FRAUD SITE - I ordered 4 Jeep tires for $254.36 and gave my credit card number but they use PayPal as a cut out. Grainestore showed up on Pay pal as GregorioTomWillyV61nr. The Paypal person gave me contact g-mails GregorioTomWillyV61nr, and thihuongho and a Vietnamese international Phone number. The charge showed on my bank card as *GREGORIOTOM. They provide a UPS tracking number for a delivery to my city for a 14 lb package but not my address from a bowling supplier shipped from WI. These SOBs are slick and neither PAYPAL nor BARCLAY Bank are willing to go after this stolen $254.36. Beware!! FRAUD THEFT!!!

Scam. Don't order from them. They take your money and give you a phony tracking number. I never received any package. UPS and PayPal denied claim.

I placed an order on February 23, 2020. Order #***, every time I have checked the status, the answer is it is processing. It doesn't take 5 weeks to process one item. When I contacted them through their website, this is the response I received "There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later."

I ordered 2 Nintendo Switch remotes and never got them. When I tracked the package it said it was delivered so I reached out to the post office. They told me that the package was delivered to a completely different name and address. The phone number and email address listed on the website are invalid.

I bought a product and never received it. The company stole a UPS tracking number from a delivery in my town to "show" that it had been delivered.

I would give them a 0. This business is a scam. I ordered 2 car seats and never received them. The email they have on there website doesn’t work. The phone number on the site doesn’t work. I went through PayPal to get a refund and Paypal wouldn’t even give me a refund because the seller is saying the item was delivered. They gave me a tracking number saying my item was delivered to an address that’s not even associated with me.

I ordered a Stroller and Car seat on February 25th for 72.79 from this website. I never received my item they said shipping would take 5 business days . I tried to call the customer service several times the line isn’t connected and I tired the email and it was sent back to me I believe this is a scam website. I contacted Ups because that’s who they said shipped it in the email UpS said they have no record of my address with this delivery and this website isn’t on file.

Made payment for item said free shipping was charged for shipping received no response via email. Item said to ship in 5-7 day no shipping notification or unable to track. Have attempted to contact via phone numerous times not a working number.

On Feb. 23, I ordered LEGO Harry Potter Hogwarts Great Hall Building Kit for the total amount of $74.19 from Grainnestore. My order number from the Grainnestore is #***. I checked the UPS tracking through the e-mail that was sent to me by Grainnestore and notification said that the package was delivered to me Fri. Feb 28, at 12:57pm. We have a ring doorbell and cameras, which showed that no one delivered any packages today. I called UPS, and upon giving them the tracking number, and my address, they informed me that the address that Grainnestore put on the package was a completely different address than mine.UPS informed me to contact the seller. I have been trying to reach the company for the past week daily through their e-mail, and the phone number listed on the website. I have not had any response from their e-mail, and their phone number is not valid. I have also sent messages to (***), the sellers e-mail daily and have not received a response.

Ordered several tires from vendor Habatim.
UPS stated they delivered all..
Address was not mine.
Went to address of delivery. All that was delivered was a piece I'df paper.
Made complaint with PayPal. Was refused because they said they were delivered.
Total scam!
My bank account and PayPal account were then accessed and $7,467.93 was then removed from my account. I want my money back!!

Habatim is a scam site! Do not order anything from them ! They provide bogus UPS tracking numbers and you will not receive your order! They only accept PayPal for payment and it is impossible to get your money back. Bogus UPS number, according to PayPal is proof item was delivered and they will deny your claim.

Ordered 2 items from this company on Nov 4 2019, as of this Dec 15 2019 have not received the items. I have filed 3 complaints with *** and it keeps on getting denied because they indicated by the tracking number that it was delivered. It was delivered by UPS to a company which was not my address. I have showed them proof from UPS and they are still declining my complaint. I have tried to contact the seller 3 times by phone and the phone number given on website is disconnected and I have tried emailing the seller 2 times and have no response. I just want my money back!!!!

I ordered my product November 1st. Over a month and half later I still have not received my product. This is a company you can not contact. I’ve tried emailing them and the email is fake. I’ve tried calling the number. The number is also a disconnected number. I have no way to get my money back.

I purchased a doll from this website and received a washcloth from Kohls instead. No response from seller. I filed a complaint with PayPal and they reimbursed me but I had to ship item back and it was sent to Korea.

I ordered LEGO Ideas Ship in a Bottle on 10/28/2019 (Invoice ID: WC-19421). The item was delivered to an address in Newington, CT on 10/30/2019 and signed for by “KIM.” I opened a case with UPS on 11/16/2019. UPS confirmed that the seller mailed the package to a different address (not my home of record) which is business in my town (Annie's Nails & Spa, 63 E Cedar St, Newington, CT 06111). Also, it was shipped from Stratford, CT. I tried contacting the company via email (got a UNDELIVERABLE email back) and by phone (business phone number not in service). I paid thru PayPal so I tried contacting the company thru the POC associated with the PayPal account (Dinh H ***, TimothyS***@gmail.com) with no response. I also filed a case with PayPal.

I ordered a video game because it was cheaper here than any other retailer. Never received it and when I called, the number was disconnected. Email bounced back. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Not sure if the business was never legit or if it was a scam. I'm out $48 but it's really not worth the hassel. I would give them a 0 star if I could.

Placed an order on 10/26/2019 paid through *** for insurance. Received order confirmation from website. *** confirmed payment and address information. On 10/31/2019 received a package delivery update from UPS. Upon research, the per UPS the package was delivered to a different/wrong address which was provided by the seller. After many attempts to contact the seller (phone and email) I have not received a response. The customer service number listed on the website is a non-working number. I have yet to receive any updates as to why my order was delivered to the wrong address when the correct address was confirmed multiple times before submission.

I did not receive the item I ordered.
I contacted the company via email and they did not reply.
I have read online that this company is a scam.

I ordered a board game from this company, and it seems like they are completely a scam. I never received the product, and they used a fake tracking number to send to *** so that *** would not return my money.
