Unfortunately although we have attempted on a number of occasions to address Mr [redacted] s concerns, we have been unable to resolve his issues and since he refuses speak to us there is nothing else we can do

I will contact the customer directly with a resolution by end of the day Friday 1/13/

I have considered the request of voiding the contract and have determined it is not warrantedWe have made a sincere effort to help Mr [redacted] with his concern and have re-reviewed the file and again have determined that he and [redacted] were fully aware of the costs associated with their ownershipWe go into great detail on covering all purchase details and costs with all new owners as we did with Mr [redacted] and [redacted] If Mr [redacted] is open to further discussion we would be glad to help any way we can other than voiding the contract

WE have been attempting to respond and resolve Ms [redacted] 's issues but have been unable to contact herWe tried calling the number on the complaint on 12/and 12/and we receive the same message, that the person you are calling is not available to talk the call and does not give us the option of leaving a messageWE have since sent her another email to call us so we can discuss her situation

We have been working with Ms [redacted] since late last year and did have in fact have someone to purchase her intervalThat person had some personal issues which required him to not go through with the purchase....It is an unfair characterization Ms [redacted] has communicated about GD, the product we sell and our Sales ManagerHe was trying to assist Ms [redacted] and still isWe are still working on a resolution for her We are not charging her anything for this assistance since this is not what we normally do but our Sales Manager felt he could help her, which he is still attempting to doWe will continue to work with Ms [redacted] as we said we would

To all parties concerned, on November 20th, [redacted] attended a timeshare sales presentation located in [redacted] After deciding to purchase our product we explained and provided copies of the following documentation: · Purchase proposal stating purchase price and loan amount (initialed by client)· Purchase and sale agreement stating purchase price and down payment (signed by client)· Buyers estimate of funds due in escrow stating purchase price and loan amount (signed by client)· Secured promissory note stating principal sum, interest rate, number of installments, date monthly payment commence and last payment date, auto charge plan (all signed by client)· Federal Truth in Lending stating amount financed, number of payments, payment amount, when payments are due (all signed by client)· Good faith estimate stating loan amount, loan term, monthly payment amount, automatic credit card withdrawal authorization agreement (all signed by client)· Preliminary change of ownership report stating purchase price, down payment, financed amount, interest rate, term of loan, monthly payment amount (all signed by client) With over half a dozen signed documents all disclosing purchase price, loan amount, interest rate, monthly payment amount and payment due dates we feel this complaint is unfair and should be dismissedSince the purchase we have paid closing cost, 1st year maintenance fees and membership fees which all in total exceeds what has been paid into this ownership currently Thank you

We are in the process of contacting Ms [redacted] to see how we can resolve her concerns, however below are the number of contacts we've had with Ms***It should also be noted at no time during any of these conversations was cancellation of her ownership ever brought up.July Ms [redacted] purchased an ownership at our Woodland Hills officeJuly Contacted Ms [redacted] as a welcome call to GDJuly Ms [redacted] contacted our owner care team requesting a weekend reservationUnfortunatley her purchased hadn't closed at that time so there was nothing we could help her withAug Contacted Ms [redacted] inform purchased had closed and completed the on boarding processSept Ms [redacted] called and requested a change in deeding to take her partner off the deed and loanSept Ms [redacted] called back in and requested to the loan with only her on the loanOct Ms [redacted] attended our Owner Education Class in Woodland Hills and picked up her close of escrow travel voucher as promisedAs you can see there have been many contacts with Ms ***We will attempt to resolve her concerns as best we can[redacted]

I have contacted [redacted] and we are working diligently on an acceptable resolution

We have tried to work with him a number of times but he is being unreasonableHis claims are evidenced by our thorough documentation on each sale He purchased on June 7, attended our owner education class on August 9, He deposited his week August 27, and was happy at that timeBy depositing his week he actually activated his ownership and as I said he was happy at that timeWe didn’t hear from Mr [redacted] again until February 29, He will not talk to us and will only communicate through email, which makes it difficult to get anywhereWe will try again but to date he has been unwilling to engage in any sort of a constructive dialog May 19, 2016Mr [redacted] We have responded to your requestWe have reviewed your file and again find no justification to cancel your contract.We do not sell our ownerships as an investment either rental or resaleWe do review the cancellation provision in our contracts evidenced by your signature below the provisionWe have taken great care in making sure our products are represented properly and documented properlyWe have a Quality Assurance manager review all the documents with each new purchaser to make sure there are no questions or concernsWe employee a full time owner care staff to assist new owners, after they purchase, in their understanding and use of their ownershipWhich I believe you have talked to.We conduct monthly owner education classes for all new owners to again assist in using their ownership which you attended August 2014The price of our product compared to full retail timeshare product is in most cases represents a 65%-70% discount There is not much else I can sayI suggest you work with our owner care team to get the use from your ownership [redacted] President-CEOGreatDestinations Inc[redacted] - [redacted] ***ext [redacted] @gdvacations.com www.gdvacations.com

[redacted] we have been in contact with [redacted] a number of time and thought we had her issues resolved a few weeks agoWe agreed to pay for her exchange and offered her additional bonus pointsWe have made a number of attempts over the last week or so to finalize but she has not returned our callsI will send over a call log on what we've done so farWe take our position very seriously with the Revdex.com and have made every effort to resolve all issues promptly and professionally I will follow up and keep you up to date on our progress [redacted]

We are disappointed Mr [redacted] feels the way he doesI reviewed his purchase documents personally and took note on the purchase proposal where our agent made it very clear the annual maintenance fee amount and that we were paying it for the first year only [redacted] initialed next to the statement indicating her understanding.We will contact Mr [redacted] and [redacted] to see how we can resolve this unfortunate situation
