They absolutely are a complete scam!!! What they're doing is copying pictures from other websites and lying about what they're sending I got plastic instead of stained glass I ordered it on March 25th and today is August 5th. I received it in it is complete plastic and junk so $45 down the drain. PLZZZZZZZ

STOP THIS COMPANY FROM LYING AND STEALING MONEY

I ordered the Kingfisher stained glass ornament. I waited 4 months for it to arrive. It was made entirely of plastic! I paid $29.95 and it's not worth 1 dollar! I emailed them demanding my money back. They claim it is exactly what I ordered! Their description says it is glass. It is not!

Ordered barbed wire spider web in March. At the end of May I received a plastic knock off, 99 Cent store quality. Emailed company, got lame response that I received what I ordered. *** is working on refund but this website is STILL IN BUSINESS!! Do not purchase, this company is a total scam.

I placed an order back in March for a Dire wolf plush that I found on the site, it took over four months to arrive and what I received from them was not what was advertised... I have repeatedly requested a refund for my purchase only to be ignored, I placed a review trying to earn people about the fraudulent products they are selling only to find they had deleted my review.

After waiting 4 mths for Direwolf stuffed toy, it arrived looking nothing like picture. It is a piece of crap, poorly made, stiff, can't pose or turn head. All the company did was apologize, no refund.
If I could give 0 stars, I would.

First problem is that it took 4 months to receive. Second and most importantly is they completey misrepresented the product in their ad: the direwolf stuffed animal that came was so small barely one third the size, very cheap materials and stiff, does not look like product advertised. Their customer service said the only way they'd refund me is if I ship the product back to China, which would cost a ton for me to do for a cheap $2 toy that THEY lied about in their ad.

I ordered a stained glass kingfisher ornament, which was heavily advertised on Facebook, more than 4 months ago. After not receiving it, I was sent a tracking number. Supposedly, my order is held up in customs (according to an email response from the company. But the tracking information says that my order is still in China and hadn’t been shipped. It has been more than 4 months, and they will not issue a refund. I think this company is a sham, and that it’s products don’t exist.

Ordered "leaded glass" feather suncatchers - they are cheap plastic and I had to wait 4 months to receive them. Now they won't refund my $ unless I pay to ship them back - to CHINA - first. Complete fraud.

I ordered a stained glass feather from the website www.graciaszone.com. The product description said the feather is made of stained glass, solder, glass beads, wire and ribbon. I received a cheap one-piece PLASTIC feather with none of the aforementioned items on it. It was shipped from China and received 2 months after I ordered it. What I received is NOT a handmade piece of stained glass. It is a manufactured piece of plastic with a hole drilled in the top. I weighs 2 ounces. Product is listed on https:graciaszone.com/product/rainbow-feather-suncatcher/ I requested a full refund of $26.90 US by contacting them directly at both graciaszone.com and slnholding.com. They refused refund saying I got exactly what I ordered. I received exact duplicate multiple "generic form" answers to my requests each time. I then filed a complaint through Paypal which was my method of payment. I went through the complaint process on Paypal but they said I have to comply with sending the product back to the requested place of Vietnam to get the refund through their program. Even though they have an address in Colorado on their website, SLN Holding requested that I send product to Vietnam at a cost of $35.35 for shipping to receive my $26.90 back. I asked if I could send it to Colorado address instead. Again, I received another form response not addressing my question. This is a scam in online shopping. This is zero stars! It wouldn’t let me take the star off. This company lied and sent me broken and plastic and half finished products. I have photos and tired to get them to send me what was promised in the description and all they would say is how they can give me a discount on my next purchase. WHAT!?!? I will never purchase anything there again!! Won’t fix it in any way especially no refund! Please never buy from this false fake and phony lying company. Huge mistake. Said company out of Oregon and it’s from China!! ????????????????????????????????????????

It has been 2 months since I ordered a lingerie set. I contacted the seller a month and a half after placing my order, because I still had not received a tracking number. I asked to cancel my order and get a refund, to which they refused. They replied back with a link to track my shipment. The last update to the shipment was May 16th (it says preparing for shipment). I contacted them again on June 10th because the link still has not updated since May 16th. They replied back with the same exact email they sent me the first time.

I got the dire wolf and it turned out to be a raggedy $5 toy! Also had to wait 3 months to get it. They took down my review and won't answer me. Stay away!

I ordered at the begining of March, it was delivered damaged at the end of May. I contacted them about my damaged purchase. they requested photos. After I sent photos, this is their reply:

They got me too. I ordered the kingfisher stained glass in March and just (June) received an email that it had been delivered somewhere in Ohio. I live in North Carolina! Now I’m not sorry I didn’t get it but want my money refunded. I wonder why they kept sending shipping updates?

Been waiting over 3 months to get my orders. They keep telling me it is stuck in Customs. I have heard lie after lie. Asked for a refund and they refuse.

over 2 months to get a few neck gators. Now they say there was a problem in customs. Obviously the USA contact location was to fool me. Very sad, don't buy from them

I ordered from them end of Feb, finally got my package June 1st. 2 of the 3 items were broken and not made of glass like the website stated, just a cheap plastic knockoff. I emailed them to complain and they said I got exactly what I ordered and did not even bother to address the broken pieces. I emailed them twice more with no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER PEOPLE!!!

Ordered a bracelets February 23, 2020. Still have not received it.

I ordered a keychain months ago and have never received it. It has been paid for. They will not give me a refund and will not tell me when the item will be here. I have asked multiple times for a refund for a lost item not delivered and they have refused. They have told me to be patient but it has been months and I have waited long enough.

This company is in CHINA, not the US. I placed an order on February 22 and as of May 19th, I still haven't received my order or a refund. No matter how many times I email and ask for working tracking info or a refund, they just ignore me and keep telling me to wait. I opened up a dispute with PayPal. This company creates cheap ripoffs of other people's designs anyway, so morally speaking, they are awful. Customer service is a joke, they just want your money. Now they are saying that they'll send me a new package, and even though it's been 90 days and I no longer need it, I can return it AT MY OWN COST. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS.
