I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
1. The company is lying about the price quoted. I told the gentleman that I was quoted $150 AFTER he gave me the price of $225. He said that was unrealistic given the size of my home
2. We power washed our house last year and nothing was broken. Why would you hit a window screen with that much pressure. Seems like an amateur move but according to your response it happens to you all the time. Proves my point that you are not good at power washing homes. Most people know not to hit fragile items with that much pressure. It's just common sense.
3. I have never taken something that does not belong to me because I was "tired." That is not an acceptable reason.
 
4. We paid you because we are not psychic and didn't foretell that we would have giant brown spots on the home the next day after the home dried. You didn't even ask to see the pictures that I took. Aren't you concerned with the level of work your employees are providing?
5. I don't care to read other reviews because I had a bad experience and a reputable company would make it right. Ball is in your court to do the right thing.

Review: Early June I called this Company . I explained to John I need my carpet & furniure cleaned in my fam rm, that the high traffic area on my carpet was really soiled. He explained to me that it wasnt a problem & that his guys can get it cleaned. He quoted me $179 total.

On 6/27/16 Shawn & another guy came and b4 they began I showed them the area that was really soiled. He showed me a video of a carpet they just cleaned, & said don't worry this carpet was way dirtier than yours & that we can clean it..

Upon completion I noticed that my furniture was real dark(Shawn said oh its wet it'll dry in a couple of hrs) and there was spots of my carpet that wasnt cleaned and the high traffic area was still dirty. I expressed this to Shawn and he said your carpet is over 10 yrs old and "I'm not a magician "

I became upset and told him to leave. The next day I noticed my sofa & love seat wasnt cleaned properly & parts of it felt stiff.

I called and complained to the lady dispatcher & she rescheduled a re clean on 7/12/16 at 6pm

On 7/12/16 around 5ish I called and spoke with the same female dispatcher to confirm my 6pm appt. She said yes theyll be here,

6pm no call no show, at 7pm I called and John the manager answered I told him his guys weren't here and it's after7pm. He said let me call them. Shawn calls me back with a hi how r you and I told him its after 7 you were supposed to be here at 6..hes like what seems to be the problem?? Im at another sight and I can be there when I finish Now im upset becuz I realize they had no intentions of coming.

I called John back and said im not from here and im not used to this treatment. He goes who gives a f[redacted] where youre from?!! Im from Russia. I said sir did you just curse at me? He said" yes!! They be there when they get there!"&hung up on me. I called back now its almost 8 I said sir I want to reschedule,

He says no no rescheduling, you got your $185 worth, go find another co and hung up on me again.

Rude and unprofessional.Desired Settlement: We would like our money back becuz they did not do the job we hired them to do. After spending $185, our carpet and furniture still hasn't been cleaned properly. I had an event scheduled at our home on July 3rd. As of this date 7/15/16 they still haven't made no effort to resolve the problem. On 7/12/16 the date of the re clean after the no show,. I asked John to please come and look at my carpet and furniture and he adamantly refused. I asked for his last name he said Russian. I asked for his corporate # he said look it up on the internet.

These ppl with the exception of the female disparcher (I forgot her name) are rude, John used foul language and theyr very unprofessional , They have yet to apologize.

I neither feel safe or comfortable having them back in my home ever again My husband doesn't want to deal with this company ever again.. I called my bank also and filed a complaint and theyre reversing the charges pending an investigation.

Review: Green Clean did a poor power washing job on my home and broke a few items in the process. They were 2 hours late to the appointment. They quoted me a price of $370. When I said I would have to call my husband for the ok, he immediately dropped the price to $225. Almost a $150 difference because I am a woman. I felt discriminated against. The items that were broken were fixed the same day after arguing with the employee and explaining that I did not appreciate his smug reponses when I pointed out the things he had broken. First he denied the damages and then when I became upset and told him that I was calling my husband he said he would fix them but still did not admit fault. I immediately called the company to complain that the employee was breaking things around my home (specifically an exhaust cover and a window screen) and that the employee was rude and I wanted to talk to someone immediately. No one returned my call. The following day I noticed the home had brown spots all over it. I have pictures as proof if needed. My husband also noticed a hose that they "borrowed" was missing. We contacted the company again and they said they would look for the hose and call us back. They did not. I have since washed off the brown spots that I can reach. I do not want them to come back to my home. I am pregnant and the level of stress this company has caused me is unhealthy for my baby. I never want to see them again. They are scam artists and I want people to be weary of this company. We will file separate criminal charges for the hose.Desired Settlement: Because I had to complete the job myself, I deserve a partial refund. I do not want them coming back to my home due to their unscrupulous practices. I would also appreciate an apology.

Hello [redacted] , I am from customer service of Green Clean , I am sorry to hear that, but there are a few things that you are composed in the way you wanted to put them together. I pulled the record and found that 2 guys been working at your place for 3 hours 45 min (pretty big house, 3 story . Our price For 3 story plus rails and windows $350 , then you showed an estimate from different company of $225 and we matched the price. So there is nothing to do with you being a woman.

The broken dryer vent cap was probably old enough to not hold a pressure of 6000 psi and broke down , same as a window screen. But it is such a common thing , so the guys had everything with them to replace damaged pieces right away .

Regarding missing hose , after 3-4 hours being outside on the sun power washing 3 story house , some times guys just so tired , so they accidentally rolled up you hose , and took it with them (which unfortunately sometimes happens ). But I personally spoke with you husband, found the missing hose in one of our vans, and delivered to your place next day, trying to solve the issue .

About the quality , [redacted] one of my best guys , who ve been with us for years , here is a link where people leaving comments about our [redacted]

I also can send you copy of invoice where it says , sign and pay Only if completely satisfied , and I do have it signed (can send it upon to request)

Well , everything was solved, as far is broken staff. If you would like to have some "brown spots" gone you always could call us for reclean (free).

We ve send our technician for exact quote , (free in home estimate) You are the one who agreed on a price. You are more then welcome to use the company from last year , next time you ll be power washing the house.

Lesson learned on my part. Next time I will use the Revdex.com to find a reputable company. I would never ask your company to return. If your guys get "tired" again, who knows what would go missing next. I will make sure that everyone I talk to in person and on social media know exactly what we think of your service. Lesson learned for you.

Review: I made an appointment to get my carpet cleaned on 07-31-15. He was an 1 hour and 30 minutes late. Also he did not mention that they did not use cleaner to clean the carpet until he was here and wanted to charge more for cleaner. My carpert has streaks in it and looks more dirty than it did before it was cleaned.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the bad job that they did so I can have my carpet cleaned correctly

Review: [redacted] coupon states whole house carpet cleaning for $44.99. I stated on the phone I was using coupon. Once Technician arrived he tells me it will be $51.00. He said he was just the tech and could do nothing about the price difference. I called his manager and he rudely explained to me that on the opposite side of coupon it states they have a minimum price of $50.00! He would not honor the $44.99 price explaining to me that their van equipment is very expensive and they have to charge that! I told him he had lost a customer and that I was calling the BBC and Federal trade commission. It is false advertising and looks like bait and switch. He called me back on the phone and told me to go [redacted] myself!Desired Settlement: Stiff penalty/Concequence/shut business down!
