Very fast, very professional, job was done in 2 days with no mess left behind. I love my new roof

Wow!! What great windows and an even greater install experience!

I recently had eco solutions work on my roof, which didn't go as well. First, customer service agent can't agree with my complaints, telling me they are going to fix my roof and another customer service agent tells the opposite and are not coming to an agreement. The biggest concern was the ripe edge on my house, the finish looked used a different color from the actual color of my house and separate pieces were placed to complete the edge, the overall roof structure looks broken and as if an amateur had completed the process.

Professional efficient quality work done on time with no hassle would highly recommend to any one I love my windows now.

The installation was very smooth and they cleaned up everything. I am very satisfied y the work that was done.

The installation crew were amazing - they worked hard and tirelessly, cleaned up after themselves scrupulously, and did phenomenal work. The windows were not cheap, but they are good quality and we are very happy with them. Our only complaint is that the communication and organization of the office staff could be better.

Can’t speak highly enough about this company and the work that was done on our home for a completely great experience and I would recommend this company and this product to anybody

This complaint consists of 2 complaint types.

1) This company practices deception with the sale of marketing and sales of it's product, specifically windows. Green Eco touts itself as being a distributor and installer of *** Products. However, when it comes to windows, they do not install them and mislead me into believing I was getting *** windows. In fact, the windows provided were manufactured bu a company called ***. All paperwork I signed contractually is covered with the *** ICON and never was there any indication that the windows were anything but ***. I spoke to the head of Marketing, Yvette (sorry did not get last name), on Tuesday December 10th. She indicated she would discuss this issue with the staff and get back to me the same day. Unfortunately, she never did.

2) During the installation, Green Eco employees mis-measured the windows and thus there is an inconsistent throughout the front portion of the house. With molding that was used that need not have been used, if measured properly. This is the major part of the second issue. However, in addition, the sub-contracting staff used by Green Eco is not always the same team for the same home installation. Besides the fact that there is logistical scheduling is poor at best.

I am writing regarding the customer ***, Complaint ID. This complaint is very upsetting to me. I personally had conversations with *** and I did not expect a Revdex.com letter. *** made his own assumptions as to who the manufacturer of the windows was. It is clear on our paperwork and brochures that our windows are made by ***, in Bristol Pa. *** expressed that he thought *** was a division of ***. It is not, was not said, nor implied. *** assumed this. It was explained to him that *** does not manufacture any type windows. We are an *** Preferred contractor. This is for all of our roofing products. We do use one singular contract for our customers (attached) that lists all of our products on it. Yes, *** is listed on the contract, but not on the window section. I have also attached our window brochure that you can see does not in any way imply or suggest they are associated with ***. It is clear that it is an *** product. *** has expressed to me that he loves the windows and can see they are a very high quality product. The window he purchased is the same window that won The Energy Star award for the year in 2017 and 2018 ( we do believe we will receive it for 2019 as well) as the most energy efficient window in North America. It is a name brand window. He has purchased windows with us 3 separate times. Elias the sales representative has been with our company for the last 14 years. I have never received this type of complaint before. *** received the exact product he requested and paid for. I did tell *** that I would address Elias to see if he did something differently in this home. I did not however tell *** I would call him back for any reason. The conversation was resolved when we got off the phone. (Clearly for *** it was not)
As far as his complaint on the actual work. *** has a life time warranty with us. Any and all issues will always be addressed. He is already on the schedule for Monday 12/30 for our service person to address his concerns. We will make sure ***'s job is to his satisfaction before we close his service ticket. I am writing in regards to our customer ***, complaint #***. I have attached the written description in his contracts regarding his purchases. He purchased the Guardian Elite series window 3 separate times. I attached the Warranty information and also the Guardian Elite brochure that he received on 3 separate occasions while purchasing his replacement windows. This is the window *** saw, purchased and was installed on 3 occasions. We do hold exclusive rights to the 1000 series window, which is marketed at the Guardian Elite series window. Again, our sincerest apologies to *** for any misunderstanding. We are an *** preferred contractor, but *** does not manufacture any window, only our roofing products. His paperwork all states the Guardian Elite series, we have fulfilled our contract and will continue to give *** the service he is entitled to. My Response:
Quite frankly, I once again am upset about this reply from Yvette Y of Green Eco Solutions. The response from her is not completely factual. When we spoke about this on the phone, I explicitly told her that I did not know these windows were manufactured by ***. I only realized they were when I saw the name on them when they were sitting in my Garage. I challenge Green Eco to provide evidence that I received any literature which indicates that these windows were manufactured by ***. I retain EVERY piece of literature. Note in the latest communication from Green Eco, they once again are being deceptive by providing one piece of evidence of an *** brochure. I did not receive this and it is just another indication to me of this deceptive advertising nature. Why do they not indicate on any of their signs that the windows they install are *** manufactured if they are so proud of them? They plaster the pink panther all over their literature (see attachment for signs they put on front lawns of their clients). Tell me why they don’t proudly display windows manufactured by ***? You know why. This is the example of their deceptive advertising making the consumer believe that they are manufacturing, selling and installing *** Windows. Deceptively capitalizing on a brand name. When in fact they are not providing a brand name. I trusted them as once again, I can supply you with every piece of literature or paper that I received from them. There is not one piece of paper or literature that indicates the name ***. Yet every correspondence has a pink panther, *** reference.

The one time I spoke with Yvette, she told me she would get back to me the day we spoke as to what she was going to do about this situation. She has not had the common courtesy to even contact to discuss again and share with me what she was going to do about it.

Beyond all of this, I would say there scheduling & sub-contractor worker quality is spotty at best. In fact, they still need to come back to finalize the installation to my satisfaction. It had been nearly over a month since I last heard from them. I actually received a call on Friday afternoon (1/24 @ 1:24pm) that they wanted to come on Monday morning first thing. Is this an indication of effective logistical scheduling. Unfortunately, as I am travelling , I could not authorize them to come. And, have not had contact since Friday after letting them know that. We will see how long it takes to hear from them after this.

Very professional. Clean up crew was amazing. Excellent work on my roof. Company is amazing. I would hire them again.

My new roof looks beautiful they cleaned up everything even my neighbor did not have any complains.

They did 2 lower roofs on our Fairmount roadhouse. One was flat, one shingles. They both look great and have stopped any leaks from before. Customer service was great. Job was done in a day and they left the place cleaned up. Definitely would recommend

This Company was hired to fix my roof leaks { 4 } years ago. It has not stopped leaking leaking yer. They have been saying they will address the problem, but they haven"t. My wife and I are paying for a leaking roof. I want to fix our roof or give us a full refund

In regards to our Customer Collier in Philadelphia: ID.We do understand this customer has issues with leaks within the home. We have sent our service team out 3 times within the last year. We have sent them out 8 times within the last 3 years. Unfortunately, we did not replace the *** entire roof and the root of the issues seem to be coming from areas we did not address. We have discussed this with the *** and they do not want to complete the replacement. We will continue to service all of the work we have completed as per our agreement. We would be more than happy to complete the project for this customer at any time. We have tried to reach out to them on several occasions since receiving the complaint letter with no response. If you could encourage them to open the lines of communication we would be more than happy to come up with a resolution. We do stand behind our work and our warranty.

I am rejecting this response because: I have a number of text messages from Jim at that company from as far back as July of this year. They said that thy would come out on the Aug. 26, but I haven't heard from them and they didn't respond too my

text message. This company is not standing up to it's contractual obligations. for them to say they've been trying to contact me is a out right lie. we communicate through my cell phone and there's know evidence of any calls from this company

All of the windows needed to be replaced in my house (over 30 windows). Green Eco did a wonderful job at a great price for me. I would highly recommend Grren Eco windows to anyone needing to replace a window.

The windows are great work really well. They work right when the were done.

My husband and I met with a sales representative named Nate from Green Eco Solutions on July 3, 2019. They quoted us a price to do our roof of $32,875. After doing further research on how this company is a scam to many people, as well as many negative reviews, and the fact that they asked us to write a positive review when they are done doing a testimonial, my husband and I decided we would cancel the contract, as started in the contract within the three day period they had mentioned . According to this three day business policy to cancel with no penalty or obligation, they noted we have until July 8th to cancel which wasn't even three business days, since they where closed on the fourth, it actually was two business days. Regardless, we called them on the phone saying we where signing the notice of cancellation and bringing that alone with a letter explaining we wanted to cancel and it's within the days mentioned that we would not have any obligation or issues with doing so. As soon as we called them that we where coming to cancel, immediately my husband got a notification on his cell phone that there was a hard inquiry on our credit report. We finally arrive and I went into the office, they sent another person out to speak to my husband as I spoke to them. I told them we where cancelling well within the three days and he came out to speak to my husband and he said he wants it cancelled as well. They then offered to take another ten grand off and redor our floors since my husband mentioned he rather do the floors then the roof. We still said no. Shortly after, I receive a letter in the mail in his name as well as one in mine, with our credit score and a loan number. Aparently this company still applied for the loan anyway even though we had cancelled. I called the loan company listed on this letter we received and they said I was too late to cancel because it's after the three days cancellation period. However, I did cancel. I have been receiving phone calls non stop from them.

In response to complaint #***, ***: we did sign a contract with them on July 3, 2019 to replace their roof. I am a little taken back by her comment to what see saw online. We do hold a 4.7 star rating from 145 reviews on google along with 5 star with the Revdex.com. They did come into the office to cxl their contract. We did take the cancelation from them and also did try to help them with the price due to the their reasoning that they could not afford this project. When a contract comes into the office with a request for financing it is submitted to the finance department to get an approval in place. This was done before the ***’s cxl their contract. As far as canceling the loan, I am sure the bank did not tell them they could not cancel the loan. They did not sign the loan documents and by law they have another 3 days after signing loan documents to cancel the financing if they do not want to move forward with it. I have placed their number on our internal Do Not Call list so they do not receive any calls. I can assure you though, no one has been harassing them. I can see in our system we did reach out to them about a month after the cancellation to see if they we interested in hearing about a more affordable roofing system.Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help this situation. Green Eco Solutions installed solar panels at my residence on 07/03/2013 for $27,611. When the panels did NOT provide any help with the electric bill after the first year, I called and asked for a service person to be sent out to check to see if they were working properly. No came out so I called again and Jim S sent an email of something that was undecipherable, on 06/13/2017. He reported that according to his records everything was working as it should. I've learn to read my *** bill which shows that the panels have put out "23" Kilowatts over the pass 12 months, and when I check farther back I'll probably find that the panels have NOT produced even the minimal amount of power as promised. Again I've tried to get the panels checked and fixed but nothing or any communications have occurred as of this date 07/15/2019. This is too much money for a company to be preying on senior citizens and NOT provide the service or product represented. Someone needs to check, fine, and shut this predatory company down.

It is very upsetting to read, “they need to shut down this predatory company” please know that we take all Revdex.com complaints serious. Please see our internal notes attached.

• The panels and roof were installed on 7/7/2013. • SEE EMAIL – on 6/13/2017 Jim S spoke to ***. After the conversation, GES logged into the ENPHASE account to check the ***’s production. Jim sent an email (attachment B.) In this email you can see all 6 panels are producing properly. Please see bottom of page. The ***’s say this email was indecipherable. I am sorry they feel that was not informative but it clearly shows all panels are working. • See internal notes – on 10/26/17 the ***s called and asked for an email. One was provided but we never received any email after this or any communication after this until 7/22/19, they called in asking for service. • On 7/22/19 Jim gave the information to our tech, Jason B. We requested that he call the ***s to set up a time to go and inspect the solar panels because they felt they were having issues. • The production of the panels cannot be guaranteed. What we do warranty is that they are working properly. 6 panels is a very small system and may produce 200 KW/mo. The only time they will see KW on their electric bill is when the energy is not used and they over produced so it went back onto the grid. • We do need the ***’s to contact us to schedule service at their convenience.
