We continue to get "Open Safety Recall" notices for a recall issueEvery time we call to schedule an appointment we are told parts are not available

My experience with this dealership started a couple of years ago I have a Dodge Durango which had a horrible squeaking noise from under the dash I took in to the dealer and they said it was a loose screw under the dash and because they had to remove the entire dash, the labor was almost $ It was paid This is a known problem with Durangos months later it started again I took it back to the dealer and to my surprise, they said it was not the same issue but now I had to replace the hood latch which was another $ I left as I felt like they were just trying to get more money from me and not honor their warranty on their work This past weekend, I was driving on the highway and suddenly my car battery light came on A few minutes later, the battery light dimmed and the car began to become non responsive and totally shut down at 55mph

The overall customer service and their ability to perform a repair in the amount of time they said initially is horrendous
Through the course of the years I owned my vehicle, I have been to this dealership over times for repairsThey are never available to fix an issue correctly the first time, the second time, or in the time-frame they saidOne time I left the shop after a repair for a front axel and less than a week later, my brakes went out completely because they didn't properly secure the brake lines, causing it to rub the inside of my vehicles rim until it eventually burst while I was drivingI have a dodge with 41k miles

I bought a Dodge Journey and was told I had a two year warranty on parts and maintenance, I bought the suv in October I've had it now for almost six months thy said it was a certified vehicle it does have a certification sticker on the windshield, my radiator started leaking I took it in for service they told me I need a new radiator and a flush and it's not covered by the warrant it would cost me $1,to fix it and thy showed my a list of things that's wrong with the car, I have several oil leaks not covered, I need thermostats they are covered plus a engine mount that is covered to, but with a $ deductible out of pocket, and I need sway bar links $ not covered plus I need a valve cover Gasket not covered plus a Timing cover Gasket also not covered, Total bill would be $3,out of pocket that is so wrong and unfair

I was in the market to purchase a Jeep and I was lured by the "match your tax refund" offer by Greenway Dodge, up to $(attached) I picked several Jeep Wranglers I liked on-line, chatted with a sales person on-line and even called the dealership to CONFIRM that the Jeep Wrangler deal was correct and I would receive up to $off the MSRP I drove minutes to get to Greenway Dodge with all required paperwork to purchase a Jeep I was sadly disappointed; after about an hour at the dealership I was told that I would only get, the most, a $discount and that the model I wanted is not included in the sale What a scam, I would have never drove all the way if I knew how misleading they were The sales manager even spoke down to me and asked "do you think this stuff is free"? Damage to a lease turn in vehicle and financing concern
I turned in a leased Dodge Charger to this dealership and received paperwork from them that there was no excess wear and tear (damage) to the carOver a month later I received notice from the financing company stating the car had not be turned inAfter communicating with the dealership they indicated that the car had just recently been sent back to the financing company (Chrysler Financial)for turn inI then received a statement from Chrysler Financial stating that I owed an excess of $for excess wear and tear (damaged) to the front bumper, dent in the door and a lease turn in feeI contacted Chrysler Financial about this as I was under the understanding this fee was waived if you lease another dodge vehicle, which I didThey informed me that this is only true if your new lease is completed through Chrysler FinancialThis was not explained to me at the time of leasing the vehicle and I was not given an option

I purchased the car and there was an issue with the a/cthey said they fixed it and then I found out they did not fix it right

This dealership is great at sales and terrible at customer service and protecting personal information of their customers
The management never calls anyone back after they verbally commit to doing so nor after receiving a voicemail from you as a customerI purchased a car 5/6/with a cash down paymentWhen they mailed me the tax form for my down payment I received another customer's information, meaning my personal information went to someone else as wellAt the point of sale they make you sign that your info wont be released, yet my personal info including social, date of birth, etc was sent to another customerComplete violation of my privacy and against the lawThis was never corrected and no measures to protect my identity were offeredSecond, when I called to ask about my registration a few weeks later the "tag" lady didn't even access my file just rushed me off the line saying it will be mailed and nothing ever was received in the mailI had to take my car for service
