*** *** I have read the manual and the information it provides on my Haplogroup Q is nothing more than the description on the certificate page (one sentence)The company mentions the certificate page and the manual but does not mention the third page, the Haplogroup pageThat page has a list of Haplogroups which, when you click on your group, you are suppose to receive detailed facts about the group, where in the world to find "genetic cousins," and possibly, famous people who share the Haplogroup. My haplogroup is not on the list, so I can't get any of this informationThe manual tells me that my Native American ancestors settled in North and South AmericaIs that detailed information? The manual refers me to books and websites

When will it fully refund?
