I got charged two other months prior after I tried to cancel after our consult eveningIn total I was charged three months and got only one month refund.I didn't use any of their servicesI believe this is credit card fraud and will continue to pursue this issue until refunded the whole amountIf I used their services after the consult I would have not filed a complaint.

Regards,
[redacted] I believe this company should be investigated. I am an honest and did not fabricate anything. The website I ordered was taken down. I am not going to continue to argue with a company that will not even apologize for their behavior. After I contacted the Revdex.com did the company contact me about grant info. I run a school for special needs children. Our money is precious and few. False advertising and stealing from the American public to satisfy a businesses monetary desires is wrong. I will send back the materials and see if this company does go ahead and issue a refund. Thank you.

We do not have anything for $[redacted] We do not have anyone by the name of [redacted] or [redacted] that has EVER worked at our company. We do not actively call customers unless they ask us to. Looks like this person has filed a complaint against the incorrect company.Grant Seeker Pro Inc714-577-5386

Customer is NOT entitled to a refund. There is no record of a call at all till 08-04-2015. She left a VM at that  time requesting cancellation which we did. She then calls in November demanding refunds going back to May? Claiming she called before that.  Seriously?

Our Notes follow ---- Customer is such a liar. Said she knew nothing of service that this was not her email address yet she LOGGED in to Paypal and cancelled the service. ;Will most certainly NOT apologize to this customer. This lady signed up for the service using her Paypal account. used the...

service. Claimed the email address was not hers when in fact it was, as evidenced by the FACT that her Paypal account was VERIFIED! Customer has received a refund through Paypal!Grant Seeker Pro Inc.714-577-5386

Customer signed up for a monthly service. Contacted us for the first time on August the 27th. We cancelled her monthly service and issued a refund of 39.95. No further credit is due.

[Im not satisfied because the guy didnt listen to me long enough to hear what happened before he hung up in my face. And I grantee the same guy whom responded is the same guy I spoke to! Hes just straight up rude when all I really wanted in the first place was information on a refund and what may have happened with my account. Since hes in a totally different time zone than I, he believes I was lying when I called him two hours after I called paypal (I live in [redacted]). But then I was treated poorly so in turn I asked for a refund and an apology.]

Please see attached documents. I contacted Revdex.com 3/1/2015 (ID # [redacted]) after not being satisfied with product or service I purchased from Grant Seeker Pro. When the Revdex.com contacted them their reply was that there was a 30 unconditional money back guarantee. They then also called and were upset that we contacted the Revdex.com. When we asked for the return authorization number they said to go to the website and call for the number. We did and could not get a call back with the number. After 48 hours we packaged the book and CD and took it to the Post Office (see attached receipt) and sent it out priority mail. We included a letter stating why there was no return authorization number (see attachment). It was received 2 weeks ago, according to the tracking number. We have heard nothing. When I checked on the complaint with Revdex.com online I noticed it had been closed. They did not live up to their guarantee, I have not received money.

[My credit card company, Chase, spoke with [redacted] (spelling) and she said that they would not be crediting my credit card, because they had already shipped the product.  They said that the product would be received no later than Monday 10/13/14 and to-date I have not received the product nor has my credit card been credited back. My credit card company said to refuse the package and have it sent back to sender.  My credit card company, Chase, is aware that I have filed a complaint with the Revdex.com, asking for assistance in having my credit card refunded.]

Just like EVERY other company in the world if you want your money back you have to...

return the purchase. This is not an unreasonable request.[redacted]Grant Seeker Pro Inc.[redacted]

Customer said, “I found the website online, www.grantseekerpro.org  and they have a few sites online all selling their product at different prices.”www.grantseekerpro.org is not an ordering site of ours, but, it IS our log-in site that later in the complaint this customer says “is...

non-existent”, …“The program said that they have a website you can download grant information and you can call a person that would help you apply for grants, but that is also non-existent.“  This is very troubling to everyone who reads this complaint I’d imagine since on one hand she lists the very site for log-in then later tries to claim that is doesn’t even exist….Recap, the customer actually lists in the first sentence the very website later claiming is, “non-existent!”Customer said, “I called them six times. I got the same 2 people answering the phone.”Perfect, yes, we do answer our phones all day during our open business hours to assist our customers.  And, yes, we have 2 in customer service here to help answer the phones for our customer’s and seems to be a good fit to field the calls.Customer claims, “They sent me a CD full off 200 pages of congressional laws and acts and the salaries of people who work in those departments”.We have been in business over 15 years now and this is the first time someone made up this type of excuse and is 100% untrue, or has our product confused with something else completely.  We submit only Government Grants and Government Loans information and have no idea how to even obtain information on congressional laws and acts??? and salaries for people who work in those departments???  Actually, we had to look up on the web to see if this makes any sense at all.  Googled, What is a congressional law?  Google’s answer:  first link it provided was Act of Congress – Wikipedia. Each and every program in the software has a unique program ID number that follows with a description of that program which is directly associated with the same information at the governments website for grants and loans.  Again, 15+ years of the providing of this type of material.  One would have noticed here in our office from and 10’s of 1000’s of customers that our materials were indeed showing something other than the grants and loans over the years.Customer claims, “The inside of the book was all about writing a business plan, information that any business can utilize on the Small Business Administration site (probably info stole from the SBA) and some grant proposal simulations.”There is a chapter that talks specifically about writing a business plan in our guide book and actually goes along directly with the software for writing a business plan and that starts on page 115.  And, yes, the SBA is a great source for business assistance (and we often do recommend our customers to contact the SBA for business assistance in their area since that IS what they are there for) and the claim that our information is similar is by no means accidental since there is a right way to do things and we have incorporated the correct procedures in our materials.Customer claims, “"The Complete Guide to Government Grants" and the front of the book even says, "business grants, housing grants, minority grants and education grants", “There was no list of grants offered for businesses, minorities, housing, nothing.”This is true about our book, yes we agree on something.  One of the keywords to take away from the [The Complete Guide to Government Grants] is the word Guide itself.  It’s a guide book, a book that guides you.  Also, one can just look at the bottom of the Guide book and see what it also reads, [GRANT SEEKER PRO State of the Art Software!]  Our software has always listed out the grants and loans and in 3 different ways for searching and again, our experience with this material goes beyond 15 years of doing this.  We didn’t just popup and start this a month ago.  Our software has an Index of over 250 different categories and not surprisingly she did list herself some of them:  Business, Business Development, Minority Business, Small Business, Housing, Housing Construction, Housing Rehabilitation, Women, Invention, College, etc. from Adult Education to Zoos.Customer said, “needed help finding grants to start my business.”Note, this customer later complains about our book doing this very thing (talking about assistance with applying for business and the business plan) that she needs help with, very confusing from our perspective that someone would complain about the very thing that they need help with in first place.Customer claims, “The program said that they have a website you can download grant information and you can call a person that would help you apply for grants, but that is also non-existent.”Let’s be very clear about this, this customer did not order by salesperson, this customer ordered through our website.  The selection made on her order was to receive the product only and not receive access to our website that we have again have had up and running more than 15 years (www.grantseekerpro.org log-in required).  This was not part of this customer’s order therefore there is no access to this site, it’s still there though for the customer’s that do have access.  We have previously stated that in fact the customer mentioned the ACTUAL website we have of www.grantseekepro.org which was not part of the order for this customer. In addition, this cardholder already stated she made several calls into our office for support.  We also have an additional phone number that “every” customer has access to and it is for a Startup Specialist and this phone number and info is in the Read Me First when the software starts every time : [To get started with your “START-UP SPECIALIST” Call 1-888-927-[redacted] and ask for a Start-Up Specialist.]Customer said, “I called the program and asked for a refund. They wanted to know why and I told them.”It’s industry standard for companies to ask why a customer wants to return for refund.Customer claims, “After I contacted them, I went back to the website and saw it was being taken down.”As of 12/16/2016, we are still getting orders from the same company website this customer used to place her order.  The customer’s claim is COMPLETELY wrong and 100% FALSE and her whole Revdex.com complaint reveals an overall bad attitude and saying many things of misinformation and outright untruths.  The website she ordered from is in fact still up and running and in fact has not been taken down.  We wonder why such a claim would be made since all that needs to be done is reveal the site in question and show that it is in fact still up and running.  We’re sure that one can even search the web host for the website and see that in fact it was not taken down.  It’s www.smallbusinesgrants.biz.Customer said, “I was told I would be lucky to get a refund from the company from the person ([redacted]) who answered the phone.”[redacted], is an outside sales person, was not involved in any way with this purchase transaction, and does not work in our main office.  Cathy would simply direct a customer to contact the main office for customer service concerns about the order and also if a question of return came up.  Again, a fabrication from this customer. In the end this customer simply does not want to own the package and decided to pursue saying many erroneous things that are obviously not true about us, our product, and our services, and reflecting an outwardly bad attitude in general.  We have addressed most things in her complaint and at this time have to move on to other duties. Here’s a return authorization number that will be added to this customer’s account for approval of the return.  We will also email this information along with additional return details which will include the address to use to return to.  RA#[redacted]

Notes to this account in cronological order:11/03/2015  [redacted], placed a phone order with a sales representative of Grant Seeker Pro.  During this call, the order was placed for two line items, 1 line item is for the purchase of the package Grant Seeker Pro Professional Edition...

grant and government loan guide book and software (label on receipt: Premium Loan and Grant Package One Year Free Updates).  The second line item was for the promotion that he did accept by providing his own unique passcode of Windows777 (1 Month FREE Access to Online Database. thereafter $39.95 per month. I may cancel at any time. : WINDOWS777  A payment of 39.95 will occur Monthly until canceled.).  When an order is placed for the package there is an offer presented for information that is not included in the package and that is for a secondary database we manage at our website through a log-in with a name and password.  Since this customer accepted the promotion to this database his access was provided once the order cleared and he was emailed the receipt as backup.  “In addition, he said they would help me get a Grant”  =Each customer does receive 1-free consultation with a specialist (the phone number is on the front page of the software start and the note reads, “To help further navigate your course of action, and to further guide you on your journey, we have assigned you a “START-UP SPECIALIST” to assist you with a FREE CONSULTATION. (The call is also TOLL FREE.) The following steps can help you accelerate you progress!”  This is a totally different offer from our partner and totally separate from the sale itself and the 2 line items on his receipt.  It is not an offer that needs to be accepted but each customer is contacted in order to make sure this is or isn’t something they are interested in.  The refund policy of the package has been 30days for a very long time and we even have a secondary refund opportunity of 6 months from the date of purchase if the customer applies and gets turned down with a denial letter.  We have never in the histroy of or company being in business had a 1 year guarantee for return/refund. 12/03/2015 First monthly billing of promotion, customer has not requested to cancel his subscription.  No contact from this customer. 01/03/2016 Second monthly billing of promotion, customer, again, has not requested to cancel his subscription.  No contact from this customer. Note:  Because this customer provided his email address during the order we emailed him each billing transaction (x3) and emailed him the tracking information for the package shipped. 01/21/2016 We received a chargeback notice from this customer for the two charges of $39.95.  We completed the chargeback information from our side and sent it in. 03/02/2016 [redacted], of Capitol One fraud department (800-215-[redacted]) called and spoke to customer service about this customer’s account.  She asked several questions and we provided all the answers and she determined that this customer did in fact place an order with our company.  She did want to make a call to the customer and schedule a call with the customer on the line and with a supervisor at our company for the next day or so. 03/04/2016 [redacted], of Capitol One called with the customer on the phone and reached customer service.  Customer service then transferred the call to [redacted] Davis, supervisor.  During the all, the customer insisted that the charges were invalid and he would contact Internet Crimes Division, The Attorney General, the Revdex.com and his Attorney.  Sounds like he has done this type of challenge before.  The passcode was admitted to have been provided by this customer and therefore backs up that we presented this correctly as a sale.  Since a chargeback was filed we could not refund even if we wanted to and had to wait for the bank to respond.  Had the customer contacted us directly to ask about his account we could have assisted him in a much better way and even possibly work with him and his account for any possible refunding that might have taken place.  The call ended with [redacted] and [redacted]. 03/04/2016 The customer, [redacted], called us directly from his phone shortly after the conference call identified by caller id phone number match to his account but he did not say anything, phone was quiet and the call was ended. 03/10/2016     Since this was billed through PayPal, PayPal shows the funds ($39.95x2) were recovered from seller Regards,  Customer SupportGrant Seeker Pro, Inc.1-714-577-5386

This customer not only received a refund from us for the charge but then then went on to receive credit from her card company as well. That is why no further credit was do. Maybe the Revdex.com do proper investigations instead of just assuming the business is the bad guy.
