Poor service
Ordered a desk hutch. After a month of waiting for some sort of information I found out it was supposedly damaged in shipment. They never contacted me.. now I have been waiting a second month after they said they would ship another hutch. Supposedly it shipped but no tracking and no arrival date. Email says to check my account but it doesn't show up on their horrible order history. I don't recommend them. At this point I will cut my losses and order the hutch from a more reputable company

The product was ordered and never received. A tracking number was not provided as requested. Refund requested, company not responding to any inquiries
Order was in March, product never received. Order status indicates 'fulfilled'. A request for tracking number to try and determine if product was delivered and possibly 'porch pirated'. Companies response was we will get back to you. Follow up responses continue to deflect the request for a tracking number, the seem automated. Several weeks of requesting information and nothing provided. A request for refund was made and no response, other than a customer service survey. A second request foe refund was made and a response has been made. Looking at other Revdex.com request for the company indicate similar business practices. In understanding delivery issues due to COVID-19, it would be understandable for delays. When it seems the company cannot provide information or helpful interactions, other issues may be present. A tracking number of the location/shipment and delivery of product would have been acceptable. The automated notices that provided no helpful information were unexpected, but may follow organizational practices. The lack of response when a refund was requested is not acceptable. Business with this company will not be recommended to any and all future customers. A resolution to this inquiry is requested.

Desired Outcome

A full refund for the original purchase.

I am writing to inform that the company, Go Vets, has resolved this issue. Shortly after my Revdex.com claim was initiated, they contacted me that the order would be canceled and a refund would be issued. Both have occurred. Thank you for assisting in this matter.

Placed an order online 7 weeks ago for about $500. Weeks go by and nada. I contact GoVets. 4 phone calls and they never picked up or returned my call. 2 emails and not a whisper. Finally, I get them through live chat.

They tell me my order was delivered. They provide tracking info. Order was not delivered. It was still at manufacturer. They told me that address was my address. I told them to look at my order to see my address. Totally different State. So much for customer service.

Then they told me to contact manufacturer since the manufacturer still has the order. What tha? I didn't realize that was my job. I thought I was just the customer. I guess at GoVets, you have to be the customer and the employee.

They refused to give me a refund until I spent my time (for free) trying to get this resolved with manufacturer. I didn't know working for free was legal anymore.

I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. I got my refund that way. .

Sad to see a company that plays the veteran card act this way. They turned a simple order into Mission Impossible.

Hi Mr. - Thank you for the feedback. As one of the owners of the company, I sincerely, sincerely, sincerely apologize for not responding to this message earlier. We just setup our account with Revdex.com as we were shocked to see some of these unfortunate reviews. But looking at your order (#***), I am glad that you did get your refund. This incident happened at the height of COVID-19 activities and our support team was slammed with demand for items, support tickets, and in parallel a large number of cancellations from some of our suppliers. Through this whole experience, we have learned many lessons on which partners/suppliers we should be working with and which ones we should be getting rid of... We are have made many changes and still in the process of transforming our entire supply chain processes due to this whole experience. Just to clarify, we are a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned "Small" Business, and even though we do not make a significant profit off of our sales, we do still contribute a portion to Veteran Non-Profit Organizations of National Significance... To put things in perspective, we may have only made a few dollars off of your order, so going through this whole review process and the painful back-and-forth efforts was definitely not ideal for us either and is a go out of business scenario if it keeps happening... so we have been doing everything we can to remediate the situation. I do hope you can consider GoVets in the future. We have since updated our site and will be making a major announcement in the coming weeks. Have a wonderful day.

Awaiting on order delivery for over a month now. Tried to cancel the order, GoVets won't answer the phone nor return my emails.
On March 13th I place Order *** with GoVets Direct (***). On the same day, the order was update to "In Fulfillment". On March 21st I went online to the site, logged in to check the status of the delivery. No details were provided, so I sent a request (***) to get an update on the order delivery. March 25th, no feedback came from the original request so I call the number on the order receipt. After speaking with Ben at GoVets Support he informed me this order would be a minimum of 5-6 week delivery. I requested for Ben to cancel the order and provide a refund - I received email confirmation from GoVets on the 25th that the order had been "requested" to be cancelled and that they would let me know by email when the confirmation was accepted. To this date, I've never received an update on the order cancellation so I proceed with following up on the email request (***). On March 27th, I received an automated reply to my request for refund and received a notification that I would be contacted with an update in "1-2 business days'. March 29th, I received what appeared to be another automated response saying "We will contact you at *** the moment we have an update". April 8th, I emailed the same reference correspondence (***) to notify them by COB on Wednesday that if I hadn't received an update I would be contacting Revdex.com. April 9th, I tried to contact them again over the phone, but they have not been taking calls for at least a week. They suggest using the "online chat", but when corresponding with the "online chat" I get an automated response that they will respond by email (yeah right!). I've given them more than ample opportunities to correct this by now. On Monday, the 13th this order would be 1 month outstanding with no update from a live representative since March 25th

Desired Outcome

Refund and acknowledgement that there is a huge issue with their customer service that they should highly consider resolving. I needed the product within the stated delivery.

Product did not ship. No update given. Cancelled order and no refund issued. many complaints of fraud from other customers on the internet. FRAUD.

Several weeks ago-- product did not ship nor was scheduled to ship. I saw numerous complaints of fraud on the internet. I called and could not get an update on when it wouldship. I cancelled on 3/31 and was told it would take 2-5 days from my credit to get processed. I still have not received a credit . Worst business I have ever dealt with. fraudlent site.

I want a refund of my money. I payed for this via ***.

Ordered product on 18 March, shipped 20 March. Have not received. Left numerous emails, no response and no tracking info.

Stated shipped 20 March, 5-7 days shipping. Never received...unable to speak to a live person. Numerous emails go unanswered.

I have heard from GoVets, but have not responded to their calls. *** emailed me stated I will receive a refund in the amount of purchase.

On January 29.2020 I ordered 30 boxes of 50ct dust mask from GoVets Direct seller #***. My credit card was charged, yet seller emailed me days later stating that order could not be filled. I requested a refund of the $540.90 I had paid. I received no reply. I wrote several times, called several times and left messages and no one has answered my calls. I have yet to receive any communication and have not been refunded my money and have not received any product.

After letting company know I was filing complaint, they finally contacted me and refunded my money.
