I'm now responsible for repairs that should have been done before the dealership put the car up for sale and I have to purchase an additional key fob
On Tuesday, August 28, I purchased a used certified preowned Dodge Journey from Greenway Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Orlando After signing all the paperwork and paying a down payment of $2,I was told that there was only key fob for the vehicle and I could purchase an additional key fob for $ On Sunday, September 9, my check engine light came on My husband took my car to *** and was told that it was due to fuel cap emission fault On Monday, September 10, I contacted the Service Department at Greenway to schedule a repair I was transferred to a Service Technician when I explained that I had just purchased this vehicle less than two weeks and would I be subject to the $warranty deductible The Service Technician stated that I would need to contact the salesperson regarding this because he wou

Jeep Wrangler unlimited and have had to bring it back a number of times for service
We bought a brand new Jeep Wrangler unlimited and have had to bring it back a number of times for service The Jeep has been in and out four times since October because we noticed that it was running weird We don't off-road or drive harshly, use only to and from work They tell us it had blown a valve They claim to have fixed it After a couple of days of driving smelling a fuel anti freeze smell Bring it back they tell me it's residual from oil change and fluid put in Smell continues, bring it back again a,d this time, they had it for about a week, gave me a loaner car and then told me they had a pressure test and radiator was leaking They called me to tell me it's fixed and I pick it up A day or two later again the smell resurfaces I bring it back and now they tell me it's residual They have kept my car for over a week, no loaner forcing me to get rides, *** and *** to

Vehicle missing item and dealership will not make situation right
On November 15, my wife and I purchased a Jeep Wrangler (Willys Wheeler) from Greenway Just last week on a Jeep Wrangler online forum I was told that my Wrangler should have come with a Jeep Trail Rated Kit I did not receive a kit with my purchase, and had no idea it should have come with oneWhen I contacted Greenway I was told that it was an option, and they did not know if mine should have come with it or not Since they did not have the Window Sticker for my JeepI contact Chrysler with my VIN Number, and they sent me my build sheet which indicates near the bottom that the Jeep Trail Rated Kit should have been included I notified them once again, but heard nothing I left voice mail for my sales person and hear nothing back, and then e-mailed the sales manager on two occasions and did not hear back Not only was I not provided this kit with my Jeep, but I cannot even get a response from the dealersh

Service Department is Illegally withholding my vehicle for payment of UNAUTHORIZED repairs
My Ram Tow Truck was brought to Greenway to have an estimate written up for repairs from a flood from IrmaThis was the recommended place from my insurance companyMy truck sat at this dealership for weeks waiting on the insurance company to decide if they would fix it or it would be a total lossAccording to the dealership, the estimate of repairs was over $33,and the insurance company had to decide what they were going to doAfter a bunch of conversations with my insurance company and the dealership (none of which I was included in), the dealership agreed to fix my truck for $20,at a much lower rate then they initially quoted the insuranceMy service writer Henry told me this was because they agreed to put in a used engine from a junk yard, rather then the brand new $engine they first quotedThey stated that they also agreed to lower their hourly rate from $t

The mailer sent you to a website to claim your cash prize; instead you get bombarded with calls and emails to buy a new jeepBait and Switch. No Prize
I received a monopoly game piece in the mail claiming if you matched money pieces you won cash up to $To find out how much you won you needed to enter your information on a websiteAs soon as you did this, not only did you not win your prize or find out it's value, you immediately received multiple phone call and emails claiming you inquired about buying a new jeepI never inquired about buying a new jeep, do no want one, do not give them permission to contact me, and do not want to be harassed about salesI was double checking the contest online to see what the prize was to avoid having to go into the dealership to claim it if it was not something of value and instead they bait and switched and completely took away the prize and turned this into an unauthorized sales inquiryBait and Switch

Poor customer service and lied about our agreed upon sale price
Keep a keen eye on the paperwork or you could easily walk away paying more they you agreed toThey've yet to deliver in a timely manner on other promises they made
"Zero stars should be an optionBeware! On Sunday we visited this dealership, test drove a couple cars and ended up buying a used oneEverything started out fine and we were able to quickly negotiate the price we wanted to pay but still had to wait hours to have everything processedWe found it very frustrating that they only wanted to discuss the monthly payments and not the full price even though we didn't have a firm interest rate since the banks weren't openWhile signing the documents I noticed an error in the total "out the door" price we'd agreed onIt was a difference of $1k in their favorWhen I questioned it we were told that it was right and we just didn't understand what we'd agreed to which was a complete lieI'm convinced they tried to

They won't honor covering half of deductible since I have to take car to other location for diagnostic and repair
The worst place to buy a car from, if it's not one of the cars they have listed on their ad, don't buy from themI bought my Santa Fe from them last year and now that I have an issue with it, (which it may be the starter or gear shift)they don't have the diagnostic machine to check my carI drove mins and paid six tolls roundtripI explained to the person on the phone what the issue may be and they couldn't tell me they don't have machine to check issue? I make appt and they don't even have my nameI went back home and spoke to warranty and they told me since they can't diagnose my car and I have to take car to other dealership they should honor half of deductible, but they won't and I pretty much got the run around from the services department (manager, supervisor?) His thing they can put the starter, but if it's not that? Then don't sell cars that you don't have

Refund of Cancelled Warranty Not Received
After reviewing the paperwork from my vehicle purchase I contacted my bank to get a payoff quote because I was going to payoff my vehicleWhen I purchased my vehicle the finance person told me that an extended 3rd party warranty was a condition of financing from the bank so I decided to ask them about thatThe bank informed me that they never have a requirement to have a 3rd party warrantI went to the dealership and spoke to the manager of the finance departmentThey couldn't find my deal paperwork and promised to call me once they didAfter two weeks I went back and spoke to the finance manager again and he pulled up my deal paperworkHe filled out the warranty cancellation and promised that it would be filed and I would get a refund but it would go to the finance company directlyI was told it would take 4-weeksIt's now been weeks and the finance company hasn't received any refund

I was deceived by dealership and had my new car confiscated after they submitted my information for financing incorrectly
I had the worst experience at Greenway DodgeFirst off, let me say my husband worked with the dealer for two weeks prior to our purchase (since we've already bought two cars from here) to get pre-approved for a new Dodge with a trade-inWe got approval and made sure that we qualified for financing for the specific vehicle we were looking atWe were assured that everything was good to go, and ready for us to drive our new car off the lotI just had a baby and didn't want to spend hours at the dealership only to be turned away, so they assured me everything was set to make things quick and easySo we signed the paperwork and drove off with a new carI was really excited because it's super safe for my kids! I noticed before we left that a tire has low pressure and the sales guy says no problem, we will fill itI asked if we could bring it back if there was an

Oil Change Service
I took my Jeep yesterday at 3:pm for oil change only, took over hours to get it done, after I received my vehicle and start driving on highway I notice my car star smoking on the back and spilling oil all over, I had to take my vehicle back to the dealer at pm, and when I asked for the manager I was told he already left for the day when service closed at pm
the service tech told me that the tech that performed my service didn't check my vehicle and left the ring improperly tight causing the spill of the oil, my car engine could get damage for this unacceptable mistake, I had to leave my car overnight and I'm still waiting for the service manager to call me backI'm so worry now that this mistake can caused damages on my almost new car

Found a car on the internet being advertised by this dealership that included a special discount coupon The coupon wasn't honored when presented
Hello, I went to this car dealership on 10/to buy a new car, specifically a Dodge Challenger RT Scat Pack, VIN ***, Stock *** The car checked out fine, and I went back home to do some internet research on the car first I accessed the car dealership's website and searched the new vehicle inventory until I found this car It listed the price as $with a dealership and finance discount However, an internet popout came up that offered an additional $discount on this car I followed the website instructions to fill out my name/email address/phone number, print out the coupon and submit it to the dealership for purchasing vehicle The next day (10/14), I test drove the car and moved forward with the negotiations I showed them all of the details of the price from the internet including how I obtained the

Consumer beware
Dishonest- while there I saw the receptionist lie to callers over the phoneThe receptionist puts the caller on hold, asks another associate of they want to speak to callerAgent says tell them I'm busyReceptionist tells caller the agent is not in the office
This should have been a red flag!
Bait and SwitchJust like the "typical" dealershipYou take your car in for a problemThey tell you what the problem is, because tgey are the "professionals"They charge you to repair itYou payYou go home and notice the problem still existsYou take it back and now there is a new problem "they didn't know about" and want to charge you to redox the problemScam alert
No accountabilityWhen you make an error, own up to itThat is what distinguishes a true businessYou will not find that here
NegligenceSince my horrible experience, I have since taken my vehicle to a reputable and licensed mechanicHe educated me and informed me that The issue was my engine, and with my original symptoms, the dealership has the machines to have determined thatDue to their original misdiagnosis of my issue, all the parts that they charged me over $to fix, needed to be replaced
My final suggestion, go somewhere elseAnywhere elseSave yourself the money and headacheTake your vehicle somewhere where they respect and appreciate your business

Negligence to fix what was wrong which happened to be a huge safety issueNot addressing customer concerns and being unprofessional about it
I have contacted the Service Department as well as HQ for DodgeI am expecting a phone call from the GM or Area ManagerI have second opinions, doctor notes and have read and gathered the reviews/ complaints from what apparently seems to be the for this particular Dodge dealershipI have a file number and will be happy to provide that upon callHowever, I am posting here to let everyone know exactly what happenedI don't want anyone to go through what I have went throughI will professionally continue to spread word about the service department of this dealership until action is taken including legal routes for negligenceYou can see my full review on the Greenway Dodge Website :) I go pick up my car because obviously I am not getting what I need addressed, addressedI park the car in the garage and oh, look...mini leaks from the

The primary reason for visiting the dealership was to address and fix issue with my steering I left with my vehicle being in worst condition
I called the Jeep dealership on Thursday November 15th with primary complaints about steering issues, possible car alignment issue and tires and made an appointment for 9AM the next dayCasey P*** which was the service adviser greeted me to go over the primary concern that I had already addressed with the phone receptionist who took the appointment, he advised it would be more than a few ours for his tech to look over my vehicle and I would need to leave it there for diagnosis to be done and they would call me with an estimateHe called me the next day with a thousand dollar laundry list of things which I declined saying I wouldn't spend that much money on my jeep since that could be the price of a newer one.He then said he will speak with his manager and said he will see what he could do I advised him my primary concern was issue with st

We were sold a vehicle they claimed had run flat tires, that's why air pressure in vehicle, no jack, no spare, and lied to, not run flat
Husband had blow out on highway, attempted to fixwith run flat tires, you can still, drive vehicle, this situation, NO, tires, are not what they claimed to be, no jack or spare to fix, and contacted company, they refuse to stand by initial sell, and refuse, to supply jack or spare for vehicle, and can't have replacement tire until a week, after delivery

Failure to follow up with a customer after more than months and phone calls
Purchased a mini van on Feb of After the purchase I waited about weeks and still did not hear who my new loan was with Called for weeks straight starting around 3/14/and leaving message for both the finance dept and for a sales manager Was told everytime I called that a sales manage was not available I find that hard to believe or they apparently do not have any managers ever Finally the merchant who has my loan called and I explained to them this is the first I am hearing from anyone Still tried calling and emailing the dealership for a couple more days and just gave up Now it is May, and I still have not received any information on my registration or even an update Started call on 5/21/and leaving messages again This has gone on too long to leave a customer in limbo on anything Had I known this was going to be such a headache I would have shopped somewhere else

I leased a Dodge Ram bighorn and the dealer agreed to put a bed liner on the truck which they never didTherefore I returned the vehicle
On June 23,I was at the dodge Chrysler Jeep dealer looking at the new modelsI was approached by one of the salesman whom talked me into trading in the ram that I had for a newer modelSomI ended up leasing one of the new models as part of the agreement on this deal the dealer was going to install a bed liner to the pick up truck but I had to wait two weeks because they didn't have it in stock.once the two weeks are up I go to the dealer they make me wait hours just to tell me that they still didn't have the bed linerAnd that I had to come back in two more weeksOnce again when those two weeks are up I called the dealer and was told that they didn't have the bed liner yetAt this point I'm already upset because they are not keeping their end of the dealA month past I make my first payment on the lease and still no bed liner

I bought a truck from them for my mom as well as for the family and within a month of purchase the engine blew due to no oil
on Sept I purchased a truck for my mother and familyI paid $3,dwn and accepted the payments of loanOn Octthe truck shut off on me as I drove dwn the interstate w sounds of mangled metal smashing together as if I ran over or through somethingI saw the rpms went up (which it never had done or shown any indication of getting hot or no oil, etc)The truck wasn't driven much as my mother works not even miles from the house, so it wasn't like it was driven to deathAs I talked to many ppl at Greenway so as my mother we have had one returned called tha was missed but was said on message they would call again as the day of business was endingStill no one has called backThe people that we have talked to has no real resolution as they stated I didn't have a warranty, which was correctthe problem is when we did get in contact with certain
