Review: This is a letter I sent to them we just want them to answer their phone or allow us to leave a message so they will get back to us.

Dear Greatmedical supplies,

I tried calling customer service and nobody answered the phone and was told to leave a message but the mailbox was full.. ###-###-####. The number listed to get a return authorization is full as well.

It says: Each return should include a return authorization number. Please call our Customer Service Department at ###-###-#### to obtain a return authorization number. Please have the invoice number and date of purchase available when calling.

We bought the Parabath uni[redacted] Feb 2015 and received it March and in Sept 2015 it does not work anymore it's been plugged in 3 days and the wax is still unmelted. It says there is a 5 yr warranty so we would like a replacement. I am a 100% disabled veteran and use it for my therapy. I am paralyzed on my right side and confined to a wheelchair. Now I have to drive 1hr 20min each way a few times a week for treatment I could do at home.

Review: Ordered an Invacare Swivel Bar order number [redacted]. Phone [redacted] told me item would be delivered Jan ** 2015. Never received item. Product was advertised. I believe it is not in their stock. Called several times, company never called back. Called to ask for refund on my debit card, on Friday January **, 2015. Never received a refund. This is one of the worst companies, I,ve dealt with.Desired Settlement: Would like a refund' credited back to my debit card of $80.00

Review: I am a pediatric medical assistant and use a head circumference measuring tape everyday. There are a few brands but Seca brand is the best. I was searching and found this website offering "measuring tape head circumference" with a picture of the Seca brand next to the description. It was a good price with expensive shipping but I was willing to pay it for the Seca brand. When I received them in the mail it came from a different company. [redacted]. Their website is ciamedical.com. To my dismay I received PediaPals brand tapes instead. I placed calls to both the company I ordered from and received them from. I never got a live person. Left a couple messages and never got a call back. There was no way to email medicalsuppliesshop.com. I am stuck now with these terrible head circumference tapes that cost me 50$ of my own money and I can't use the product. I have a printed copy of my order with the Seca picture and I have my packing slip that doesn't specify the brand. It also just says "measuring tape head circ".Desired Settlement: I would like 15 Seca brand head circumference tapes sent or a full refund including the shipping cost. The total is 50.35$.
