decal would be shipped. A week later I still had not received a decal so I emailed 'support' again. [redacted] again replies saying they 'have put a tracer' on the shipment and are contacting the USPS. This is the last correspondence I've received from approx two weeks ago after I've emailed multiple times asking for the order to be cancelled and a full refund processed.Desired Settlement: Cancel the order and refund my credit card the full amount of the purchase.

Review: I place my order at the beginning of January. I have not received correspondence from the company regarding the personalization of my decal. I have sent numerous emails and left voicemails with no response. I would like to cancel my order and be refunded the entire amount. Order-ID: #[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like my order cancelled a refund issued.

Review: I ordered a wall decal and paid for it on February 17, 2014. I have been in contact with [redacted] several times since the purchase. To date I have still not received the product. Every time I contact [redacted] he has a different excuse and promises he will deliver the product the next day. I still have not received anything.Desired Settlement: I just want this company to send what I ordered and paid for. It was a vinyl wall decal.
