Review: I ordered a stethoscope for the total about of $22.65. They sent a confirmation email of that order on the **& then sent an apology email on the **stating the product had been discontinued & they would refund my card. I contacted them on the **asking about the refund, for it had not been done. The company did not contact me back & my card has still not been refunded. I contacted them again on 2-**-13. They still have yet to respond & my card has not been refunded.Desired Settlement: For my card to be credited back the $22.65. I noticed they stated to another persons they do not refund shipping, but this item was never shipped so they never paid for shipping to begin with. Therefore, I would like for the total of $22.65 to be refunded to my card as first promised.

Review: Ordered medical supplies 11/**/2013. Have never received the. After several emails to Great Medical Supplies, was told that they would cancel the order and refund the money that was charged to credit card. The card was not credited. Have tried to get the credit with no success.Desired Settlement: Credit to card

Review: I was charged $46.56 for a part for a walker on 8/**/15. I have not received the part that I was charged to. They do not responded to e-mails and no one answers the phone advertised on the website. I see from other Revdex.com complaints that this seems to be their normal way of business.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund and see an end to companies that do business in this manner.

Review: I purchased an item #MDS510SH (a tube set) on 4/**/14 via their website and received an email the next day stating that the item has been discontinued and my card would be refunded for the $59.16. They will not respond via email and the 1800 number no-one picks up. I was able to track down a local phone number of ###-###-#### and was transferred to a live person for great medical supplies. I was reassured multiple times of a computer glitch blah blah blah and she'd tried to call, and she'd emailed me an update (all lies). The next day 5/*/14 I received yet another identical email stating my card had been refunded for the $59.16 but it hasn't gone through. I see through complaints on the Revdex.com that this company is a total scam.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund, these criminals arrested, their VISA account terminated, and their nuts in a jar sitting on my desk. I'll settle for a FULL refund (I read that they like to keep the shipping for goods never shipped).

Review: This is a letter I sent to them we just want them to answer their phone or allow us to leave a message so they will get back to us.

Dear Greatmedical supplies,

I tried calling customer service and nobody answered the phone and was told to leave a message but the mailbox was full.. ###-###-####. The number listed to get a return authorization is full as well.

It says: Each return should include a return authorization number. Please call our Customer Service Department at ###-###-#### to obtain a return authorization number. Please have the invoice number and date of purchase available when calling.

We bought the Parabath uni[redacted] Feb 2015 and received it March and in Sept 2015 it does not work anymore it's been plugged in 3 days and the wax is still unmelted. It says there is a 5 yr warranty so we would like a replacement. I am a 100% disabled veteran and use it for my therapy. I am paralyzed on my right side and confined to a wheelchair. Now I have to drive 1hr 20min each way a few times a week for treatment I could do at home.
