I am rejecting this response because:There is no tracking number for the [redacted] you speak I'd. Mao was not sent out in the correct time frame I have copies of the emails of when the [redacted] paperwork was filled out online it was not sent. If we had the [redacted] to this vehicle we could have avoided this whole situation. I called and notified the store with my first change of address and they refused to adhere. Multiple conversations were had with the store multiple emails the store employees personally attacked me over the phone. If [redacted] was sent in the correct amount of time given I definitely would have received it. The address is in the u.s. mail system however as they were notified they will not forward  an email from that address. That's the reason I gave them an  alternate Address  prior to them sending it out . I have not been able to use  the  dirt bike  all summer  and now  reaching the end of fall   still not able to use it  and have to put it in storage  so not only have I paid  for a piece of equipment have  not been able to use I now have to pay for storage for something I am still not able to use or sell or   even give away.  I would like compensation in the matter of a par4 partial refund  not only for not being able to use my legally purchased dirt bike not being  abl to sell it causing a financial strain   beca I had to pay to stor it.  theamount I paid is not worth  the horrible customer servicethe time and effort I put in do you have in this takin care of.  I believe a business should be held accountable for their enaction and their employees. Hello, regarding this complaint, the customer requested to return the gokart because they realized it was too small for their children. Upon receipt of their request we advised that we would accept a refund no problem and pointed out our return policy. as shown on our website and their sales...

Have your child sit down and measure the distance from his rear end to the tip of his  extended toes. Have him tilt his foot forward as you measure it. Compare this length to the 32 to 34.5 inches to the gas pedal  shown above. Remember your child can bend his leg just as you do when driving your car.

I am rejecting this response because: I just returned from vacation and was able to check out the scooters.  The 300CC scooter appears to be fine, for now.  However, the 150cc scooter still has problems.  Not sure what quality controls are in place, but the scooter was returned with the following:   1.       Headlight high beam (1 of 2) is stuck on high beam. The other bulb turns on high beams when the high beam switch is turned on or when hitting the PASS button.    2.       It appears there are two completely different brand/styles of head light bulbs.  Both are LED, but appear to be different models/brands. 3.       You prematurely responded to the AG and Revdex.com before contacting me about the scooters.  I told you back on Nov. 3, 2017 that I would be out of town, but decided to have the scooters delivered anyway.  Though I am ok with that, the scooters (well, at least one-the 150cc) didn’t come back correctly.  Due to this, I can’t advise the AG and/or Revdex.com that the situation was resolved. a.       Now that its winter, I won’t be driving the scooters until it gets warm again.  Which means, I can’t drive them to see if the issue (s) will reappear anytime soon.  I am hoping they don’t, but even after the fix, one remains unsolved.

I am rejecting this response because:  The company is still lying and making me go through hoops.  They want me to pay $75 for the defective items as indicated in the attached email dated 9-5-17 @ 1248pm.  They have not sent me any other email indicating they are sending me any parts.  Again, BOTH scooters I purchased from them now have defective wiring harnesses and the 150cc scooter has had the wiring harness already replaced once along with 2 bulbs.  The email asking me for $75, doesn't even cover the light bulbs for the 300CC scooter, which are not LED bulbs (150cc scooter is LED bulbs x2).   They even want to charge me for a switch assembly which broke less than 3 months of normal scooter use (not even 300 miles on the scooter).

rejecting this response because:scooters are defective. I should not have to pay for anything more involving scooters. from day 1 I've had issues with both scooters and the business itself. The word "warranty" and "extended warranty" from business is misleading as well. the company simply wont accept the fact that their product is defective.

yes was told that unit was changed but was told that it was bigger then the one that they pictured on ttheir site that is still showing the same one that I order. That I was told that was a old model . well if it a old model why is it still on their...
