I recently had the remaining windows in my home installed by Green Eco Solutions because I was so happy with the installation of the first three windows. Unlike the first time, this time did not go as smooth. I had a different contractor who was not as competent as the first one. He never cleaned up after he was done each day - I cleaned up pieces of glass and vinyl scraps in my living area, sun porch and garden. His work was subpar - inside trim was not pre-painted like the first time, he did not mitre the corners and instead made straight cuts, did not sand the ends or splinters, top pieces extend beyond side pieces, etc. He had to come back to “clean up” the wood and it still doesn’t look finished, not to mention the trim does not match the first installed windows in look or finish. It took 3 days to complete the entire job and each time, I had to put all window treatments back up and move furniture back in place myself. Despite numerous calls over the past two weeks to resolve these issues, the staff are avoiding my calls or not getting back to me as promised. While I love my windows, I would not recommend this company to install anything anymore.
Great company with an excellent window. I compared other windows to theirs with the energy features, but no one else came close. The installers did an amazing job putting them in and dressing up the trim, cleaned everything up after they were done and put everything back in place. The staff was very easy to deal with and addressed any concerns/questions I had. I will be dealing with them again in the future to replace the remaining windows in my house.

ON the 9/25/18 I contracted with this company to do some repair on my roof to replace the shingles which is falling off I sign the contract with the sales person by the name of GIL M the amount was $3112 of which I gave him deposit of 1556 in check number *** the estimated start date for this job was 10/9/18 and the finishing date would be 11/6/18 from those date they have not done nothing I call them often and have gotten no result from them the last person I spoke to her name is Brandy who said she would give the message to her supervisor that person did not reach out to me either Last week some one from the same company by the name of brittani call me offering $3000 00 to replace the same roof that I have already contracted them to do also there was another person who told me he would refund my money back to me Thank you

Great company very professional did my roof in one day hassel free covered all the shrubs and completly cleaned up after them.
Great windows and doors and installation this is my second order with the company, I will not have called them again if I wasn’t very happy the first time and they delivered again!

They did a great job. A little hiccup with scheduling. The doors and windows are high quality. Very easy to use. Very durable. Overall a great decision.
We brought a new roof from this company because their sale person and their materials stated that we were getting an *** energy saving roof. We also needed a new roof as the old one had leaked. We agreed to the price because they are an preferred contractor of ***. It turns out that none of this is true. We found this out after we received the invoices for the job. The only thing that we alledl actually got was a is only a 2 ply deck seal from ***. They included a warranty in their material from *** for a roofing system which is not a warranty that applies to this product. I believe the only reason that is in their package to help perpetuate the fraud that it is a roofing sytem that was being sold. A preferred contractor should know the correct warranty. They have changed their story multiple regarding what their warranty actually is and have now said it's only for how long we own the roof.
The roof has leaked twice. One time causing interior damage. The interior damage still has not been repaired. They are now denying that the contract was a energy efficient roof system and admit that a flat roof is not energy efficient. I have all of this in emails and can send pictures of their marketing material. We requested proof of all the claim including the new one that eco needs environmentally friendly. We have filed a complaint with *** as they are allowing this company to perpetual the fraud by allowing them to be a preferred contractor.
This started to come out after we spoke to the installer after the first leak. We asked him, do we have *** products on the roof. He said he did not know and wouldn't answer the question. He said that he only puts up what the company gives him. He directed us to the company. The installation manager also refused to answer the question and directed us to the vice president. I am no even sure that their are any *** products on the roof. They also have some garbage claim about what is up on the roof

We have received a complaint from you in regards to our customer *** I would like tostart by saying we have been doing our best to follow through on our contract with the *** for quitesome time now. We were contracted by the *** 9/22/2018. (contract attached), our engineer wasat the property on 9/25/2018 for inspection and tool, material checklist. install was then set for10/24/2018 and completion was veri?ed by ***.
We received our ?rst complaint phone call on 10/27/2018 by ***, stating she was upsetabout garbage left on her property by our installers. She was reassured we would be sending someonedown to clean up stating that this is company policy to leave the property free of any debris. 10/28/18Installers were sent down and property was cleaned up.
We then received a call from the *** 12/7/18 stating they were having a leak issue. Weexplained we would be sending someone for service. At this point *** became very upset,stating that we did not use the products we promised. We have shown her invoices stating thematerials used were *** products. She constantly was accusing us of fraud. We are an*** Preferred contractor and the products we use are always *** Certi?ed. Shealso began saying we are misrepresenting ourselves because the flat roof she purchased is not energysaving. There is not any guarantee of energy savings with any of our products, nor implied anywhere fora flat roof. Our company sells several product lines and the packet that is left behind with ourcustomers holds all warranties for all products and information on all product lines. It is very clearwhich warranty is for which product. I have attached the warranty packet for review.Email between *** and our owner 12/13/18:Mr. SYou are In breach of the contract. The front cover of your booklet represents certl?edengery expert and your company is best for home, Bene?ts of engery savings technology.It's also says pink is green and engery saving home improvement. The contract says withthe pink cat logo, save engery, save money. Your salesman main selling point was that yourroo?ng system is engery ef?cient and would save us money, up to 20 percent engery costsaving. You include the wrong warranty for the sole purpose of backing up your claim thatthis is a system. So if you are now denying your roof has engery saving, you have someserious fraud issues to overcome. What is the eco stand for?We don't have a shingled roof so again you either don ’t know what you are talking about orare purposely perpuating your fraud.Again you are misrepsenting the warranty, according the ***, the warranty fordeck seal is limited, I don ’t remember exact number but believe I forward the warranty.Your sales representative said the warranty is passed to the next owner of the house. Youhave a paper in you booklet that says lifetime warranty.I will be contacting *** again to advise them of your fraud as well as ?ling acomplaint with the business bureau attaching this particular email.Thank you,***Jim,I believe this is in violation of the contract. You promised a *** roof. Thisdoesn’t really prove that those products marked ocf are indeed ***. It showsthat flashing, which is something that we previously complained about is not *** Theflashing of an extremely poor quality. And I am assuming that's what you mean bytrialuminum edge. I also want the full invoice, you have no basis to redact the price info.I will have to have a roofer come out to check your work and give us an estimate on whatthis should have really cost. If we don't you willcomplain to *** and the Revdex.com which we have an A rating with and we cherish ourrelationship with *** and would never jeopardize that relationship by ...actually I am notsure of the accusation other than we appear to sell energy saving products and you feelyour roof should save energy because of our name?I am sorry you feel this way. I will answer your complaint to *** and to the Revdex.com with allrelated documentation and emails back and forth. I personally spoke to *** trying to address her concerns. She was adamant that shewanted a full refund as she felt she over paid and was unhappy. I did my best to explain that herwarranty (lifetime) was in effect and that any issues would be taken care of at our cost. She was nothappy that we were not willing just to refund her the contract amount and gave several threats aboutthe Attorney General, Revdex.com, T.V. stations etc. I explained to her that we are living up to every promisewe made. She said she would get back to me at that point. She did not want to deal with this over theholidays.

***While our installer was out, it was decided that we should redo the roof as the installation was notcompleted to our satisfaction. We offer our customers a lifetime warranty on our work, so we felt thiswas the best way to move forward to insure the roof would not cause further issues. We do not installfiat roofs during the winter in fear that they would not seal correctly due to temperatures. We wereback in touch with *** at the beginning of April, she began again that she feels like she paid toomuch. Further email:On Mon, Apr 1, 2019 at 9:10 PM *** wrote: ‘***Pursuant to our telephone conversation, we got a quote today from Larry A for 4K. Youcan call him at *** to verify the quote. However, pursuant to his inspection, yourwork is extremely subpar. There are panels that are flapping in the wind and the ?ashingwas not done correctly. You should have also not muckecl the seams. The repair that youare to provide, needs to be either a hot roofing system or a torch down system. We will alsonot sign any kind of a release without an independent inspection of your work for which youare to pay for.We will get two additional quotes and then we can settle for the difference between theaverage price of the three and the contract price.Thank you,***I explained to *** that the entire roof would be redone, at our cost, all damageswould be repaired at our cost, but there would be no refund. We also agreed to pay for a 3'“party inspector of her choice.At this point we are waiting for an installation date that suites Mrs. schedule. They did a great job on my roof. Looks great and even saved me some money during the winter on my heating bills. Would definitely recommend them.
I am absolutely satisfied with my new roof. I'm planning on building another home out of state and I wish green eco solutions was able to do that one, too.Everything they promised they completed in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone looking to put the best products onto their home.
We decided to get our windows and doors changed because our home was very drafty, especially unbearable in the winter time. We have two big bay windows in the front of our home which have been there since the home was built. Only previously having to replace our home's roof which was done by a neighbor who had since moved away, we had no idea where to turn for our window replacements. After reviewing some financial options, there was absolutely no doubt for us to go with Green Eco Solutions. Even with adding on two entry door replacements, their products were state of the art and our monthly payments were way more affordable than we imagined. The installers were professional, polite, and very good at their job. We have had no issues so far with the way our windows are doors operate. Our home looks brand new! I would give 6 out of 5 stars if I could we are so pleased with how nice our home looks!

Having green-eco solutions doing work for me in the past I have decide to continue with them. The house that I reside has in excess of fifty windows. I had two other companies do work here and decided to try green-eco. My regret is that I only wish I had found them initially. I am very well pleased with the efficiency,look and the follow-up work associated with their product.
Green Eco Solutions did a great job with my windows and roof. I would highly recommend them because from the sales person to the installation and clean up everything went smoothly.
The house came out beautiful. We have nice blue siding. Sliver shild insulation built into the siding where the cost is saving us valuable monies during our cold winter and snowy spring. The sales person was very knowledgeable about his products and polite to the customer. The contractors Great Guys who even worked out on the freezing cold couple of the days. We also had a couple of windows installed and all of our basement windows replaced. Lets not forget about our beautiful door that's magnetic where you can easily hang decorative wreaths. Glad Green Eco Solutions found me and made my house beautiful and more cost effective.
Project started on time. We had a few bumps in the road, which were all rectified in a timely manner. We LOVE our siding and the workmanship put into it. We only get compliments on the work that was done.
