Good Afternoon,I called the number provided and left a voicemail yesterday but wanted to be sure to respond to this complaint today. I researched the issue and here are the actions I am taking:- You are correct, the Grid tail was disconnected on 4/but was not end dated in our system until 6/1. I went ahead and calculated a credit for that time period, the amount owed to you is $365.32, I will have that credit applied today. I will also credit the late fees that have accrued as a result of this as well, that amount is $116.99.- Regarding the wiring charges that are in dispute, our position is that our technician did not damage the jack, however we do appreciate your business and want to resolve this matter fairlyGranite is willing to negotiate a credit of half of the charges that were assessed from this dispatch, the credit amount would be $and I will have that applied today. Because Granite has not fulfilled the terms of our agreement (i.e., they have charged/are charging me higher prices than I was quoted and have provided inadequate service), Granite has effectively defaulted on our contractAs a result, I believe I have the right to terminate the contract without paying early termination fees
