Apologies for the delay in responding to this complaintGranite has issued a credit for the remaining balance on the account and we have closed our file with the outside collections agency so the customer will no longer receive collections calls

We have buildings located in PennsylvaniaThey all utilize our PRI Tvoice line for phone callsThe only lines that need regular phone lines are alarm and fire lines - for each facilityYou contacted *** ***, our controller, to sign us up for phone lines which we did not needAt no time was I contacted since I would have immediately put an end to thisWe will be filing in small claims court for the $16,you over-billed us. I think it was cute that your sales rep *** emailed me to recommend cost savings "In getting to know the UCT account, I’ve discovered that you are paying on average $per phone line -- Many upwards of $While that is an industry standard cost, Granite’s offering of the same is just $14.99." These were lines they were already charging us $60/month forAlso note we did not need or utilize these phone lines. This was a scam. Regards,

I was under the impression that the entire bill would be credited, yet I just got an invoice for $They didn't take off the Taxes and Surcharges from the first bill of $and now they have billed me for another month of taxes and surcharges for a service to do not have. I want this account closed, with a $balance.

Good Afternoon,Thank you for reaching out and our apologies for the issue you are experiencing.  Unfortunately the line was slammed away from Granite without our knowledge and this caused the out of service condition.  I understand that our repair department was working with you and it...

would be a multi-step process to get the line back up. It sounds like you had reached out to [redacted] and installed a new line as that was the fastest option.  We most definitely can still try to get the line back, but it would require an order and some additional research. Please feel free to reach out to me directly and I will work with you should you decide to proceed.Thank you for your business and my apologies again for the inconvenience this has caused.Best Regards,[redacted]
