I spoke with...
the owner at telephone number [redacted] and was told that I would have check in hand by the end of the weekon tue 10/18. We have recieved other mail but have yet to recieve any check from GreenCo.

I spoke with Mr. [redacted] and there has been some confusion which I think has been resolved. Last night, we spoke with Mr. [redacted] directly and we are refunding to Mr. [redacted] the amount which we agreed upon in a check to him.

We have worked with Mrs. [redacted] for a year now. Last season we did 10 services total. We offer our customers a discount for renewing early and we had her own as an early renew. Even today we show her in our computer as a customer. I will cancel her services for this season and will refund her the total immediate.I am sorry for the confusion.
