We did receive notice of the desire to cancel the contract both my email through our website and phone message The customer was contacted by the sales department and the matter has been resolved Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:There was four packages ordered two were refunded and one was corrected leaving one unresolved

Dear Revdex.com: It is never our intention to inconvenience potential customers with our marketing programs In this fast-paced world, especially in our part of the US, it is next to impossible to reach families by telephone and most families are so busy that they will not take the time to respond to a direct mail piece We are in the business of providing clean water, free from chlorine and other chemicals and pharmaceuticals found in our municipal and well water suppliesWe are simply attempting to make contact so that we can introduce our product line The average person is not aware of the poor quality of drinking water whether it is from a well or city water Our goal is to help families to have the best water possible in their homes Thank you

Revdex.com: For this business to say that they do not target age groups is a lieThere are pages and pages of complaints about the scare tatics of their postcards, and with that, many senior citizens, as myself feel that we are being targetedI think it only fair for them to disclose the companies which gave them my information, if indeed this is not a target for seniors, and would like my and my wife's name off of their any any other company that they sell my personal information toIf any other postcard is sent to this address I will report it to the Office on Aging as wellI will be waiting for the names of the "companies" that give them my personal information.Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Dear Revdex.com: We did stop this marketing program for a short time in 2014, however, the mailings were not held up in the USPS, but in our mailing house that mails the postcards in increments After analyzing our stats, it has become clear that many families (over 1,in alone) have become satisfied happy customers, who are enjoying chlorine and chemical free drinking water Yes, it is a blind marketing program, however, families that respond to our request receive an in depth education on water quality for both well and municipal water supplies They also receive a $Home Depot gift card for their timeIf they do purchase our water treatment products, they are resting assured that they are drinking, cooking and showering with the highest quality water in the water treatment industry We understand that not everyone will have a positive response to our marketing program, and for that we do apologize for any inconvenience Thank you

Dear Mr*** and Revdex.com: We would like to apologize for any unnecessary concern created by the receipt of our postcard. We do not target any specific age group, but we do purchase lists from two data companies--our lists are generally new home owners and individuals who have recently
refinanced. Because the government strictly regulates telemarketing, the only marketing tool available to us is direct mail. The card clearly states that we are not associated with any utility company. We are capable of adding Mr*** to the "do not call" list but unfortunately, there is no way to remove the information from the lists that we have purchased for mailing purposes, which at this time are not regulated by the Federal or State government

Dear Revdex.com: As we have previously stated, we are a water treatment company. We offer FREE in-home water tests to qualified homeowners and offer gift cards from several large retail outlets as a FREE gift for taking time to learn about water quality and our products. We offer FREE $
gift cards from Home Depot, Amazon and BJ's. We do not compile lists and sell them to anyone. We are seeking customers who are concerned about water quality only. We treat municipal and well water for hardness, chlorine and a variety of other chemicals used by municipal water suppliers and found in well water supplies. Our goal is to provide clean, healthy water to interested families. We apologize for any confusion concerning the purpose of our marketing program. Thank you

We now have over 10,homeowners enjoying the benefits of clean healthy water coming into their homes. It is never our intention to cause stress through our marketing programs. Thank you

Dear Revdex.com: As always, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our marketing program may cause. At present, it is very difficult for us to reach potential customers by telephone, so our only alternative is mail. Many homeowners respond to our card and are now drinking clean
water in their homes, which saves them money on water using appliances and guarantees chlorine-free soft water. We understand that not all homeowners will reply to our request. This marketing program is an important way for us to reach homeowners that we are unable to reach otherwise. We did for a time stop the mailing campaign, but soon realized that many homeowners were missed, therefore, we started the program again. We appreciate your input. Thank you. Atlantic Water Products
