China company. Misrepresented items. Won't refund or communicate. STAY CLEAR!!!

Still waiting for my package, a month later don’t even have any tracking info

It took 4 months to get my order, and when it arrived it was completely different from what I ordered. I left a review under the item I purchased and they have tried to edit my review to a more positive one which I have restored to my words each time.

Bought the dire wolf plush and it's a total rip off and when I contacted them they said they were all handmade so their would be slight color difference and a unquie face.
NO this looked like some sort of 5 dollar toy you can buy VS wnay I paid for that looked no where near the same product OR quality.
They show high quality products and send you junk.

Paid for a glass suncatcher and never received it. No legitimate proof that it was shipped- this is a scam company do not buy from them.

ordered a badge that looked like it was sculpted baby Yoda for $20 when it arrived 5 wks later it was a sticker on a badge reel and worth about $5. I tried to post a 1-star review and they have yet to post it. No stars was not on option

scam website.. all of the images are stolen and they send you crap from the dollar store. I ordered a metal spider web and received a plastic dollar store item. This website needs to be shut down.

Placed an order with Gracis Zone on March 8th after seeing the company advertised on Facebook. As of writing this complaint, I still have not received my purchased item even though they immediately removed the money from my account. When I email them about my order, they send me a link to the shipping that is outdated and provides no information on the arrival date. A request for a refund is ignored. I believe this company is a scam.

Scam operation. Takes your money, you never get product. When you inquire, you got bogus emails w fake tracking links that don't work. AVOID THIS SCAM!

Order never received. Got the run-around from Overseas. Sent an unactive tracking number for months. Now my Paypal dispute is about to finalize and they sent me a Order Confirmation finalizing my purchase. WTH? This is not an Oregon based company folks. Scam Site BEWARE!!!

The image that was advertised was no where near what I received! Cost was not cheap either & their system glitched & charged me double. I requested the order to be fixed & they would not even offer me a credit either, even though I reached out by email immediately. It took them over a week to respond & they told me that by then it was to late because the order was already then processed . Took months to get here because I was unaware it was coming from China. Will never buy from them again!

I ordered earrings from Gracias Zone on 2/14/2020 that they said would take about 20 days to arrive. I received confirmation of shipping on 2/17/2020 with a tracking number that said the shipment could not be found. I emailed them four times between 2/29 and 4/27/2020. The tracking number now shows that the package is being prepared for shipping in China (in Chinese - fortunately I have a family member who reads Chinese).

I have not received the earrings even though it’s been over 10 weeks. I don’t believe I ever will at this point. Artisan jewelry makers are also posting on Facebook that Gracias Zone is stealing photos of their jewelry and passing it off as their own.

I want a refund of the $24.94 I paid for the earrings I never received.

Business is not located in Burns OR. It is located in China. Placed an order approximately a month ago on 3/23/2020. As of today 4/23/1920 order has not even shipped. I have emailed the company numerous times to inquire and then to cancel order. They have refused stating order is processing.
