We are surprised to read negative reviews about GreenshieldAnytime we have an issue, they respondWe get a postcard letting us know when they'll be here and if we need inside service at that time to call themThey have been consistently attentive and responsiveWould not hesitate to recommend them to our friends

The Revdex.com Dear Sir or Madam: After reviewing Revdex.com Case # [redacted] , we have reviewed and [redacted] copies of all information regarding [redacted] and [redacted] s account with usAlso see notes on all documents [redacted] with this paper for a better understandingThe [redacted] s signed a 12mocontract with Greenshield Pest Control in July In the contract it states the service plan is titled for one year with an Initial Service followed by three remaining services which will complete her contract after the third service originally due to take place in AprilAll of The [redacted] s services have taken place on a Saturday with the exception of the 10/(Friday) and customer was at home for us to provide inside and outside services and there is also a signature at bottom of invoice As you will see [redacted] the copies of invoices no notes were made of [redacted] asking or having any questions about services not being done on a SaturdayIn her statement about Januarys service Greenshield Pest Control was closed on Thursday, January 16th due to inclement weather conditions (heavy snow) and opened on that Monday, January 20th [redacted] was contacted that Monday moming and all customers services were rescheduled including [redacted] sWith the customer wanting services done on Saturdays her appointment was moved to the next available Saturday that someone was working in the areaCustomer was not home on 02122/but the service and payment were voided to accommodate with [redacted] s schedule and was rescheduled on 03/22/This issue was never brought to our attention other than [redacted] needing to rescheduleIf Greenshield was aware of [redacted] being upset over any issue's we do apologize and it was not brought to any staff members attention until receiving a letter from The Revdex.com [redacted] is only due for one more service in her contract but Greenshield Pest Control has not been notified by [redacted] of wishing to cancel/stop serviceIf there is anymore questions or concerns we would be happy to help! This is the only remedy to my issue because they have me cornered in policy that was not told to me by the salespersonI was sold on signing up for their service when I was told there was NO contract obligation and that I could cancel service at anytime without penaltySo I agreedWhen my household suffered an unexpected loss to budget, I requested to cancel serviceI was told it was too close to my next service, that I had to give them day written notice before next service or it would be $ [redacted] to cancelSo I said okay let me get the service for $ [redacted] and then I will cancelI was informed then that to cancel without a fee, I would have to get more additional treatments and then I could cancel with no fee So let's see,three more $ [redacted] treatment or $ [redacted] to cancel nowWhat choice is thatKeep in mind I only agreed to the try the service out because I was told I could cancel at anytime without penaltyThe salesperson gave me information now I have to pay $ [redacted] for absolutely nothingI have no recourse because even though I told them what the salesperson told me, I was sent a copy of the policy via email and called for my paymentBad business practice to have salespeople who lie or hold back on policy to get you to signI had treatments and still had a few insect issues, I wasn't planning on complaining until I had a few more treatmentsBut I have to cancel and pay $ [redacted] for absolutely nothingREAD EVERYTHING YOU SIGNHad I seen this I would not have signed

This company been coming to my house to spray our house for roaches ,and the second time they came they spread some chemicals inside my cabinet.I called them to tell about it and they sent somebody to come and look.The Tech.came and said oh this is a water damaged,but where is the water?We Don't put water inside the cabinet.This is a new built house Sept.2016.The tech told me Don't wipe off for days but I have to wipe off because it's ruining our cabinet.So I told them I will not continued their service because they are destroying our property.They Don't me oh if you discontinued We will charge you for cancellations fee,it's surprised me because no discussion for cancellation fees.I Don't even have a copy with me for the agreement,they just sending now the agreement.Yeah I knew that I signed a paper work but the person who came door to door just discuss it that if your not happy and can't treat bugs 100% money back to their customer.Its time again for our treatment but they Don't c

I have been a customer for several years The techs are always professionalI have asked for a retreat for ants and they were very responsiveThey communicate wellThey always ask and address any issues that we have I highly recommend Greenshield

We did not damage her cabinetWe even had a technician go out to look at it to be sure, even though we have been using these products for years (they are made to go in cabinets!) and have never before had a damage complaintWe have a money back guarantee for if we do not get rid of your pests, it
is irrelevant in this matterThere is a clause in the service agreement (section 5, please see attached) that we are not responsible for damage to your propertyWe do repair or replace it anyway, if it is our fault, because it is good customer serviceHowever, this time it is not our fault.Also, to address the complaint about just treating the outside, we send out notifications for when your service is scheduled, the customer can contact us to schedule a time or rescheduleIf we show up and the customer is not home, then just the exterior is treated (our pricing is for the subscription, not per area treated)We will come back out to treat the inside when and if the customer schedules it

Sales explained they would come back if we saw insects in between scheduled service calls (which were for a year) and sprayBut when called them to come back weeks after first spray they wanted to charge full amount for another service callNow want us to pay a termination fee

Tech came out for initial service for our new homeWe had asked for termite and pest control service, The Tech stated we can start and stop the pest control service at any time and recommended for us to get a couple of sprays in as the home was vacant for a few months to ensure no pests took up residenceTech at the time was very helpful and nice to work withTech when asked verbally if there were any cancellation fees to start and stop the pest service stated no some of his customers do this all the timeAgreement was signed based on conversation with techCome to find out after calling the office at *** *** *** that the lady that answered the phone stated I got a discounted rate and if I were to cancel the service that I would have to pay the discount back as I am cancelling within my first year of service with them of a $***I cannot believe with all the companies in the media for poor customer service and taking advantage of customers that a local pest control c

There is no offer, at allThey simply provided a copy of my service agreementOnce again they refuse to even put any effort into resolving my complaint or give any thought into the matter other than the fact that they want moneyThey haven't even made an attempt to apologize for their terrible service and have only attempted to make this out to be my fault and my problemApparently they feel that my agreement is only to give them money and not for them to provide serviceThey have still not offered any compensation for the service I was charged for and never received, nor have they offered compensation for the pathetic service that fell far below what they promised that I received during their first treatmentWhen I attempt to call into their office and ask for a manager they pretend that they cannot hear me and then hang upI know my connection is fine because I can call other people just fineAt this point with how they've treated me and responded to the situation, I expect a FULL refund for EVERY charge they have made against my account including the first service where they didn't live up to the quality of service they represented, the second service that I was charged for and never received, and the $cancellation fee I was charged the day I expressed my original concerns to Greenshield despite the fact that I have not yet submitted the cancellation form that they supposedly require in order to cancel a contractI also expect that all records of my personal information, especially credit card information, will be destroyed on their end as I don't want my information handled by a group of such dishonest individuals

I signed a contract to have Greenshield provide pest control for my townhouse for a yearThey promised to spray a great deal of my house including the entire perimeter, garage, attic, along the pipes, along the baseboards in my house and so onThey missed their first appointment without even calling to let use knowI had to call myself to schedule a second appointment for my first treatmentThe guy they sent out didn't spray the garage at all, didn't even go into the attic, sprayed none of the pipes and only sprayed a single short burst at a single point along the baseboards in a few rooms in the houseNow I've found myself charged for a second treatment that never took placeThey claim to have come on 5/at am, but my wife was home and no one came byI called to cancel my service, they refuse to refund the $for the treatment that never took place and also want to charge me $for them to not continue to charge me $every few months to provide absolutely nothing

There is no offer, at all. They simply provided a copy of my service agreement. Once again they refuse to even put any effort into resolving my complaint or give any thought into the matter other than the fact that they want money.
