I discussed it with the driver and call his officeThe driver told me that once he has it up on the lift he couldn't remove itHe reports that there was a camera on his truck which starts when he connected the cableThe person in the tow company office who I spoke with over the phone, told me
it wasn't anything they could do but I could come to their location after my car was towed and pay doubletow truck driver #(the signature on the receipt is not clear)The property owner or the apartment manager was not response and they told me it was nothing they could doThere are signs posted which states" Unauthorized or illegally parked vehicles will be towed away." This sign is a 1/yard when you first entry the drivewayThere are no sign near or in front of the building, which read , "resident resident parking only."I'm unaware of who made the call or if a call was madeI was in the resident's home no more than minutes when she heard a noise and preceded to tell me if I was parked in front of her building that they may be trying to tow my carMy only explanation given to me by the tow truck driver was that he is to tow any car that does not have a sticker in the back window which is park in front of any of the buildings on this property.Thank you

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] My office manager is currently handling this matter due to the fact that I was behind clearly 10-ft of the NO PARKING ZONE the yellow markings seen behind the vehicle is paint from a neighbor who spilled it in the area of parking I have been here for 3+ yrs and this has always been my parking space Once the management informs them of the improper tow they will have to resolve this matter fairly Restated the area I was parked in is a valid space The yellow markings do not reflect a tow zone I was outside of the tow zone

we have a contract with the management of the property to tow. our signs are state regulated and meet the letter of the law. our office hours are m-f, 9a- 5p, anytime other than this you have to call and wait for someone to show up, if they are busy it could take longer than normal, we
try to get there in min. I talked to my employee's and they said they were not rude. sorry, a refund will not be issued

we have a pic if he wants to see it, but he has to come in when the office is open.  I have proof there wasn't a permit the pic and my driver.  he was parked illegally and wants to blame someone else.

this is what I wrote the attorney general:  we have a contract with the property owner to tow any car that does not have a permit displayed. our signs are posted making it a tow away zone. the car in question did not have a permit to park there. as far as paying with cash, are signs reflect...

that, cash only. if he wants a pic that can be provided if he comes when some one is in the office. he was legally towed, therefore no refund will be given.

I need the address of the lot, make and model of car in order to give a response

we have a contract with the owner/ manager of the property to tow for no 'permit'.  there wasn't a permit on the vehicle and that is why it was going to be towed.  per the orc code the sign is in the proper place.  no refund will be issued.

in order to provide a answer I will need the make, model, lic plate of vehicle. and the address it was towed from.

you can clearly tell she was in a no parking zone.  that is the pricing per the state of [redacted].  no refund will be given.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]The property I was towed from the private property of the apartment complex I reside at. I have all relevant documentation proving that if you so require. I have attached photos to this email of the writing on my vehicle as well as the damage sustained in trying to remove it. Additionally, I have also attached a photo proving that I have a permit on the car that allows me to park at the property. Furthermore, I have yet to see any evidence that they are able to prove that I was unpermitted to park there, which is all the more frustrating as the burden of proof was on them to justify why they can legal take my property.I wish to also clarify that since the incident, I have continued to park at the residence and yet have not had any problems.I am still livid about the behaviour of A-Plus towing and, although the Revdex.com is very much restricted in what you can and cannot do, I ask that you provide any and all assistance you can to help me to finally resolve this issue.
