I would like to say, first and foremost, that Grand Placements is/was in no way associated with [redacted], or [redacted] E [redacted]. I just simply bought the clients from [redacted], owner of [redacted]. In the last * weeks of hearing how clients were treated during their agreement phase with [redacted]), I have tried my best to rectify the situation at hand and have succeeded with several clients so far!! We have offered to visit the clients that are close to our office in person so they may see who we are, and see what it is that we can do and have done for their company.

We have also offered to Skype the others that are further than 50 miles from our office. I personally sent out a massive email to every client explaining this process and hoped they understood that I, nor Grandplacements.com, have ever charged their debit/credit cards without any type of agreement in place. As I've stated already, I only bought the clients names, not payment information. Several of our clients that have signed with Grandplacements are ranking on the first page of Google, and have proof of it.

As to the claim to the name change, [redacted] E [redacted] is the same as [redacted] AKA [redacted], and is in no way affiliated with Grand Placements. We took over the building, not the name. We strive at Grand Placements to make sure that each and every client is taken care of no matter what. We have the best Customer Service department, and Programming Department offered in the business. They are always available and on top of every issue a client may have. All problems and clients are taken care of immediately

Review: Grand Placement Services approached my buisness about building my company a website. They sent over a contract that stated we would have a custom built website in about two weeks with the domain name of [redacted] . they did not check the availability of the domain name before they made the promise or put it in the contract. It has been almost 2 months I still do not have a functioning website at the promised name or even a name any body can find. It also is not on any pages that was or is promised under there guarantee. Nobody will answer the phones. they changed there phone numbers at didnt notify us.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of my payment.

[redacted],

We understand that you want a web site domain that you can not have due to it being taken. We had our Attorneys working on the domain for you to purchase it, but instead of you waiting patiently for us to do that, you decided to contact the gentleman who owns the domain and upset him so much, that he now refuses to deal with our attorneys. We were in the process of purchasing the .Biz and .Net for you and you went behind our backs and purchased it instead of allowing us to deal with it. We sent out a friendly email about our phone number change, explained it to all of our clients that we went with another carrier due to calls being dropped and the poor reception we were experiencing with the phones. We went with a different carrier, and in the email gave the new temp number and explained why this happened. We also let everyone know that the original number we had ###-###-#### will be ported soon, that it takes a little longer than normal with the phone systems we use. Gave our new number and made sure that everyone was able to reach us!! We have also put it on the company face book page. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, and hope that we can continue our business relationship. If you would want us to build the website domain .Net or .Biz that you bought, please contact us so that we can start on that project for you as well.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Regards,

Your contract stated that my business domain name would be, And I quote. WWW.[redacted]com. Your company FAILED to check to see if that was available before you promised it to me. That being said since you cannot provide what you promised that alone is a breech of contract. As far as the gentleman that does own the domain name he is not upset with me, he even offered to do my webpage if I wanted, And as a matter of fact when I spoke to him last he stated that no one from your company or anyone else beside myself had contacted him about that domain name. I did not go behind any bodies back to purchase the dot net name . Last time I checked it was still America and I am free to purchase anything that is legal to be purchased. And on that subjuct the formentioned upset domain name holder is the person who told me to buy it to protect my buisness. Your contract fails to mention that I would not own the domain name so I would be forced to continue to keep paying you, or spend alot of money to purchase it from you. That sound like decptive advertising to me. As far as getting a friendly email, thats another lie. we recieved nothing. We also had no knowledge of a face book page. your company has a D rating with the Revdex.com, and all of the complaints are along the same lines as mine. I still dont have a functioning website and I no longer trust your company to deliver anything but lies. Please refund all of my money. $1114.00 U.S.D Right away.
