Good afternoon, Revdex.com. I pray my complaint finds you blessed. I am the same complainant who addressed the following, which GLTC had not responded to:

On February 26th, 2018, complainant, *** files a Revdex.com complaint involving bus operator, Greater Lynchburg Transit Company. The complainant had been left at the bus stop on particular occasions for a while because the bus drivers left destinations early. This also includes intentionally not stopping when the complainant was viewed. I had been forgiving, and patient with these occasions. As of the date of this letter, the complainant had, once again, been left at ***'s ***. Students' safety at night is a priority. As a result, a complaint is being filed with the Revdex.com. ***'s complaint process had also referred me to a more formal complaint procedure in the past. Bus drivers not remaining in place, and late arrivals are not the sole concerns. The complainant had previously witnessed an elderly woman's face almost be slammed recklessly by African-American bus driver, *** Her face was almost slammed by the bus door as *** laughed, stated profanity and not paid attention. *** had also been rude on particular occasions. The complainant has heard numerous complaints from other passengers. This includes students and non-students. Off-campus students seek to arrive home on time. However, it raises frustration, and an issue when buses do not arrive on time. Mostly civilians have expressed for months in regards to non-punctuality. A female bus driver was not knowledgeable on how to place a passenger with a disability on its transportation. Passengers had complained about late arrivals. Previous Event from November of 2017, for example: On Wednesday, there was an African-American female bus driver who had left a student who had sought to catch the bus. She saw that the complainant was outside the bus. She had disregarded the student as she drove off. "I did not miss you, nuthin" she replied when I had respectfully addressed that I did not appreciate her leaving the student behind. In addition, I was on my way to work, and seek to remain punctual. The African-American female driver drove the 71 at 4:00pm. I am please kindly seeking for all bus drivers to refrain from leaving any student behind. There are those on campus who do not seek to be late to work. In addition, two female students had expressed that they seek to return home at a certain time. It has happened on a couple occasions.

GLTC transportation continue to not be punctual within the last two weeks. For example, there were three occasions within the addressed time frame where the 4B has been at least ten minutes late. A female worker who works at Liberty University expressed the same this afternoon. "Always late, always," a female passenger expressed in the past. "We all have lives," she had also expressed. A second female passenger expresses the same today. In addition, she complaints that the same bus driver who is not punctual, Sisqo, looks at females inappropriately. This is what she does not appreciate, and is filed on her (and their) behalf.
