I have read online that this company is a scam.

Scam Don't order from them. They take your money and give you a phony tracking number. I never received no package and now am out of the money.

Vendor changes shipping details after purchase is completed, so that product(s) is not delivered to purchaser/victim, thus scamming victim out of product and money spent.

I have not received this order. I have tried to contact them via email and phone with no response.

I ordered a product from this company, and never received what I had paid for. When I looked up the shipping details, the package was addressed to a name I've never heard of, and there was no street address. What I found was that the package did arrive in my town on 10-31-19, and I do not know who received it was not me. I have tried several times to call the company, and the recording says the number has been disconnected or is no longer in service. I have tried to contact the company several times, and the e-mail has not gone through, even trying to contact them through their own site. I do not want anyone else regretting their purchase and going through what I have. Thank you very much for your time.

Upon coming to the Habatim website, I have tried contacting the website, but forms of communication have all failed. That is, the package seems to have arrived already, and I wanted to contact the company, but no forms of communication work. They have a number, 1-888-704-2867, but the number states to have been out of service. Moreover, the other form of communication, email, has been returned with the host email not being able to "receive" the email sent. Even the 'Contact form' on the website, provides the error message of 'There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.' That is the entirety of my problem. I ordered a product from this company, I received a tracking number from PayPal. When I was informed that the item was delivered it was clear that the item was not delivered to me. I called UPS and they stated that my name and my address was not On that tracking number. When I filed a complaint with UPS it was clear that the company that sent the item was unrelated to the company that I ordered from and therefore they had somehow still in the tracking number. I never received the item and I want my money back. This website also has two other websites, Icheap.net and bandzunion.com with the exact same storefront and with hundreds of complaints for the exact same issue. I have turned them into the FTC but nobody seems to be able to do anything about this

I purchased an item from this company and it charged me through a PayPal account. They sent a fake UPS tracking number and the item was never delivered.
