This is the second year in a row that this has happened due to your accounting departments error To have all of these pending charges two weeks after the order was received is financial mismanagement This business caused our credit card to be declined due to said fraudulent charges during an 8th grade trip that was miles away It also resulted in charges for over the limit fees As a small school these pending charges are financially devastating During the many attempts to get to the accounting department I was hung up on three times and was spoken to in a manner that was unprofessional and unwarranted When asked to speak to a manager I was told that none were in the building then hung up on again The customer service was deplorable We will never again use this company and will relay this information to all the schools in our district

Revdex.com,  We are happy to help, but we are unable to retrieve her credit card information which is encrypted for security purposes.  Please have the customer call in with her information referencing her "3" credit memos, this way we can refund her immediately.  Again, We have “3” credit memo’s    [redacted]  but again, we for [redacted] to supply  her  credit card number. We are doing our best to get this solved as  quickly as possible.  The Customer Care Team

In reference to complaint ID [redacted], I was able to call GraduationSource and receive a refund on my credit card in the amount of $96.55.  GraduationSource offered no apology for the fact that it took a complaint to Revdex.com, almost a year, 5 or 6 phone calls, a number of emails, and hours of my time to finally receive the refund. In fact, their reply to Revdex.com was both incoherent and rude. They seemed to blame me for the fact that it had been a year since the purchase was made, and yelled (in all capital letters) that "[redacted]" Why would they be waiting for a credit card, when I have an email from them dated December **, 2016 stating that they would send me a check?I refuse to do business with GraduationSource ever again, and I will recommend the same to my school district. This company is ok at shipping orders, but they are completely incompetent when it comes to customer service.  Dealing with them has been an awful experience that I do not wish to repeat.

Dear Revdex.com,   Please let [redacted] know, she has our sincerest apology on the experience she had with our company. After reviewing the situation, we have found a gap in our process and will ensure this does not happen to any of our other customers.  Her order was a custom product,...

normally it takes 6 to 8 weeks to deliver our custom products. We recently try to rush this process to accommodate our customers during the busy season. As you can see it did not work as we expected.   Our policy is to not refund any custom orders. However,  we did see on [redacted] spoke to one of our supervisors and a refund in the amount of  $460.81 (  [redacted]) was processed.  We still have her custom hoods and if she would still like the product we can help her with a very generous discount . Again, if you can give [redacted] are sincere apology and hope she would give us a 2nd chance to make this right.   The Customer Care Team

Dear Revdex.com, We completely refunded the processing fee  (once we removed this fee, we had 10 days to process the order) The customer paid for 2nd day air shipment  ( we remove the [redacted] 2day shipping charge  and replaced it with ground charges) the difference was 10.00 which was refunded to the customer .  Let me know if we can help in any way. The customer care team

 When I called on June [redacted] to inquire about the refund, I was informed by the customer service representative that the credit card information where the "refund" was processed was incorrect. I will not be satisfied until we see the actual credit on the card.

during the time you called, half of our phone lines were down. As far as managers, we supply and train  our agents to handle all escalating issues and  the ability to help every customer, rarely is there a need for a manager call. However, this call should have beenescalated to our finance /accounting department. As far as I can tell these were only pending charges which have been released. due to your private information. The only guaranteed delivery we display online is Overnight, [redacted] day air and ground . The customer...

picked the lowest cost which was  [redacted] our company cannot guarantee a delivery date on this shipping method. Smart Post is a shipping method from [redacted] for the need to ship low-weight packages to residential customer. By utilizing the [redacted] your local mail man is the person who delivers the final shipment to the customer. As a curiosity for her second inquiry, we created a [redacted] and is still active for the amount of 96.55, please call service with an active credit card to apply the refund to at ###-###-#### or send an email to [redacted]   THE CREDIT MEMO IS [redacted]  due to the duplication , WE ARE JUST WAITING for an ACTIVE CREDIT CARD TO TURN THIS FROM A credit memo INTO A REFUND.   The Customer Care Team
