I would like to say, first and foremost, that Grand Placements is/was in no way associated with Click Media Pros, or Coast Coast E SolutionsI just simply bought the clients from Ryan Spurlock, owner of Click Media ProsIn the last weeks of hearing how clients were treated during their
agreement phase with CMP (Click Media Pros), I have tried my best to rectify the situation at hand and have succeeded with several clients so far!! We have offered to visit the clients that are close to our office in person so they may see who we are, and see what it is that we can do and have done for their company. We have also offered to Skype the others that are further than miles from our officeI personally sent out a massive email to every client explaining this process and hoped they understood that I, nor Grandplacements.com, have ever charged their debit/credit cards without any type of agreement in placeAs I've stated already, I only bought the clients names, not payment informationSeveral of our clients that have signed with Grandplacements are ranking on the first page of Google, and have proof of it.As to the claim to the name change, Coast Coast E Solutions is the same as Click Media Pros AKA CMP, and is in no way affiliated with Grand PlacementsWe took over the building, not the nameWe strive at Grand Placements to make sure that each and every client is taken care of no matter whatWe have the best Customer Service department, and Programming Department offered in the businessThey are always available and on top of every issue a client may haveAll problems and clients are taken care of immediately

[redacted],
I've already emailed you my credentials. I am an Auburn graduate. I have a degree in Accounting, Finance and Business Management. I do have a business license. Our business is also listed as an LLC. We have the best programmers in the business. They have 4+ years experience as well as a college degree in their field. Your business was on the front page of [redacted] and a few other directories. When you cancelled with us, the ads were taken down. How is our business deceptive? We provide what you pay for! Before you assume why other employees left, you might want to get the facts straight! [redacted] was terminated due to not sending out the agreements to the clients. She was negligent, therefore terminated. Another employee was terminated due to her attitude. We run a family type business and her attitude did not match what we want in our office. Rip-off report.com has negative reviews for almost every business. Take a look at [redacted] for example! Our guarantee is 90 days or you don't pay another dime for our service. You were on the front page within 3 weeks. I believe we did our job, I'm honestly not sure why you are so unhappy. You signed the agreement and you were well aware of the 90 day guarantee as well as how long it takes to get front page placement!

I started with Click Media Pros as an Admin. Unfortunately, there is no such thing as an Admin, CEO, CFO, COO in a Sole Prop. Company!
background-color: #ffffff;">I seen where clients weren't being taken care of, People getting put on the back burner, seeing how no one was able to get in touch with anyone in the company. Renewals were being ran more than once in the company, people being charged horrible amounts that should have never been charged. I seen where they were taking money and NOT giving you all the service you needed and deserved. Here's what happened..... [redacted], owner of Click Media Pros, A.K.A. Coast 2 Coast E Solutions.. Started drinking non stop.. So bad that he was escorted out of the building and TOLD, not asked.. But, told to not ever come back... Click Media Pros was also EVICTED out of the building On February 20,2014... So, Click Media Pros is NO longer here.. After 2 weeks of debating with [redacted], he signed the clients over to me, with a signed contract. He signed over their names, not the debt.. Not the credit card numbers.. Just their names!!
So, there you have it.. The Ending of Click Media Pros.
-
Grand Placements came into the building on Feb. 20, 2014 with a mission.. A mission to make sure that all the clients that were put on the back burner due to the negligence of [redacted]. I agree with each and every one of you!!  You deserve a refund!! Unfortunately, I can not issue you a refund. If I could, I would. Click Media Pros owes you a refund, Not Grand Placement Services. Grand Placement Services is Not, let me repeat.. Is NOT Click Media Pros. Buying the clients names from [redacted] would be equivalent to buying "Leads" that are associated with the type of business we have.

[redacted], he is a wonderful programmer. After Click Media Pros were evicted from the property, [redacted] still needed a job. I checked his references and they were amazing. Who ever is bad mouthing [redacted], please stop. He is one of the best in the business. It was not his fault for what happened to Click Media Pros clients, he had only been working there for a week before they closed, and unfortunately, Click Media Pros wasn't able to pay him for the work that he performed before they were evicted out of the building.

Frank came over to Grand Placements as well.. He is one of our Customer Service guys. He listens to the clients concerns and fixes the problems.

I can honestly say that I work with a terrific bunch here at Grand Placement Services.

I know a lot of people are extremely upset about the email that they received a few weeks ago. I would be upset too. Please know that here in this office we strive to keep clients information private. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not talk to other clients concerning your account.

I understand that frustration, anger, disappointment, and all the other emotions that everyone is going through right now is taking a toll on you and how you view the SEO world. I understand that I would feel the same way!

I am a very kind hearted, passionate person when it comes to others, so here is what I can do for you...

I am giving away a free month, or a percentage off your next year for the clients that were done wrong by Click Media Pros. If you want to come over with us to Grand Placement Services, Terrific!!! If you do not want to, I understand.

If you want a refund from Click Media Pros, I have their contact information, and I will give it to each individual person if they so desire.

Onto another note... I would appreciate that the gossip and rumors stop concerning Grand Placement Services.. I've never had anything to hide.. Anyone, no matter who it is... You can call me at any time.. I always answer my office phone, and it gets forwarded to my cell phone..

Yes... Our website had my cell phone number on it.. Why would anyone care what number was on my website.. As long as people could get in touch with us.... Right? I made sure that my number was listed on the web site, so that our many of current clients would always know that they could get in touch with us while we were transitioning into the office space that once occupied Click Media Pros. Just like my cell phone number is listed on the bottom of this email... I have nothing to hide!!!

I would like to say, first and foremost, that Grand Placements is/was in no way associated with [redacted]...

Your contract stated that my business domain name would be, And I quote. WWW.[redacted]com. Your company FAILED to check to see if that was available before you promised it to me. That being said since you cannot provide what  you promised that alone is a breech of contract. As far as the gentleman that does own the domain name he is not upset with me, he even offered to do my webpage if I wanted, And as a matter of fact when I spoke to him last he stated that no one from your company or anyone else beside myself had contacted him about that domain name. I did not go behind any bodies back to purchase the dot net name . Last time I checked it was still America and I am free to purchase anything that is legal to be purchased. And on that subjuct the formentioned upset domain name holder is the person who told me to buy it to protect my buisness. Your contract fails to mention that I would not own the domain name so I would be forced to continue to keep paying you, or spend alot of money to purchase it from you. That sound like decptive advertising to me. As far as getting a friendly email, thats another lie. we recieved nothing. We also had no knowledge of a face book page. your company has a D rating with the Revdex.com, and all of the complaints are along the same lines as mine. I still dont have a functioning website and I no longer trust your company to deliver anything but lies. Please refund all of my money. $1114.00 U.S.D Right away.

[redacted],
The business name was a typo.. This was the name you stated you wanted. We have tried to get the domain for you, but you have went behind our back after we were working on the account for you, and you are now stating that you are going to get another company to build you a website.. We stayed on the phone with you all several times to make the website that we build you to make it just the way you waned it.. We are not giving a refund, as the agreement that you signed states that you are not eligible for a refund, I apologize that you are so upset with the service.

[redacted],
We understand that you want a web site domain that you can not have due to it being taken. We had our Attorneys working on the domain for you to purchase it, but instead of you waiting patiently for us to do that, you decided to contact the gentleman who owns the domain and...

upset him so much, that he now refuses to deal with our attorneys. We were in the process of purchasing the .Biz and .Net for you and you went behind our backs and purchased it instead of allowing us to deal with it. We sent out a friendly email about our phone number change, explained it to all of our clients that we went with another carrier due to calls being dropped and the poor reception we were experiencing with the phones. We went with a different carrier, and in the email gave the new temp number and explained why this happened. We also let everyone know that the original number we had ###-###-#### will be ported soon, that it takes a little longer than normal with the phone systems we use. Gave our new number and made sure that everyone was able to reach us!! We have also put it on the company face book page. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, and hope that we can continue our business relationship. If you would want us to build the website domain .Net or .Biz that you bought, please contact us so that we can start on that project for you as well.

Review: Services paid for not given. This company if one is also Click Media Pros Coast 2 Coast E Solution and Blue Business Group as well as Grand Placement Services. The address and phone on the website do not match where there are. Other phone numbers are on tractable. Unable to contact.Desired Settlement: I want my money returned

Review: Company goes by several different names and keeps changing their name after collecting fees from customers. They change phone numbers and email addresses too. They have several on line reviews from former customers that they are fraudulent and stealing customers money and make claims they cannot support. They do not answer telephone calls or emails after they take your money.Desired Settlement: $269.00 for initial SEO services

As everyone knows, [redacted] Placements only has/had one name. We have always been Grand Placements. Yes, we have a few bad reviews.. So does a few other big named companies such as [redacted], etc... Also, if you pay close attention to a few of the reviews, they are furious ex employees that I have fired due to them not taking care of our clients as we feel all our clients should have an open line of communication with us at all times. Yes, we have changed our phone number, and yes the new number is on our website at www.grandplacements.com. The reasoning for this is.. We were having a few issues with the other phone system always going down and our clients not being able to contact us or phone calls being dropped at different times through the day. So, yes we switched phone companies. We are waiting for the old number to be ported over, and as sooon as it is, we will send the message to our many clients of the notice that the old number is back working. You signed a service agreement, in that service agreement you agreed that you will not receive a refund. I have tried to contact you several times to ask why you cancelled and you have not returned my email. I also responded to your email when you asked me what credentials I have to run a company as well as my co workers, and I never received a response from that either. I apologize that you feel that you weren't taken care of as a client, and I would like to make it right, so when you have time, please feel free to email me and we can go from there. Review: In October I signed on with this company, which at the time was under the name Click Media Pros/Coast2CoastESolutions and they promised me if paid them $130 a month, I would get front page placement on Google, Bing, Yahoo, and other websites. Months went by and nothing. I called and emailed and got no response. Finally, I was told I got lost in the shuffle while they had major staffing issues, they were sorry, going to give me a free month, and they were going to fix it. Two months later, still nothing. I called and emailed many many times asking them to refund my money and cancel the service and they still do not return calls and emails. And, when you call, no one answers. Then, today, I end up on an email string from one of the "customer service folks" who sends the email to everyone with their email address listed for everyone to see. We all begin to communicate and see this is not an isolated issue. Hundreds of people are experiencing the same thing. I have a contract that promises front page placement and yet it has not happened and this company has made no effort to fix this issue or return my money. They also claim to be web developers, yet they are using WIX as their developing sites. They truly are taking advantage of people.Desired Settlement: I would like the money back I spent.

Review: The company published my home address on Google and Bing, over my express instructions not to. They misspelled my name on multiple occasions. They misrepresented me as a "Tax Attorney" - which I am not - and which false advertising could put my license as a Certified Public Accountant in jeopardy. They did not move in a timely manner when any errors were brought to their attention. They refused to issue refunds after making such egregious errors.Desired Settlement: Refund and warning to other potential customers so they do not fall victim to the same sales tactics and mistakes such as personal information publicized, licenses jeopardized, etc.
