While they were here I paid extra $ [redacted] for stain removal after talking about guarantee removal and was told it was guaranteed to remove the stains the next day the stains were all still there I do have pictures I contacted the office and asked to speak to the manager was told they were not in told them what happened and asked for a refund for the $ [redacted] for the guarantee of stain removal they told me they don’t do refunds they would send someone else out to re-shampoo I said I cannot do that I can’t takeoff work again and I already moved all the furniture back which I had to get someone to come over to help me lift everything ! I’ve had shampoo companies get lots of stains out before and I’ve also shampooed my own carpet several times a year in between having companies come do it and I’ve never had this issue before coming to re-shampoo my carpet will not help with the situation of me paying an extra and was told that the stains would guarantee come out! No manager has called me back and n

BEWARE! While cleaning my carpets they accidentally overflowed an upstairs bathtub which then flooded down through the floor and ceiling to the downstairs It was a strange sequence of events that led to it and an honest mistake but it was still their mistake The guys admitted fault and said they would pay for the repairs The next day I called their office and the woman said that she was aware of the problem She didn't outright say that they would pay for the repairs but she asked for a copy of the repair estimate Once I forwarded the estimate to her they went silent and refused to respond I was forced to use my homeowners insurance (and pay the deductible) to get the repairs done The insurance company also couldn't get a response from them

Fraud company - Worst experience with this company and their manager & representatives (Bob, Jose and Adam)
I called up this company from *** and scheduled a power washing of the house and deckThe person who came & did the job was AdamHe offered me that his company can do deck paint job as wellHe called someone at his office and gave me a quote of $*** and took $** in advanceAfter he went back, next day when I saw the deck it was green at many places, that tells me that he did not do the job correctlyThen again, no one showed up ever for deck paintI followed up and talked to JoseHe agreed that someone will do as I gave the advanceAgain no one showedThis was via email exchange as wellI kept track of itFew months passed by, I kept on calling and no one ever replied or called backThis week, I called up again and Bob picked up the phone, asked me to send a copy of the invoice where I paid $**I did so....and then I get a revised quote of $ ***Almost double the price....so I dont want to get it done and want my $** backNow when I am asking for money back, this Bob is saying that he WONTI would have agreed not getting the money back as non -refundable, if any service would have been provided.....but they just kept the money from customer without any serviceThis is what customer service is out ther`e....with FRAUD people sitting out thereNever ever give any ADVANCE to them and dont get any service

After a negative comment the owner was verbally abusive on company’s *** page Same happened to other customers as you can see by the *** comments and print screensOwner/manager used absence and derogatory language when threatening the customers

Adam did a great job HE was polite on time and very professional recommend them to my neigbors

If negative points could be given, I willDo not use this companyI made a big mistake without listening to the other reviewThey sent a guy to clean my carpetBut the tech does not even know to drive and cause extensive damage to my propertyThey refused to take responsibility and claimed they will contact insuranceNobody contacted me during a week worthy of timeFor god sake's find a reasonable excuse

*** coupon states whole house carpet cleaning for $I stated on the phone I was using couponOnce Technician arrived he tells me it will be $He said he was just the tech and could do nothing about the price differenceI called his manager and he rudely explained to me that on the opposite side of coupon it states they have a minimum price of $50.00! He would not honor the $price explaining to me that their van equipment is very expensive and they have to charge that! I told him he had lost a customer and that I was calling the BBC and Federal trade commissionIt is advertising and looks like bait and switchHe called me back on the phone and told me to go *** myself!

I called based on mailbox ad GreenClean said did power washing houses -I called said needed power-washing on to remove,paint (risers),stains (firewall), dirt( gutters)They sent on workman (***)*** wrote up contract- charge $***-I gave him a check- he set up truck -said didn't think it would work- worked on risers about minutes got off half paisaid that's all could do- sprinkled water on wall-(fungus not removed) problem with gutters -he had no ladderAgreed work not doneHe leftI called GreenClean- they said would send someone- *** returned (twice)to say could not do the work -had not the right equipmentI called Green Clean said needed someone with ladder/ right equipment They sent ***- he showed me his truwas equipped with rug cleaning equipment -a 20' line for power washing but no powerHe said could not do the jobI called Green Clean-said I don't pay to have people say can't do it.  Please refund $***.or I call Revdex.comT

3 story . Our price For 3 story plus rails and windows $350 , then you showed an estimate from different company of $225 and we matched the price. So there is nothing to do with you being a woman. 
The broken dryer vent cap was probably old enough to not hold a pressure of 6000 psi and broke down , same as a window screen. But it is such a common thing , so the guys had everything with them to replace damaged pieces right away .
Regarding missing hose , after 3-4 hours being outside on the sun power washing 3 story house , some times guys just so tired , so they accidentally rolled up you hose , and took it with them (which unfortunately sometimes happens ). But I personally spoke with you husband, found the missing hose in one of our vans, and delivered to your place next day, trying to solve the issue .
