Mr [redacted] , I have reviewed your entire file including the documentation you and your wife signed at the sales office in November We disclosed every cost and expense of ownership, which you and your wife acknowledgedWe take your allegations very seriously but have not found any justification nor validation of your complaintIn fact our records indicate you have made payments and are now currently delinquent days on your loan and years delinquent on you HOA feesOn 12/15/our Account Services rep talked to you she informed you that non-payment would eventually result in a default and delinquency and at that time offered suggestion on how to stay currentYour response was I would rather have my credit be effected than make a paymentNo where in our records does the fact of misrepresentation or misinformation ever come up I am sorry but there is nothing we can do at this point
