Bryan Witt did an excellent job The office staff was also very helpful I contacted Great Dane due to a Thermostat problem When Bryan arrived he also asked if we wanted him to check the furnace, since maybe the problem is the furnace, even though it had a complete inspection in September His inspection showed signs of several cracks in the Heat Exchanger He felt the furnace should not be used until repaired Since this was our second inspection, we told him to do the repair The Heat Exchanger was ordered and Bryan returned to do the install He was very knowledgeable and did a professional job Thanks so much for all your help

We regret that Mr [redacted] did not understand why the roof jack for his new manufactured home furnace was installed in the manor it was A manufactured home roof jack is a UL approved product that comes with the flashing already press welded to it, which means the product cannot be altered The flashing does not come apart from the roof jack that will enable it to be installed with it under the shingle tabs on an existing roof The pre-existing roof jack had the shingles over the flashing because the roof had been replaced prior to the furnace being replaced which enabled the roofers to lay the shingle tabs over the roof jack flashing Because this was installed after the roof was laid, the flashing is sealed with sealant on both sides of the flashing after it is seated to the roof We did have our technician revisit the job to confirm that the roof jack was sealed from the elements
