Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Account Brokers lied. I have sent two registered letters, and as previously described, Melissa signed for these.Do you want copies of these signed returned receipts? I am happy to submit both to the BBB.Second, the specifically listed accounts were discharged completely in bankruptcy and therefore are closed and need to be removed completely from my credit report Third, Account Brokers has not supplied the information needed to comply with the [redacted] Federal Code, as I demanded by written registered mail as well as email. Any further breeches of this code will be dealt with via civil court and I am assured that Account Brokers will be found liable for the continued negligence to complying with this code .If Account Brokers will agree in writing to delete these trade lines from my credit report, I will not pursue civil proceedings Otherwise, they should expect to hear next from the courts and my lawyer Regards, [redacted] ***

As I previously stated we will mail the validation of debts as soon as we receive them from our clients

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:Account Brokers has chosen to inform myself and the Revdex.com that they acknowledge violating the *** Finance Code, continue to do so, and feel as if they are above the laws that were created to protect consumers. I have already disputed this with all credit bureaus and will forward this correspondence through the Revdex.com to all credit agencies, which will be required under the *** Finance Code to delete these trade lines. I will also pursue Accounf Brokers civilly regarding their continued blatant violations of the *** Finance CodeI demand that Account Brokers cease any communication with me that is not through the Revdex.com

I am, not sure where Ms*** believes we lied?? Never did we say we didn't get letters from her, we also stated her ex husband filed bankruptcy, she did notI am happy to send copies of the statements in question to her, however her dispute is that they belong to her ex husbandThe statments will say he was the patient, our position is going to be she was married to him at the time of the servicesAgain we will not remove an account from the credit bureau unless it is determined to be in error

*** *** *** *** * *** *** *** *** *** *** ***Hello,Somehow, I did not receive the previous notice from the BB regarding the company's response.Account Brokers has continued to blatantly avoid complying with the *** Finance Code Their stated correspondence and verification of debt was not a complete or accurate debt verification per the *** Finance Code.I have escalated my complaints to include complaints to the *** as well as the *** Attorney General. If possible, could this claim through the Revdex.com remain open, or could it be changed to reflect that the consumer was very displeased with the company's continued lies and fraudulent practices?Thank you,***

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: Account Brokers has blatantly ignored my request for debt validation Having lived in *** for several years, I have CONTINUED to request validation of this debt per *** Finance CodeI have disputed this debt with the credit reporting agencies and you continue to validate it without providing the information I have requestedPlease note Transunion, Experian, and Equifax are bonded in the state of *** and are required to comply with *** Finance Code if you fail to meet code requirements.MY DEMAND FOR DEBT VALIDATION WAS RECEIVED BY YOUR OFFICE VIA CERTIFIED MAIL ON 10/14/YOUR LACK OF RESPONSE IS IN VIOLATION OF THE *** FINANCE CODEYOU HAVE UNTIL **NOVEMBER 14** TO VERIFY THESE DEBTS OR DELETE THE TRADELINE.Delete this trade line if you do not have sufficient time to complete an investigation to validate this debt in days according to Sec(d)(1)For the purpose of validation provide me with:? The original date of default or non-payment of the debt with original creditor? The date the debt was transferred from the original creditor to the third party debt collector? Any fees added by your agencySec(a)(2)? *** Surety bond information as required by Sec392.101I am invoking *** Finance Code CORRECTION OF THIRD-PARTY DEBT COLLECTOR'S OR CREDIT BUREAU'S FILES.Additionally, I consulted with the attorney who did the bankruptcy which informed me of the loophole in which you are still finding me liable for this debt that was not mine and was discharged However, this does not allow you to CONTINUE TO IGNORE the *** Finance Code

I am rejecting this response because:Again, you acknowledge receiving a letter from me months ago as my demand for complete debt verification OVER 30 days ago Your written response acknowledges you could not complete the debt verification in te time required under the [redacted] Finance Code and you MUST delete the trade line from all 3 credit reporting agencies. I've already contacted an attorney about proceeding civically under the [redacted] Finance Code against Accouhg Brokers and will be proceeding with this unless the trade lines are deleted immediately and all correspondence reflects this.  I will not tolerate additional violations of the [redacted] Finance Code.

Ms. [redacted]'s ex husband did file bankruptcy and has been removed from the account, she is now the sole responsible party for medical services rendered to her then husband. Contact Name and Title: Sue Y[redacted], CR Manager

Our Sales Manager, Mike M[redacted], reviewed the matter with our General Manager, Ken W[redacted].
They looked at our Internet...

Pictures on the car and thought that it had Touch Up Paint on the Car. Mike showed the picture to our Body Shop Manager and he said that any good painter should be able to blend the bumper estimating the cost to be around $250 to $400.
We are willing to give the customer the benefit of the doubt and split the $400 Estimate with him. I will send him a check for $200 as a goodwill adjustment on repairing the bumper.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/11/03) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Thank you for taking the time to reply back to my complaint.
After going to three different body shops the cheapest estimate I received is $459.03. Due to my inconvenience not only throughout the buying process but now having to get estimates from multiple locations, I am requesting that I receive an adjustment for the full amount of the repair costs.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2016/06/17) */
Customer's boyfriend dropped off vehicle. Then, customer's uncle came and picked up the keys for her so she could pick up vehicle after hours.
The boyfriend signed off on repair order that we are not held responsible for any items remaining...

in vehicle.
With her boyfriend and uncle being involved with the drop off and pick up of keys. No one knows what happened, so therefore, we will not be replacing the 120 dollars that she left in her vehicle.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 8, 2016/06/20) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
My family members dropping off my vehicle and picking up my keys does not excuse the mishandling of my vehicle in the first place and more importantly does NOT dismiss the possibility that someone working for Grahams stole my money from my vehicle's glove box. I wasn't even offered an apology for my vehicle being left unattended after business hours with my doors left unlocked even though their policy is to lock the doors of all vehicles, That came from the service director himself, Dennis B[redacted] and when I mentioned the technicians name from the service order he stated that his technician is approximately 60 years old and couldn't have possibly stolen from me. As if age excludes you from stealing or lying. Therefore, this gave me the direct impression that Mr. B[redacted] did not have me (customer) at best interest and was simply protecting his employee with his bias comment.
I have even reached out to Grahams requesting video of who had access to my car and haven't received a response. I will NEVER do business with this dealership again!
Final Business Response /* (4000, 14, 2016/07/20) */
The Repair Order was signed by the customer's boyfriend whom she entrusted to drop off her vehicle which states that the customer agrees that we (Graham Automall) are not responsible for the loss or damage to her vehicle or articles left in a vehicle in case of fire, theft or any other cause beyond our control.
Our position still stands. We will not be giving away 120 dollars that we are not responsible for.

We considered this issue resolved on January 26th, 2017 to Mr. [redacted]'s satisfaction (see attached emails). After investigating this complaint and after careful consideration, there is nothing more that we can offer this customer.

The customer came back to us and told us that the key reset was not the issue and it would cost $285 to fix. Even though it has been two...

months since he purchased the vehicle, we reimbursed him for half of the cost in the interest of customer satisfaction.

[redacted]MarcyMs. [redacted] was married to him at the dates of service, Mr. Desarno filed bankruptcy leaving her as the only person responsible for the debt. I will send redacted copies of the iteimised statements. Thanks Kelli B[redacted]Account Brokers, IncAccount Brokers of Larimer County, Inc.

[redacted]Hello,I wrote a response, however I would like to amend it. Acct Brokers was made aware of my demand for debt validation through my Revdex.com complaint on 9/28.  30 days has passed and they have refused to very the debt completely.  This is in direct violation of the [redacted] Finance Code.I erroneously used the date in which I received written confirmation they received my second certified letter (10/14) as the beginning of the 30 day mark in my response.Thank you,[redacted]
