Our reports are interactive and unable to be printed due to this feature.  This allows our site to continually update and our users experience to be greatly enhanced.  We do sometimes suggest that if a client is unable to view their report on their device, that attempting to access the...

report on another device might be a good solution.  This is not a problem that we have encountered since our reports are view able through all browsers that we are aware of.  Since [redacted] has been unable to view his report, we will offer a refund of 75% as a courtesy.
