Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (2000, 7, 2015/08/18) */
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I accept the refund but wished someone would have just helped me. I liked the program and really wished to keep it. I just wanted to get logged in. While it does appear to be an easy fix because of a typo, it would have been nice to have someone just help me. I'm quite surprised to hear that no one received my request. Again, I wished to have kept the service rather than a refund but do appreciate the refund. Thank you.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2016/03/22) */
To whom it may concern,
We checked our records and were able to trace the correspondence between the buyer and the company. On Nov 19, the buyer requested the following: "Please do not bill me anymore as my daughter does not utilize the...

services offered anymore. " Hence, the customer's subscription has been cancelled to prevent future scheduled payments. Had the buyer requested a refund of the recent charge, the company would have returned the renewal payment.
Today, on Mar-22-2016, we processed the refund. Please note that it may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear on your statement (Visa [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Hi Thank you for your assistance July, 2016 I signed up for this service. Upon canceling the service within 30 days later. My checking account was consistently billed every month. Even after cancellation. I attempted numerous times to contact this business, and requested someone to call me so, the situation could be resolved. I was informed there was nobody available to personally contact me. Upon finally being able to receive a response from this business I was informed my account was not cancelled. Although, I received emails and offers to stay a customer for $6 a month. Once again I had to sign into the website, and cancel the service. I was informed I would receive a refund. My account was billed 12 times, one time was authorized. The terms of service do not cover unauthorized fees. All I'm asking for is my refund for the unauthorized charges. On July 10th, 2017 I was issued a refund for 5 months. I requested the balance of my refund to be issued, and filed a complaint with Revdex.com after the company stated they could not call me, and would not issue a refund for the balance of unauthorized charges. On July 25, 2017 I receiving the balance of the owed monies 149.95 via PayPal within 7 days. I am appreciate the company verified the account was closed as to prevent further charges. I also contacted my banking institution. I am only requesting the unauthorized charges be refunded in full. I would appreciate resolution. Thank you.Sincerely,[redacted]
