Review: Great Northern Landscaping/Helena Hydroseed was hired to install sprinkler system for my residence in Clancy MT.
My home is a a well that has a capacity to provide a max of 15 GPM. Contractor installed a system that pulled greater (16-20GPM) than the well could handle. This resulted in the well continously attempting to pull more than the well was capable and causing the well to cover itself in approx. 35feet of sediment and requiring me to drill a new well due to the iminent failure of my exisiting well. The new well was drilled to a depth of 800' and I was only able to get half of the GPM (7) as my original well. This in turn also resulted in a worthless irrigation system since the new well only has half the capacity. After realizing that they made a mistake Helena Hydroseed changed out the heads for the system to reduce the required gpm required to run the sprinkler system. This unfortunatley was too little to late the well was already ruined.Desired Settlement: Make good on this issue and provide full refund for the huge mistake. This issue caused me upwards of $35,000.00 worth of damage when a new well needed to be drilled.
