For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The Revdex.com deems anyone who has had a transaction or interaction with the company to be a customerI am a customerGrace Plumbing replaced our water heater and has performed over jobs for us in the last years We have provided the Revdex.com with a confirmation letter of the service request as evidence verifying we are their customerThe company performed a service evaluation and determined our water heater needed to be replaced. We agreed to their terms and paid them in advanceThe company failed to appear to scheduled appointments without providing any noticeWhen we called to inquire why they failed to appear, Grace Plumbing offered no apologyThey did not refund the $70service fee which went toward replacement of the water heaterThey refunded the $upfront fee for parts/serviceSince Grace chose not to replace our water heater, it is only appropriate that they refund all of the moneyThe warranty company does not forbid Grace from refunding the $service feeGrace has chosen not to refund the moneyTheir response does not resolve my complaintI would not recommend this company based on my experience with them

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I reject the closure of this caseFirst off there was never any water damage to the pedestalThe house had no pedestalI had to go purchase on because the company Faith restoration showed up the first day to give me a quote and never returnedI never heard from them againGrace plumbing told me to go pick up the pedestal from *** ***Therefore, that is what I didI called Grace plumbing to see why cleared the charges on my account and asked when it was going to be fixedI was told the job was completeI had no hooked up water heater, pedestal in the box still and no waterI told Grace plumbing it was not completeThe dispatcher argued with me about it being complete so I told her I was just going to call * ** *** *** and the other news channels because weeks without hot water was just not getting itShe then said I would be the next house they came toThe worker came and put the pedestal up but did not secure it to the studs in the wall, and did not secure the water heater to the pedestalYes I have hot water but I have a very unsecured water heater and pedestal that will tip over if someone bumps into itThe heater is next to the washing machine so it is only a matter of time before it tips over.

denied by the home warranty company when we were first out thereAfter continued threatening by this homeowner we tried to appease him and just help him out as a courtesy for freeWhen we left his home he told our tech that everything was fine and that he was happyIt is my assertion that this man is trying to get more free services out of us by bullying us via the internet

they have mistated the facts...I never received a price to fix the toilet ...the man stayed in his truck and never came back into the home as he said he was getting authorization and mistated the problem...I called another plummer to fix the problem and he said it had nothing to do with the pressure from the outside valve....the plummer was a total incompetent and Grace plumbing has complaints on file for their lousy service and misrepresentation...this was the worse plumbing company I ever dealt with as they sent someone out who has no experience as a plumber....but as a maintence man if that

Completely incompetent!

This is not a customer of ours. Our customer is the home warranty company. This complainant is a customer of the warranty company. Grace Contracting Services Inc. is under contract with various home warranty companies all of which require we collect service fees up front before making ant diagnosis....

After the service fees are collected we are then to inspect the plumbing issues and report them to the authorization department of the warranty company. The $70 dollars is a non refundable fee that our customer requires we collect. The $70 fee is the insurance deductible.

I am not sure what they are talking about when they say that they are owed they monies that was paid to us from our insurance company, we were not paid any money, and as for the asbestos abatement their was never an agreement or anything else agreeing to such. all I know is that grace plumbing & Faith restoration took advantage of an elderly man and inflated their priced and did a the worst job that I have ever seen from a contractor, I have the pictures and contracts to prove it, and this matter has been turned over to an attorney

Revdex.com:[redacted] the comment was mine, not Grace Plumbing.
Regards,[redacted]

I have a home warranty with Amer. [redacted] they told me to call Grace Plumbing. I had a water leak in my slab floor under a flagstone cover. [redacted]? came out on friday the 11th to look at problem. He sent two employes to remove floor over the leak along with mitigation equipment to dry underground. They stated that they had never done this flagstone type before and called back to office numerous times to check whether they were doing it rite. The found the leak. On Sat the 12th I called [redacted]'s cell only to find that his mail box was full to try to get more info. this went on until lMonday the14th. called numerous times to get info. as what was going on. On Tuesday after calling main office only to find out [redacted] had disappeared and I had wrote a check on the 11th for $1054 on his insists, on 11th to Grace. I stopped payment on it to protect myself. After repeated calls Mon. they on tues they sent a plumber out in afternoon who worked trying to fixit , using wrong solder and not knowing where to shut water off to house. On weds. they said the line will have to be put overhead in the attic , and the cost would be $2500. I then found out that the mitigation was $1500. On Thurs. I stated that I was going to get another estimate that the cost seemed out of line. the other estimate from another licensed contractor was 1/2 that amount for same work. I received call from [redacted]? from their office that they would undercut any other estimate. I don't do business that way. this alerted me as how they do business. The estimate by the other contractor alerted me that they were using the wrong solder to repair pipe and it wouldn't have held even after being fixed. By friday I had been without water for 7 days, only to find out that the Hot water could've been shut off and I could've lived in the house. Their fix was not to to Az building code. The employees that they sent out will ill prepared or lacked the knowledge to repair this type of loss. I discussed this entire problem with the AZ. [redacted] office and had I not had waterline repaired by other contractor. this would've been legal matter taken up by their office. I was desperate to get water to my home as it had been 11 days without water. I had just moved here from florida last year in June this was quite awakening to Az. contractors. They are now harassing me for a $1600 payment for the mitigation when the balance should only be the $600. They are not giving me credit for the $1000 from [redacted]. giving me credit for $1000 that [redacted] [redacted] will pay them direct. If more info is needed I can be reahed at [redacted].

We had this company dispatched out with our home warranty company. When asking the technician for details about the problem, he was vague and insisted on telling me we needed things that were optional, such as a water filtration system. When I told him I just wanted to know the issues that were absolutely necessary to fix, he became belligerent. I would not recommend having these folks. They are not honest and not customer friendly.

This company has horrible customer service. They are impossible to get a hold of before, during and after a job. They were supposed to completed a job for us this week and we were told it was complete. Upon checking it ourselves, the work was never done so we now need to hire someone else and hope that it is completed by the due date needed.

I had an insta-hot water heater in my home until recently when it went out on me. I wanted to replace it with another tank-less unit but cost was prohibitive. I called Grace Plumbing the next day they had a plumber there who replaced my tank-less water heater with a 50 gallon electric he made all the modifications necessary. I hated to spend any money at all but I felt that I got a great value for the money I did spend. I would certainly refer Grace Plumbing Services to my friends and family. They were great from start to finish.
