To Whom It May Concern, We are a fair and legitimate company, all our promises are stated at the terms and conditions, and all the promises our company made are always fulfilled - there is a trial period, as stated in the Terms and Conditions and there is a specific period where you can only try the products for freeThe word "sample" was never mentioned in our terms and the word "free" was related to the trial not the product Our trial offer is a way of the company to verify the customer's satisfaction, it means our company is so confident about our products that it would let our customers use it at the company's expense to assure them that they are dealing with a high quality products The fact that our customers decided to get advantage of our company's offer and get "free stuff" at our company's expense isn't it legitimate? Thank you for your responseTo answer the customer's claim "To recap, I paid for a "free gift," and two additional bottles, a total of three I have only received a total of two, so I feel I am owed a refund for the third one that was not shipped"- Below are the information that explains why customer received only two bottles when according to her she paid for three
07/**/- The date where the customer paid for $Shipping and Handling fee of the Green Garcinia initial bottle
08/**/- Customer was charged $which is for the full cost of the Green Garcinia inital bottle since the days trial has already ended, to clarify this is only a charge for the initial bottle that she received and not for another bottle
09/**/- Customer was charged another $for the second bottle of Green Garcinia that was shipped and delivered to her since what she have avail is a trial offer that turns into a monthly subscription after the days trial
Basically, the customer is only supposed to receive two bottles of Green Garcinia and based on our records both bottles has been shipped and delivered already
Since the customer agreed to the $courtesy refund as a resolution to her concern, we already processed the said refund back to the customer's credit cardPlease allow 3-business days for the said refund to reflect in the customer's accountWe already cancelled her subscription for her to avoid any further chargesRest assured that no more future charges will be taken out & no more products will be sent out to the customer

The company's response is inaccurate and incorrect.  The order was placed on 7/** and my bank charged my account on 7/** (I have bank records but did not feel comfortable uploading such private information), that is only two days later and clearly not within a 14-trial period, as they state.  Any legitimate trial period begins at the point the product is in the customer's hand and not on the onset of a click.  Charging a person's account before the product is in the customer's hands seems unethical and appears as if it were a tactic to ensure that a customer does not have enough time to use the product, see if its effective or not, and decide if they want to keep it or send it back.  It's like a customer is paying for an unknown product upfront without the opportunity to properly assess it.  The company is pushing the product on you like a hot potato that even hasn't reached your hands yet.  In addition, it is hard to reach a person at the company, as they do not always answer the phone, another tactic to delay a cancellation and refund.  When you do get through, they do not listen to your complaint or try to help you, what they do is try to push another bottle on you to shut you up.  They are extremely rude and I think what they count on is that the customer gets so frustrated that they just give up and lose the money all to their benefit. They are promoting via [redacted], which they just joined in January of 2014:  Go here and you will see how many people have complained about this scam.  I do not at this point expect a refund but DO want the public to know that they are ripping people off: [redacted].  They are taking advantage of people and it is the duty of the Revdex.com to investigate them. I am including a screenshot of their page in case they try to deny everything again, so that you can see how many people have complaints.  Please check the 11,550 reports filed on them from [redacted] at [redacted] too, there are so many people out there that have been scammed by this. Not everyone has the time or knowledge in filing a complaint, so on behalf of everyone whose been scammed by this fraudulent company, I urge action and an investigation.
