I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Company failed to address any accusations I said previously. Failed to provide adequate evidence as the reason why my car was towed on day of collection, i.e. photographic evidence, as stated by OHR 4513.601 Section G2. Furthermore, my car has a sticker/permit and unless the business can prove I did not have it the day of the towing, the business is admitting it took the vehicle illegally. Additionally, giving the evidence retrogradely does not mean they are exempt from State Law that requires to give it to me at the time when requested - which was done. Doesn't address OHR 4513.601 Section Ab that a tenant is allowed to park in private lot. Doesn't address the car vandalism. Lastly, as admitted in the Business's reply - only cash was accepted. This go against a number of State and Federal consumer laws which stipulates that card payments must be accepted in lieu of cash. I have already notified VISA who are investigating the situation. It is clear that the business has no regard to State or Federal Laws that they have broken. Regardless of any attempt to place the blame on the contract between himself and the property owner, State and Federal legislation supersedes contractual law, especially in regards to "public policy". For these reasons, it is obvious that they acted unlawfully, the vehicle was taken illegally and the payment of the fee required to return the vehicle was void. Regards,

he did not have a permit to park there and got towed legally by law. this is total nonsense that I don't have time for and will not take any more time on this matter.
we have a contract with the owner of the property to tow for no permit, he did not have a permit displayed. we did not damage his bumper. there will be no refund
he needs to get over it, he was parked illegally and got towed. it was his fault nobody else's. I will not respond anymore. as far as I feel this matter is closed
