Where is there a fine print on your website that states that you can go to a third party and collect my new credit card information?
Second, you did not allow me time to consider ADDING a new credit card to keep the renewal, and thus, went behind my back and found my bank card, charged it, and left me negative in my accountWhat if I wanted to use another card? AND, stating "please enter a new credit card statement to avoid disruptions to your account" IS MISLEADINGYou made it seem like if I did not update my card, my account and services would be discontinued, and thats not what happened

That is a horrible way to conduct business, by trapping your customersAdditionally, it is
MISLEADING to email your customer, "ACTION REQUIRED; we DON'T want to LOSE You,"
when you know very well you are not losing me because you are going to a third party and
whatever measures to get your paymentFurther, it is also misleading to state, " You can
update your credit card information now to prevent interruptions in your grammarly services."
That is false, as there was no intent to disrupt my services because you contacted a third party
to obtain my informationLastly, in the "ACTION REQUIRED" email you sent me, you should
have added your disclaimer, "if you do not add a new credit card, we will contact a third party
as to maintain the renewal agreement for grammarly services," that way you give customers
the autonomy to decide if they want to immediately cancel or allow you to retrieve the funds for
continual servicesYour company is deceptive and I will never refer any student to your business
