I spoke with Mr [redacted] and there has been some confusion which I think has been resolved Last night, we spoke with Mr [redacted] directly and we are refunding to Mr [redacted] the amount which we agreed upon in a check to him
They got the refund from last year they have been with us for yearsThey claim there was a service not done in we could not refund that it showed it was not completedWe are actually working it out with themI will try to split it

Aeration is done in the fall. We did treatments May 16th and June 6th and the customer canceled. Each treatment is $42.85 and we will issue a refund for $214.30.
It has been taken care of. They sent a check
They got the refund from last year they have been with us for 5 years. They claim there was a service not done in 2016 we could not refund that it showed it was not completed. We are actually working it out with them. I will try to split it.
