I emailed the business yesterday, and let them know that
I filed a claim against them with the Revdex.com They emailed me back promptly and said they would send the check in the mail that day I followed with them today, and they said they did mail the check out yesterday for the amount of the full refund

both of these scooter were picked up from the customerboth brough back to our warehouse for repairboth units were repaired and returned to customerno further issues

windshields are currently on back order for these unitswaiting period is 3-weeks. would you like us to refund the windshield?

Regarding this complaint. Please know that we have sent a refund check to customer on 04/27/2018. Our standard refund times are 10-15 business days. The check was mailed out on the 6th business day.The check was mailed to the customer at:Jason [redacted]...

Hello, For this complaint please know that we had initially shipped out the [redacted] to her address and it came back a week later as package undeliverable. Apparently the address did not exist in the [redacted] system. We will have this [redacted] shipped out to the address provided in the form she filled out...

For this customer. He received exactyl what is on his sales receipt. he received a copy of the sales receipt on his email for review. we shipped the product promptly and customer took delivery.  Unfortunately because we drop ship these go-karts from our supplier who is declining a return we can...

not accept a return. The customer received the correct product and we do not advertise anywhere on the listing that this has a key start as the customer was expecting.

You want me to take time out of my day, which will cost me money, and go pay for a quote (because quotes...

here are charged), so that the company that failed to deliver not only the correct product purchased but to also deliver it wholly, can have an estimate conveniently delivered to them? You are a joke!  You are not doing anything to help the customer. You are completely siding with these crooks who have already been sued for their fraudulent business practices. You have no shame, Revdex.com.

These parts have been ordered from our supplier in china and will be delivered directly to the customer.  if customer wishes to obtain these light bulbs else where we can reimburse them for the cost of the parts.

I am only asking for the item that I purchased and was promised that you had in stock. I don't know if this was meant to be a bait and switch scam or what it was but I was sold an item.  My money was taken from me. Then the company waited 11 days before telling me that they didn't have the item and attempted to bully me into another lessor quality item.  When I actually decided I would take the lessor quality item because I had already spent a great deal of money on equipment for the dirt bike I was sold.  I was screamed at and yelled at by the same salesman who started the whole problem.  When I attempted to reach out to customer service by email and created a service ticket on your website long before the refund check was cut I was ignored. I at no time did anything wrong and at no time lost my temper. I even was willing to accept the item that I did not want.  My final issue is that the [redacted] 2 is still for sale on the website the only thing is the price went up from the time they sold it to me and stated they didn't have any.  If they didn't have any why would the price have jumped $200 and it still be for sale.   Complaint: [redacted]
