Greenforce Restoration Reviews (%countItem)

Theses people collected money from Allstate to repair my room, but never did the work and now they have not contacted me or answer the phone.
on August 23, 2019 Efrain *** with Greenforce Restoration came to my house and convinced me to allow them to represent me with my insurance to make a claim on my roof. He came later with Dan *** with *** adjusters *** and XXX-XXX-XXXX to inspect my roof and filed a claim with my insurance company. On November 15, 2019 Trey ***, Mgr. came to my house with roof samples and told me that as soon as they received the second payment from the insurance, they would install the roof. To this day, I have not heard back from them and when I called the number...they said it was the wrong number. I called yesterday, and spoke with Jarad *** of *** Adjusters, who told me they were having issues with Greeforce Restoration and that he had nothing to do with it. He stated he had not received any payment from the insurance company. Upon calling my insurance, they stated that they had issued two checks in the amounts of $5,652 and $2,328 to *** Adjusters and my name. Those two checks were issued in September of 2019. The checks have been cashed by someone. The insurance is requesting a copy of the check to see who endorsed the checks.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking a refund of the amount of the checks so that I can replace my roof.

Insurance Co. has paid them in full and they have not performed the work. They keep putting me off on start date.
On February 13, 2019, I signed a contract with Greenforce Restoration (Lance Hollingsworth). On March 18, 2019, ***, Mgr. came to my house to sign paperwork to get the jobs started and pick out shingles. I endorsed a check to him for $3,432.56 made out to Elite Public Adjusters and myself. Since them, I have never met with anyone representing Greenforce. Phone calls came once in a while to see if everything was okay and excuses were given why they couldn't come out. They said they buy in bulk and it takes longer to get material. The estimated installation date was 4-8 months from the time I signed the paperwork. Contact was very sporadic and most of the time, they didn't return a phone call. On September 17, 2019, my insurance company sent a check directly to Elite Public Adjusters in the amount of $5,240.99 payable to Elite Public Adjusters and myself. I never saw the check. Elite Public Adjusters endorsed the check and my name was forged. I keeped calling Greenforce, Elite and *** Ordesch, Operations Manager. I told them I thought they were scammers and I was going to pursue legal action. They promised they would get the job done, but emergencies came up and they had to repair other homes first. I called their office around 2 weeks or so ago and left a message. No reply. A week later, I called and the phone rang twice and cut off. Called twice after that, same. A crime has been committed and someone has to pay. I contacted Elite Public Adjusters a week ago and they told me that Greenforce has gone out of business and thought they might have left the country. Elite Public Adjusters is just as guilty for not contacting me to endorse the last check. I contacted my insurance company recently to get something done and was told that an investigator would be assigned to my case since forgery was an issue. Greenforce tells his clients that a contract has to be signed by the public adjuster along with all communication.

Desired Outcome

I want my money refunded so I can hire a reputable roofing contractor. The check for $5,240.99 was forged so I should be able to get at least that much back. Greenforce Restoration needs to come forward and make amends. Elite Public Adjusters need to come forward and assume some of the responsibility since they turned over the check to someone at Greenforce Restoration.

Greenforce took our money with no intention to fix our roof.
We met with Greenforce reps in July 2019 to have our roof done. They filed an insurance claim on our behalf. We had enlisted Elite adjusters to represent us with Greenforce. Despite the check being in my name and Elite's, somehow Elite allowed Greenforce to cash the check. Greenforce had a power of attorney form that I NEVER signed. They committed forgery and cashed our insurance check in August. They called every couple of weeks and reassured us that they were working with the insurance company to get the job started. Then they quit calling and their phone lines were disconnected. This company is run by *** who apparently has a history of these type of scams. His son has a company in Louisiana doing the same thing. I am currently looking for *** to recover my funds the old fashioned way. If you have any information on his wherabouts, let me know. I will reward you. b o b l I o n e l at g m a I l dot com.

Desired Outcome

I want my funds returned to me or I would like to see *** brought to justice for his crimes.

Greenforce Restoration failed to repair my roof.
They collected money from Foremost Insurance to repair my roof and did not fix it. Phone disconnec.
Greenforce restoration promised to repair my roof . A contract was sign on May 2019, invoving adjusters and Foremost Insurance.
A check was issued to Greenforce to initiate repairs and did not follow through.
I have contacted Jared, public adjuster at XXX XXX XXXX and Benjamin at XXX XXX XXXX.
Claim number XXXXXXXXXX-X-X
Policy Number XXXXXXXXXX
ELITE Public Adjuster e-mail
JARED@ THEELITECOMPANY.COM

Desired Outcome

Follow through with the contract, repair the roof, refund money paid

In June of last year with "Green Force Restoration" I signed a Contract to replace my roof, gutters, but the work was never completed.

Green Force Restoration, breached the contract signed with them on
(6/28/2019) to have my house roof and gutters replaced, I gave them a check from my insurance (Safeco Insurance) in the amount of $ 6001.90.
The contract was made and signed by: Troy *** he was the owner or Projet Manager.
Troy *** cell phone number is: (XXX) XXX-XXXX
email: ***@GreenForceRestoration.com
This person also worked with them: Jeff *** (XXX) XXX-XXXX, I called him but he did not answer my call, but he did return a text explaining that he was no longer working for Green Force Restoration and he told me that it was better that I will contact the owner of the company who is Troy ***
I also have this person's number Willian (XXX) XXXX-XXXXX, He also worked for that company.

Desired Outcome

What I ask is that my money be returned to me, because the work was never done.

I signed up with company as a credit partner and also signed a contract to loan company 25000 dollars where pay-back has stopped.
2/8/2018 I signed 2 yr contract with Troy *** (CEO GREENFORCE RESTORATION) as a investor and credit partner where he coordinated the request of a total of 7 credit cards in my name with a total of 85000 dollars in available credit to be used by the company where I was paid a monthly fee of 850 dollars(1% x 85000) They also paid on the balance on the cards monthy. I also signed a 1 yr promissory note on July 20th 2018 for XXXXX dollars from my self-directed IRA with the company to pay me 375 dollars a month (25000 x 1%) and also signed again on 11/4/2019 to extend the note for an additonal year.
Last payment I received on this note covered November 2019. Last payment received on credt cards was December 2019.

Desired Outcome

would like a refund of 46000 dollars to pay off balances on credit cards and a refund of 25000 dollars for prommissory note. Troy *** email is ***@greenforcerestoration.com Phone was XXXXXXXXXX office XXXXXXXXXX

We originally signed a contract 6-5-18 with little f/u. We re-connected on XX-XX-XX we expected a December roof, with $24,449.55 payment made.
We originally signed a roofing contract with them on 06-05-2018. We got our insurance estimate and they used Ryan Pedigo, an independent adjuster to follow my claim with AAA. We didn't have much contact with them after that. We spoke a time or 2 about trying to set a time to go over the product, etc. but I was working out of town and hard to nail me down for this. I did finally contact them in November, 2019 and on 11-21-2019, we met and agreed that they would do the roof in December, dependent upon getting our special order shingles in. I gave them the insurance check of $14,513.55 plus a personal check for $9936.00 since materials were special order. They said they should get the materials in in December and would get the roof on by Christmas probably. I called several times, was told they were being held up by the special order shingles. Finally, all I am getting is an answering machine/google voice # when I call *** at XXX-XXX-XXXX or the main office at 214-710-2474there isn't even an answering machine there as it just hangs up. No one has ever tried to contact me probably since early January.

Desired Outcome

I just want my money refunded at this point.

We signed with them in Jan of 2019 & they still have not done our roof so now we have 2 leaks & GFR have been told about them but has done nothing.
Now my ceiling is damaged & when asking if they would cover the cost to repair it they said no. Their employees are trash Holly always has a attitude when I call to ask for a date or to tell her about the leaks. She can never give me answers she always says she doesn't know how long it will take to get my roof done.I made a call on feb 28 2020 at 10:00am phone disconnected.

Desired Outcome

Refund and prosecuted by law

Greenforce Customer,

You are receiving this letter because you were listed as a customer of Greenforce Restoration LLC. Greenforce has experienced a series of financial setbacks that have driven the company out of business and rendered the company unable to meet commitments. Greenforce is bankrupt and is unable to pay its employees or its bills.

Just to be clear - we are ex-employees of Greenforce. Not Greenforce the company. Yes, we used to work for Greenforce but the company has been unable to pay us since before Christmas. That explains why we are now ex-employees.
With the understanding that as ex-employees we are not responsible or liable for the problems from Greenforce, and without incurring liability for what happened in the past we do feel some sense of responsibility. We would like to work with you on a case by case basis and figure out a way that we can get your roof replacement completed. We would like to work with you to make things right as best we can. We have made agreements with 3 different roofing companies to attempt to work through the backlog as quickly as possible: 1) *** (***), 2) ***, and 3) ***.

We obviously have a pretty good idea of the worry, inconvenience, and trouble that you have experienced when all you wanted was to have your roof replaced. As the ex-employees we are bothered by the fact that you didn't receive what you paid for. In some cases, we were the employees who served as the salesperson or coordinated the project meeting.
We know that this is a not a good situation. We sympathize that you understandably have zero trust in Greenforce. However, if you are thinking about taking legal action, or have done so already, we would like to encourage you instead to work with us to get your roof replaced. Regardless of whether you pursue legal action against Greenforce we still want to work with you to make it right.

As the ex-employees of Greenforce we feel a sense of obligation to the customers. The ex-employees of Greenforce would like to make things right with customers who were contracted for a roof replacement but are still waiting. The ex-employees have developed a plan to contact the customers of Greenforce, negotiate new contracts and get the roofs replaced.
We have organized ourselves and we have obtained the customer list from Greenforce. Greenforce has also agreed to willingly terminate any customer contracts and hold harmless anyone who chooses to get their roof completed by any other roofing company. This means you are free to contract with any other company to get your roof replacement completed. We will be contacting you to work through the details. If you would like to contact us you can email us at ***@gmail.com

GreenForce took money from my insurance company but never completed work after over 1 year
GreenForce offered to replace my roof from hail damage and work directly w/ my insurance company to accomplish this. I turned over a $5K insurance claim check to them, with the promise and contract that work would be completed within 4-6 months of that date. It has been over a year, and no work has been completed. GreenForce has vacated their offices and phones are disconnected. I have spoken with others who have the same experience.

first contact w/ GreenForce: Nov. 2018
contracts signed: Nov. 2018 or Feb. 2019
money from insurance passed to GreenForce: Feb. 2019
weekly phone calls from GreenForce offering updates for the next 11 months
as of late Jan. 2020, no further contact from GreenForce
Feb. 2020 - attemps to contact go unanswered

Desired Outcome

I need to hear from GreenForce (they have not returned calls or emails) and receive a full refund of the money from my insurance company.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I am confused how a company that is without funds can pass my job to another company (such as those listed in the response) without me again paying the $5,000 that was already stolen from me. I prefer, in whatever way possible, to receive my money so I can contract with someone I trust. I'm sure Troy and the rest of the outfit are exploring other business ventures and can return my funds. I am currently in a tough spot with my insurance company thanks to the failure of GreenForce and this will end up costing me way more than just a new roof.

Entered contract for new roof on 3/18/2019 to be installed between 4 to 8 month. I still don't have a new roof and calls are not returned.
Entered contract for new roof on 3/18/2019 to be installed between 4 to 8 month. Starting in August 2019, I called weekly to see when I would be scheduled. I was put off with the excuse that they were working on backlog. Months went by and I was then told they were working on scheduling. When I would get a name of a person to call, that person was no longer working for the company. Finally on February 7, 2020 I did receive (and have retained) a text message from Jeff *** of the company that he and the Field Manager Will *** were not longer working for the company and that I would need to address the issue with the office or owner of the company, Troy ***. I have called, emailed and left various messages (02/10/20 at 11 am and 02/25/20 at 10:50 am to phone number XXX-XXX-XXXX) and no emails or telephone messages have been returned. I have tried various times to contact the office at XXX-XXX-XXXX and I get a message that the call can't go through and try again later. No one at the office answers the phone nor is there an option to leave a message. No emails have been answered and I have left one for the office address of ***@greenforcerestoration.com and one for ***@greenforcerestoration on February 10, 2020. I am asking for the return of my insurance funds of $2809.13 so I can pursue a roofer that will honor their contract and complete the work.

Desired Outcome

As I have said in my emails and telephone messages to the company and it's owner, I would like my insurance funds of $2,809.13 returned to me so I can get the work done by a company that will honor its contracts and communicate with its customers.

Customer Response • Mar 12, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I went ahead and was forced to contact a roofing company that completed my 2004 roof and I now have a new roof through them. Since I got the insurance claim money in 2019 and signed that check over to Greenforce for the roof I was to get from Greenforce, I was no longer able to consult with my insurance company for the roof or for additional claim monies that might have come my way. The expenses for this new roof is now totally out of my pocket. This upsets me greatly. I work very hard for my money and do not appreciate those who take but do not complete the contracted obligations. Owner of Greenforce, Troy *** at XXX-XXX-XXXX should be held accountable for these obligations. I still want my $2809.13 back.

Greenforce Restoration took my insurance checks on two rental properties in September and November 2018 to replace the roofs at *** St. Dallas, TX XXXXX and *** St. Dallas TX XXXXX. Checks were collected by their manager Troy *** in the amount so $$3,345.87 and $11,462.34 they have continually lied about delays but still have done no repairs in over a year and a half. I requested a refund and cancelled both contracts after sending them a demand letter and they still have not refunded my money. I have not gotten any responses from them after multiple calls and emails.
Product_Or_Service: Roof replacement
Order_Number: 6850
Account_Number: 6823

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) I want Greenforce Restoration to immediately return all of my money without penalty or delay as I feel they have breached the contract and in effect stolen my money.

Customer Response • Mar 09, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The response of Greenforce is inadequate at best. The refund of the monies were requested dating back to October 1st 2019 in writing and in writing additional times. The contracts were requested to be cancelled and the monies refunded in writing also in November of 2019. There were numerous calls requesting the same. We sent a demand letter in October saying start work within 10 days or refund the money. We were lied to repeatedly, including being told our money would be refunded in 6 weeks and NOTHING was sent. We don't have any confidence in the veracity of the company. Please produce documents regarding the filing of bankruptcy as we have a vested interest in collecting any proceeds regarding a bankruptcy filing. We decline to sign any new contracts as that would invalidate the breach of contract rights we'll have through any future litigation. A satisfactory outcome is to refund the $14,808.21 that was in effect stolen from us. We've incurred enough loss and continue to do so with unrecoverable depreciation loss as well as further damage to the properties, not to mention emotional pain and suffering. We request full refund of all monies paid to Greenforce, that's the right thing to do here.

I paid $4000 on Jan of 2019 as deposit for Roof replacement.
I signed a contract with Greenforce Restoration on January XX XXXX to replace my roof , add ridge vents and other damages like playboards on the roof. They where going to do some upgrades 1. 50-yr shingles 2. 5-year warranty 3. Ice and Water shield 4. "Max Def " and Ridge Vent . The contract said the job was going to be done between 6 to 8 weeks after we signed the contract. And the job was never started. When I called them they always make up excuses saying that the installation was postponed due to weather and other variables out of their control. I ask to speak to their supervisor and he never return my call . They had an office in Dallas but, know they are not longer there. I feel so frustrated with this because there is no way for me to contact them and my house have more damage now. They have pictures from some of them on their website. I signed the contract with *** the Manager. I paid the money with a cashier check from Bank of America and I have all the papers we signed including the cashiers check copy .

Desired Outcome

I would like my money back from Greenforce restoration.

Yes, we used to work
for Greenforce but the company has been unable to pay us since before Christmas.
We have made agreements with 3 different roofing companies to attempt to work through the backlog as quickly as possible: 1) Superior Storm Restorations (SSR), 2) Frank Phillips Roofing, and 3) Storm And Energy (SAE).
We obviously have a pretty good idea of the worry, inconvenience, and trouble that you have experienced
when all you wanted was to have your roof replaced. As the ex-employees we are bothered by the fact that you didn't receive what you paid for. In some cases, we were the employees who served as the salesperson or coordinated the project meeting.

Greenforce was suspossed to replace,my roof last year and now no one can seem,to,contact, them
In February of 2019 I started a business deal with Green force to replace my roof they came, out and,did a estimate of all the damage which came to a total of about 12,000.00 dollars I had been receiving calls stating, they are working through the back log which seemed like a recoring as is was excatly the same every time and somehow I always seemed to,miss the call, and it would go,to voice,mail.. Now I've been calling for 3 weeks and can never get anyone on the phone. the office space they rent the owners can't even, get in contact with them I feel as though I have been scamed. How are these people, allowed to,do,this. My,daugher is sleeping,in,a room with a leaking roof I even, told Greenforce this information and still haven't,received any information,or,help from, them, reguarding,my roof. GreenForce are not reliable people. They gather information and make,it seem as they have your best intrest,in mind but it is not true once, you pay them, you will never hear a honest and definite timeline,of,events,to,replace your roof.

Desired Outcome

I wish to,receive a full refund at this point I do not wish to retain there business. This contract needs to be ended as they have not done, any work in the time, frame, they gave Please refund me the money paid to Greenforce

Signed a contract with Greenforce Restorations on 12-13-18 for a new roof, as of today, 1-13-2020, 13 months later NO WORK has been done.
A sales rep, Jeff ***, with Greenforce Restoration, came to our door 11-10-18 soliciting us to allow them to give us the best roof of the neighborhood and they would handle all insurance claims. We signed the insurance claim contract on that day 11-10-18. On December 13, 2018, Troy *** the owner, came to get us to sign the contract and get the $3,396.85 check from the insurance company. They claim they buy the material in bulk to give better deals and needed this money up front. Troy put on the contract a TENTATIVE date of 4-8 months but ASSURED us it would be done in 3 months. The contract was for 50 year shingles of 37 squares, 5 yr warranty, ice & water shield, and a ridge vent. After not hearing anything my wife contacted them in March 2019, they claimed they were behind due to the rain which has been their story ever since. Holly or Lisa would call and leave a message EVERY week that they would get to us ASAP but the rain has delayed them. EVERY week my wife would ask to speak to Troy and received no call back. Finally after calling and calling, my wife spoke with Troy in August 2019. He assured my wife he was doing everything in his power to get my roof and he said it would be done no LATER than Christmas. He also said it would be the best roof in the neighborhood. It is now January 13, 2020, 13 months after signing the contract and we have NO new ROOF. They have NO intention of doing our roof. They got the insurance money and the contract basically has an open ending date and we lose the $3,396.85. This is FRAUD. Waiting 13 months for a new roof is absolutely unacceptable. I hope the Revdex.com can stop this kind of fraudulent sales practice. We believe they are hoping you will give up and they keep your money for NOTHING. No one should be allowed to use an open ended contract.

Desired Outcome

Full Refund of $3,396.85 and Revdex.com stop them from using a contract that has no final completion date of service.

I hired this company to so roof months ago. I have spoke to Mrs. Holly but is never given a date. I want a full refund
I hired this company to so roof months ago. I have spoke to Mrs. Holly (see never give me here last name) several times but she can never guarantee me a date or even a month. I have had my daughter to call several times, still nothing.

My daughter has researched this company on the internet and through Nextdoor and everyone has the same complaints. At this point I would like for them to refund my money back.

I also wanted to bring it to the public attention because most complaints come from older people. I'm 70.

This is a local company ripping people off.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund. Because I'm speaking out they my not complete my roof properly

We signed with them in May of 2018 & they still have not done our roof so now we have 2 leaks & GFR have been told about them but has done nothing.
We signed with this company back in May 2018 it's been 1 year & 6 months & they haven't done my roof.
I have 2 leaks in my roof I have notified holly about them since December. She always says they will send someone to look at it but never does. Now my ceiling is damaged & when asking if they would cover the cost to repair it they said no.
Their employees are trash Holly always has a attitude when I call to ask for a date or to tell her about the leaks. She can never give me answers she always says she doesn't know how long it will take to get my roof done.

Desired Outcome

Fix my roof and my ceiling
